SEAN FARRIS Where to even begin. Dealing with priority plumbing has been one of the worst…read moreexperiences in recent memory. I still sit here with a ruined front yard, holes in my walls, leaking plumbing, and inadequate water pressure due to undersized and out of code piping. To preface, this was a house we purchased and had some items to fix(replace galvanized and main). The work was done by priority and paid for by our seller's insurance. Let me say I understand insurance companies pay for the bare minimum, but the work is/was atrocious. The sellers were as appalled as we were. The work that was done I'm about to outline was appalling and bordering intentional. I have retained an attorney and will be careful to just give facts. I am skeptical of all the 5* reviews. Picture the moment you close on your house, filled with excitement; pull up to see the yard completely torn apart, with a giant dirt mound, sod mixed in not separate ruined (pictured). I then go into the house and turn on the bathroom faucet, notice low water pressure, I turn on the second and flush the toilet...barely a dribble. There was no issues with water pressure during inspection, just galvanized pipe to be replaced per contract. I then open the cabinet and to my horror see (pictured) the drywall cut out with pex running through just hanging there like a crack head cutting holes in the wall for copper. There is excellent access from the basement, there is no need for this. I run to the kitchen and find the same (pictured). I then go down to the basement and find they ran 1/2" pex off the water main, and found the water main leaking badly. I immediately contact priority and they send a supervisor. He tries to gaslight and tell me the aerators on the sinks are plugged, and that they didn't change the pressure. After showing him prior inspection videos he agrees they will run ¾" properly with a manifold off the main (don't get me started on the manifold, they ran EVERYTHING in the house off a single 1/2" line). I was told they WILL NOT BE FIXING THE DRYWALL, that's just how they do it. NO, NO that's not how you do that. At this point I call in my main plumber for house flips. He was absolutely irate; said they easily could have removed the existing pipes and ran pex without destroying the walls. He said it would've cost them $20 to properly run a manifold for the pex off the main and had no water pressure issues. I give up with priority to come back again and address the issue, they lied to my face a second time for the "fix". After weeks of phone calls trying to get the front yard at least compacted and leveled out, which I think is a REASONABLE thing to have already been done, we we're finally told someone was coming out. SEAN FARRIS, the Vice President, the man himself actually took the time to come out and take a look. Sean agreed it looked bad without needing explanation and said they "don't normally do this, but we will this one time come back and level it". I explained to Sean, I build pipelines, when they replaced the main line, they didn't even compact it or level out. Then I get the same lie as the other supervisors, "that will level out over time". Let me explain, it's a 12" high mound, with sod mixed in, it may settle a few inches with some water compacting, but it needs to be leveled. Sean agreed someone would call and they would send someone out. IT'S BEEN 3 WEEKS AND NO CALL, NO CALL BACKS. SEAN, I guess if this is how your crews leave things when taking on insurance work, maybe you shouldn't take on the work if you leave someone's house looking like a crackhead just came through it. Or do you all always do the bare minimum everywhere you go? Long story short, I'll fix the yard myself over a weekend, and I hired my plumber for $1,000 to fix everything inside. Curious question for Priority, at the very least, why didn't you offer me an estimate to fix anything additional out of scope instead doing a terrible job? You had the opportunity to earn my business and I would've used you here for the life of this house... Stay far. FAR. AWAY

While he was here my sewer was backing up when he tried to drain the water heater. He asked that we get it cleared before he finished the job. We called Homeservice plumbers and they came out, said there was a block and they would have to tear up the basement and the starting price was almost 7k. Look no where for your plumbing business. I had my Bradford White water heater installed by Frank and Brett in a tight closet April 6th 2023 and waited to write this review to ensure their work held. Not only did they do a great job they also educated me on how to operate, debug and drain it annually for maintenance. They were professional and planned their work well in advance, asked for photos and measurements so the process was smooth and seamless on installation day. They charged reasonably, didn't feel like they charged us extra for living in North Boulder like a lot of businesses do. Most importantly they treated us like family. I think this extra step of caring for the customer and treating them and their home well really leaves a positive impression for a lifetime. The only thing I would say is to be mindful of is their work hours. They are closed on weekends so if you have an emergency after hours or on weekends not sure if they have a service or contact for that. History: I had originally worked with "Justin" from "Hardline plumbing" in 2018 who was also exceptional and but couldn't find them and their business anymore. Looks like Justin had relocated and Frank and Justin had maybe opened Hardline Plumbing together. We now have "Homestead Plumbing and Heating" instead.

Not just for storm sewer & pipe inspections! They used their time and equipment to find and rescue…read moreour two year old kitty! We actually called out of desperation, late Saturday evening, 6/20/2026. Our 2 year old indoor cat got outside, and the last sighting during the ensuing chase, was from one of our neighbors who saw her run into a storm drain. It was determined the drain was the length of a football field and ended at a manhole covered location that emptied out into a ditch at the edge of Marston reservoir. Kudos to Denver Water who dispatched staff at night to open and check the manhole and look for pawprints in the ditch, twice! Our cat, Smudge, was not there - so we new she had to be somewhere in the middle of the drain pipe. Next came Denver Fire Department #30, who did not have to spend time helping anyone find their lost cat, but nevertheless did come and try to help because they had the time. They brought super strong flashlights and looked for her glowing eyes, and also met Denver Water down at the manhole at the other end. They called several resources on our behalf up to and including animal control centers or anyone that might be able to lend us a cage to set up and trap her in should she come out later at night when things had quieted down. Not wanting to take up too much time and to make sure resources are available for serious emergencies, they did everything they could for us, finally leaving us with some best practice advice for catching her which we were fully prepare to do - (stay out all night at the entrance and wait for her to hopefully come out). We placed some of her dirty litter at the entrance, as well as tuna, and her favorite, shrimp! As a last resort, we our neighbor googled for a sewer line inspection service that used cameras to scope lines for various reasons. We were hoping one would come and help us by sending a camera into the drain so we could make sure she was still in there. The first place that came up was Down Low Services. Ian and his wife are some of the most empathetic and compassionate people we have ever met! Not only did they answer the phone late on a Saturday night, they are animal lovers who have and appreciate cats as well. When they heard our story, they offered to come out without question or delay and quickly found us at the storm drain entrance. They were so kind, patient and helpful. Their camera located Smudge at the 200' mark. While Ian operated the camera scope, his wife Brandy ran back to me and gave me updates. She told us Smudge ran even further away when she encounter the camera line, and ran all the way to the 300' mark! (This is what caused Denver Water's second visit). Down Low offered to open the manhole cover because he carried that piece of equipment on his work truck, but we did call Denver Water first who did send someone out again to open it for us - poor Smudge was not there but we new she didn't leave because it was full of about 7" of water and they could not see pawprints. Ian suggested reversing his line back out to see if he could locate her by going in reverse and he did! Smudge, afraid of the camera line, ran just ahead of the camera line all the way to the entrance where we were so relieved to see her, and when she got close enough I was able to grab her bedraggled, filthy kitty body and put her in her carrier. We love her so much and were so thrilled with Ian & Brandy's clever work with their camera scope, and their willingness to help strangers find their cat, at Down Low's expense. They were there until 11 p.m. at night just determined as ever to help rescue her, and they did! I cannot say enough good things about Ian, Brandy, and their business, Down Low Services. They did not even ask for payment but of course, we wouldn't have it and insisted on giving them some cash for not only answering the phone that late, but mostly for actually caring enough to help two strangers and their cat. We also want to thank Denver Water at Marston Lake Reservoir and Denver Fire Station #30 - also a testament to the power of community and teamwork in action, each employee of each entity, demonstrating what selfless individuals and people of character we have that work for our local government alongside local business owners, Brandy & Ian with Down Low Services. Each interaction left all the community helpers abover, wanting to know the end of the story and what became of Smudge. We are happy to report that although she was shaking, terrified and filthy dirty, she was not injured. After a good bath and lots of love that evening, she slept most of Sunday and is back to precocious and playful self. She also shows absolutely no interest in bolting out the front door anymore! Thank you so much Denver Water at Marston Lake, Denver Fire Station #30 and Down Low Services! We will be eternally grateful to all of you. We've added photos for all of you.
