Used our life savings for a new home and performed video prior to closing. After closing, determined there was a problem not found before closing. While I didn't blame Down Low, I specifically asked for a discounted rate if I were to reuse them a second time. I also specifically listed off the two locations I needed verified while this was occurring, which Ian agreed. When the tech arrived, he was obviously unprepared for one of the two services but without telling me so proceeded with the first service anyway. After completing the first service in 15 min, he indicated he would need to duplicate the fee every time he moved his camera to a new location. That was not what we agreed to, and was an immediate attempt to use our problem as leverage to obtain more in service fees. When I spoke to Ian on the phone to ask what changed, he insinuated that was never discussed and then indicated he would use my audio recording as evidence to the contrary. I suggested he do so and never heard back. Capable, yes. Professional, no. Would not recommend. read more

Ian and his employee, Christian, are highly professional and helped diagnose a sewer line issue I had. Ian found that there were roots in the line that needed removed, and that these roots were constricting the flow enough that water was trying to back up into the house when running the washing machine. This is not what you want to have happening with a 3-week-old newborn in the house. Ian was able to diagnose the issue, recommend a competent and fair sewer cleaning service, then confirm that the cleaning service complete the job correctly. I needed a visual of my plumbing pipes that were just installed but were holding water. Ian answered the phone when I called and he got me on the schedule. I called ian and next day he came by and inspected my secondary drain with a mini camera. it was hard to find someone with a mini camera.he explained everything all the way thru inspection.
