Awesome company to work with. We waited to add a radon mitigation system and when the time came I did some searches and found this company. I called, left a message and Carrie got right back to me and set up an appointment for the installation. Everything went off without a hitch. Ryan, our installer, was kind, straightforward and consulted with us on every move he made for the installation. It was very personal, efficient and painless. I cannot give enough props and recommend this company. They are amazing and will treat you right. If I had to do it all over again (hopefully not for a good long spell) I would call Absolute Radon Safety. They are the best! read more

Wow wow wow! I'm so impressed. These guys are the real deal and literally provide white glove service! Everything from the estimate, to guiding me with cleaning out my crawl space, to the installation went off without incident! I honestly can't believe how quickly they got it done! Highly recommend these kind folks. Service and value through the roof! Hard to find businesses with such great customer service these days! Very impressed! read more

TL;DR: Be warned. The owner's bad advice cost me money, and when confronted, he took zero responsibility. I was a customer of the previous company before it was sold to Justin. Based on his recommendation during the estimate, I paid about $200 to have an electrical outlet relocated before the radon system was installed. The outlet ended up not being needed at all because the fan was installed in a completely different location. Even the technician suggested the original assessment was incorrect. When I brought this up, I wasn't asking to be reimbursed for the full amount. I simply requested a small $50 credit as a goodwill gesture. Justin refused. No apology, no accountability, and no effort to make things right after his recommendation caused me to spend money unnecessarily. Anyone can make a mistake. What separates good companies from bad ones is how they handle it. My experience was that once the contract was signed, customer satisfaction was no longer a priority. I won't be using this company again, and I wouldn't recommend them to friends or neighbors. read more

Just know this business has been sold multiple times to new owners over the past few years. New owners don't honor warranty of previous owners work. If you deal with this business and get a warranty, just beware the business can be sold and your warranty will be worthless. read more

Great communication, on-time, clearly explained the options. Good price and fairly quick install. Our initial radon level was between 9 and 12 (less than 2 is recommended). After the system install that dropped to between 1 and 0.5, which is great. BTW, our house passed a Radon test when we bought it a few years ago, glad we decided to retest it recently. read more

I had a system installed a few years ago. Then when my basement was tested I was over the acceptable level of radon. I called them to see what we could do about this. They quoted me more than the cost of the original system to 'fix' the problem. And just coming to take a look at it is $250 even though they screwed it up in the first place. Poor quality, poor service, does not stand by their work. read more

Erin knows this business and has a background in home inspections which is actually a big help..

So happy I went with an expert team rather than other vendors. Other vendors quoted my system but they didn't even feel the need to come out or test prior. They just wanted to rely on the realtor test (and we all know how well that works). Oddly enough, radon was higher in my room on slab than in my basement bedroom--a fact only Absolutely Radon Safety discovered. The other companies were just going to install a cookie-cutter solution to my house which would not have protected my interior air quality. Prices were similar and I got a far superior product that was custom to my house. I feel really confident with the job Absolute did. Professional, timely, and unbelievably knowledgeable. Amazing consultation and super skilled install. I would give ten stars if I could. Plus, I learned a lot in the consult. Delightful company. read more

I was preparing to get some work done on my basement - crawl space encapsulation, insulation. A neighbor noticed the contractors showing up to do quotes, and he suggested I check radon levels since they'd recently had mitigation done. Mine were high, so I started trying to figure out what was involved in getting it addressed. I ended up being rushed to get it done because of the timing of the basement encapsulation schedule. I called 5280, and they were very helpful but didn't have a time available until after my basement encap appointment, so they recommended I call Absolute Radon Safety. Justin came out the next day to give me a quote, and they had a time open up before my other basement work. I appreciated how well Justin explained the process, including the details about how the different components of the system work, pressure levels, why they do what they do, etc. He took the extra time to answer all of my questions. The crew came out a few days later, and they did what looks like high quality work. My neighbor came over recently and confirmed that they did quality work based on comparison with other systems he's seen. Before I even turned the fan on, my radon levels dropped from 14 down to less than 1. So I'm happy with the quality of the work and the experience with everyone I worked with at Absolute Radon Safety. read more

Nice quick response, site visit by an Absolute tech gave me a good idea of what to expect, Installer was friendly and communicative throughout the install and did a nice clean job. Jason the owner contacted me after completion to assure that I was satisfied - I felt well treated throughout the process - I got my money's worth, no hesitation in recommending Absolute Radon Safety to friends and family! read more

Absolute Radon was a joy to work with, did an excellent job at a very reasonable cost for our radon mitigation system. Matthew Kirby installed our system and was wonderful - reviewed everything before starting, answered all my questions and reviewed everything with me after he was done. Dropped our radon level from a concern to no concern at all! Highly recommend Absolute Radon! read more

Absolute Radon Safety was top notch! Excellent people from the initial consult. The guy who installed it worked so very hard, and the communication was excellent. The radon system itself is amazing, quiet, and extremely well done. We got our radon measurement from a 6.3 to less than 0.7! Highly highly recommend! I can't recommend them enough! read more

Absolute Radon Safety is an excellent company! Kyle and his team do a very thorough job and take pride in the quality of work and attention to detail. It was a pleasure having them work on our radon system. read more

Radon. You hear places advertise on the radio all the time about it. Although we had our home tested before buying, we were always wondering if it was worse than what that test showed. So eventually we did a self test just to check, and it was off the charts. I'm guessing we were bamboozled by the previous owner. So what to do? Well, if something like this ever happens to you, just call Absolute Radon Safety. They are the absolute best, from price to customer care to professionalism - they ace the test on all fronts. I contacted several highly-rated companies and ARS by far gave us the best offer - both price guarantee and warranty. Carrie and the rest of the team were an absolute pleasure to coordinate with, dealing with my constant frantic emails asking questions and such with promptness and genuine courtesy. I like regular contact and flow of info when dealing with home projects, and she gave me just that - very much appreciated. And Jeff the installer was a one-man machine who was equally courteous, answering all my questions and showing me how everything works. We had a small issue with how the fan was connected by the contracted electrician, and ARS and the electrician were both right on it and got it resolved ASAP without charge. Now that the system is in place, our levels are nearly 0. We couldn't be happier. Should we ever need radon mitigation for another home, these folks will be our choice right from the start. They're so nice and truly care about mitigating your radon situation. Thank you ARS! read more

Just moved to CO and this is the first time we ever needed a radon mitigation system. Absolute Radon Safety were one of three businesses we found and after a couple of interchanges, scheduled them for installation. Could be more impressed! Professional, knowledgable. Installed and working in a coupe of hours, would not hesitate to recommend and yes again if needed. read more

From beginning to end I was completely satisfied with this company. Customer service was great. The installer answered all my questions, he was courteous and was on time. I highly recommend this Absolute Radon Safety! read more

No one wants to have to mitigate radon in their home, but if your numbers are high you are putting your family at risk. Most homes in Colorado have an unsafe level of radon. Absolute Radon Safety did a great job from estimate to installation, under $1000. for our home. Justin did install and was able to place pipe through concrete floor in an unfinished corner of the basement and out the side of the house with no dust, no mess. It took about 3 1/2 hours start to finish. read more

Very responsive, extremely professional. The process was handled all online quickly and efficiently. The equipment looks good - they put it in a great out-of-the-way place downstairs and the exterior portion blends in well with the existing trim. The installers left clear documentation on how the equipment should work, and their warranty is fantastic. I highly recommend this company. read more

Absolute Radon Safety is an excellent company to work with. The folks that work there really do try to do everything to make the experience go well. Kyle installed the radon mitigation system in our home and takes real pride in his work. It was a pleasure having him out and he made the process seem so simple. He reviewed all his work with me when completed to make sure I understood how the system operated and said to call them if anything seemed to be an issue. Moving to a new home can be really stressful but Absolute Radon Safety made this the least stressful part of our move. Really appreciate them! read more

I called a few different radon companies to get quotes. Absolute Radon was the best price when I learned others wanted to charge me to paint the pipe and/or hire an independent electrician. The tech showed up on time, was courteous, and did a great job on the installation. I'd recommend these guys to anyone in need of radon mitigation. read more

Horrible experience setting up a final appointment. After rescheduling me for the 4th time, (2 months later) I received a Cancel Note on my Junk Email not even providing a cancellation via phone. Desperate times I get it, but this is just not how a small business should operate under "essential jobs" description. 1st time ok, 2nd time understanding, 3rd time we get it Covid, 4th time (will go with someone else thanks) read more

I recommend Absolute Radon Safety (ABS) for radon mitigation. They did a nice job at my home and left the work area immaculate. I appreciated that they painted the discharge pipe to match my house trim per my request. Also, ABS stands by their contractual warranty to result in a radon reading at or below EPA standards. read more

I wish I would have found this company a long time ago! Carrie and the techs were amazing to work with. This is the 3rd company we've hired to get the radon levels to a safe level. The sellers initially hired a company that did not provide a warranty for their work. They did a horrible job! (That was the root of the issue! Always make sure a radon company guarantees their work!) We sent out a 2nd company that did great but they had to come out multiple times and would not guarantee anything since there was a system already installed. Then we discovered Absolute Radon and I wish we have called them sooner. They have been great and I plan to always use them. We had a radon mitigation system installed in our new home by Absolute Radon Safety, and we couldn't be happier! They were quick to respond with a request for a quote, the quote ended up being accurate, and the installation process went smoothly. They weren't able to install the sump pump themselves (our setup was quite a bit more complicated than average), but they gave us some recommendations for someone who could. I would definitely use them again! read more

Brian did an excellent job! Kept everything as clean as possible & did a better job than I could've imagined. Would highly recommend to everyone! read more

Katherine is the best. I had enlisted her help before during a real estate deal and remembered her being very helpful, so I recently called her when we had an issue with the radon system at a rental property. She said the property was very close to her office so she swung by after hours and had the issue fixed in a few minutes. I really appreciated her help on short notice. read more

Mike came out and did a great job. I got a radon mitagation system installed about 3 years ago. The fan malfunctioned and started making a lot of noise. I called them and they said I had a 10 year warranty. They came to my house within 3 days and installed a new fan for free, with another 10 year warranty. Great service and the radon mitagation system is very quiet. The price for original installation was a great price also. read more

Great service. Same week schedule and best price I could find! They were on time and did a great work, I would highly recommend them.

I had JD install my radon mitigation system. I was at work but my mother was in from out if town so she watched everything. My mother said JD was very nice and easy to talk to and didn't mind explaining step by step on what he's doing! The lady I talked to on the phone to set up the appointment was very kind and explained everything in detail. They also did a follow up call which was nice! I'm a new home owner and was totally nervous about having someone drill a hole in the side of my house but these people did a great, clean, professional job! Very fair price and would recommend to anyone! My radon test came back .7 from 9.0!! read more

These guys are wonderful! The service for the radon mitigation was fast and it looks great! Our technician was Ryan, and he was awesome to work with; polite, friendly and professional. Carrie was friendly and easy to talk to and very good at scheduling. If you need radon mitigation give them a call. I had a terrific experience! read more

Everyone at Absolute Radon was great to work with. They made sure to provide me an estimate up front and followed through with it until the end. They were easy to get a hold of, kept in contact with me throughout the process and always made time when needed. When the first project wasn't able to lower the radon levels enough, they came back, re-figured a new plan and now our levels are almost zero. The fan is so silent; we don't even know it is there. Everyone that helped me has been honest and extremely hard working. I would gladly do business with them again as they deserve more than a 5 star rating!! - Todd Hammond read more

Very friendly, reliable and relatable. Satisfied with the work and the process.

From start to finish this was a great company to do business with. Attention to detail and guidance every step of the way was provided, the follow up concise and the installer, Ryan, showed up/completed work on time. Highly recommended!! read more

Newly updates on 6/04/2018: I used them for my rental properties last week. My old system was old and creating a lot of noise and vibration in the basement. They came in replaced the fan and secure all the attachments to the wall and now I can hardly hear anything in the basement. It took only 20 mins and everything is so clean and nice. I am so happy with this company. I will use them for sure in the future. Old review: Very happy with the installation. The fan is very quiet and efficient (Only 65W) The staff is very friendly and professional. They cleaned up everything inside and outside my house after the installation. read more

Absolute Radon Safety made it incredibly easy to coordinate and schedule installation of a radon mitigation system, even while we were still living out of state. Their customer communication is top notch, and their prices are very competitive. The installation was professional and looks attractive, too. Nick came to my house to give bid. I then hired them to do the job. Installer comes out a couple weeks later and tells me the system that I was quoted cannot be installed. Tells me Nick is just a marketing person and doesnt know what he is talking about. I ask to speak with manager, am handed a business card and installer just drives away. I took the day off work and was left standing with no options. No resolution was ever provided. Im sure they will put their own twist to the story but the bottom line is that ACE Radon came out, gave me a bid ( cheaper than Absolute Radon ) and did the install as promised with NO issues. Proof is in the pudding. read more

My installation went smoothly and the technician was professional and on time. Afterwards I realized that he had accidentally knocked a wire loose in the outlet that was powering the fan. I contacted Katherine and she scheduled the owner to come out and fix it. My house has old outdated wiring and this became much more than just a loose wire. Nick ended up working on this outlet for over 5 hours to make sure it was fixed!! He went above and beyond and rewired the entire outlet for me and didn't give up until he was sure it was fixed. I'm super happy with their customer service and the only reason something went wrong was because of my houses poor wiring. They made sure they left my house in a better condition than when they started. Will definitely recommend this company!! read more

A positive experience from requesting a quote online, to getting a phone call to discuss, and quick follow up with a quote. Just moving into a new house and dealing with other companies on various things unrelated to radon, I have been in a grumpy mood dealing with other issues. So it is particularly difficult to get a 5 star rating from me - so Absolute Radon Safety should actually get a 6 star review. JD was our installer - he was prompt, efficient, polite, informative, and patient with my extra questions about things like sump pumps (my first basement!). Radon is a serious thing, our test showed us on the borderline with a 3.5, but for less than $1000 you can significantly reduce a risk of health problems in your future - totally worth it! read more
