Very experienced and affordable. Personal and genuine consultation without pressure. High quality job that took an independent radon reading from daily spikes as high as 13 to under 1 overnight. Super grateful! read more

Raydon services are not cheap so getting the right company to do the job well is important. I had four quotes and why I went with them was because of the two year warranty, the post test to confirm their install good, and the type of Mat they use under their sealing to help push Raydon out or whatever it is it does magically worked. I'm impressed with quality and time this team put in and honestly very respectful staff. They worked hard an entire day at my house and even came back the next day to complete what was remaining. Very communicative and respected the no shoes in home due to my kiddos sensitivities. I'd hire them again and again on any future needs. Hands down best raydon services you can get with a detailed team and always there to help answer questions. I'm very happy with the services and even got to meet the owner. Of all companies this service is in line with others but better. read more

I needed to put in a radon vent so I called affordable radon. I spoke with Cody, who was super helpful explaining everything. I thought he was very honest also with the price. They were right in the middle of what you would google the price should be. Cody said he had an opening the next day between 9am-11am. The crew called me at 9:30 to say they were 10 minutes away. Both service guys weren't so nice and very well mannered. They said it would take 3 hours, but they were done in 2. The one guy was super sweet to my 18 year old son, who had just graduated high school. He was just very pleasant and friendly. A very honest guy. If you need a radon vent I would call these guys, they are fast and reliable. read more

We would like to thank Affordable Radon Services LLC for the work that was done in our home for radon remediation. Authur and Jose did an amazing job and were very professional the work looks amazing but what is even better the radon is now at a great and healthy level. For months and maybe the past 2 years we felt drained of energy so we started looking into what could potentially cause low levels of energy for us but also seemed to be impacting our overall health. We live in Commerce City Colorado - Nick came out and set up the initial radon tester and site survey a day later he came back and gave us the results very high 8.7 and dangerous levels. He made some recommendations with the barrier seal and plan for the remediation. A few days later Jose and Authur showed up early in the morning and we could not be happier with the excellent work done. Radon level is now below 1.0 and energy levels have returned to normal, we feel healthier, can breathe and get better rest. Thanks again read more

Awesome service! Everything from speaking to Jeff about the initial appointment to the guys who installed was top notch. Highly recommended. Easy service quote, clear report, easy scheduling , and payment. Alec and Cesar who installed were courtesy, friendly, and fast. Great communication throughout the whole process. I was having trouble with my radon system and calling affordable radon solved my issues without needing to have it serviced. Great customer service and knowledgeable sales reps, so appreciated! read more

Overpriced. Called for estimate of basic apartment test. $200 quoted. Called 2 other reputable firms $125 from both.

Well it's another year later and our system still doesnt work. They have been here over 12 times. Today they said they would install a pipe thru a wall and then down thru floor. Came here today and the owner refused to do any work. Said it was my fault somehow even though todays work would have been exactly what he said it needed over a year ago and was exactly what he said he would come do prior to getting here. This company should not be trusted at all. We have endure over 2 years and a dozen trip and the system still doesnt work. Stay away from this company. They are dishonest. read more

I hired Affordable Radon after finding them on Home Advisor. They were responsive with providing me with a quote for the system. The quote was almost exact to what the actual cost was except they had to drill into concrete which was not estimated for previously. Gabe came out and did the installation. They did a fantastic job. I haven't received the test results yet, but can say Gabe was great and they did a job good with the installation. Everything is still running well. read more

SO impressed !! Giovanni Cruz came out to our new home and installed our mitigation system. I accidentally locked us out of the house & he not only was patient and understanding but also let me sit in his car to stay warm while my husband came over with a key. He was such a kind person and a great employee! I couldn't not recommend him more!!! He explained each step of the process and made sure I understand everything before leaving! Thank you affordable radon ! I will definitely be recommending your company & Giovanni to friends needing mitigation systems! read more

It's pretty refreshing to have a company that just shows up and gets it done for a fair price. I called to get a quote on a system about a week ago, as Affordable Radon Services was recommended to me by a friend. They sent me a quote within minutes, with the stipulation that if I didn't like their plan on install day I could walk away, no questions asked. Gabe showed up and managed to install the system in a fairly complicated installation in about four hours. He was quick, efficient and courteous. We got a system with a high quality fan for a reasonable price. We'll be breathing easy for years to come knowing we're not pummeling our lungs with alpha radiation. Recommend 10/10 read more

These guys are super responsive and came up with a great plan at a reasonable cost. We were very happy with the work they did and how everything looked when it was completed. The radon didn't quite get to the level it needed to be initially so they kept at it to make sure we got the proper readings. It's great to work with a company that cares about getting it right and working with them was a really good experience. read more

This was a very easy firm to work with. Provided a prompt estimate that was field validated by an on-site visit. Online workflow was easy. Gabe was stellar, a pro in actions and words. Very cordial and made the effort to clarify details of placement and routing. I endorse Affordable Radon. Give them a shot. Did I mention their quote was $500 less than the other two I had? Call them people! read more

Quick response to a sump pump issue and the tech was Knowledgeable and resolved the issue promptly.

I called to get a new radon fan as the old one was making a lot of noise. Their quote for a new fan was the lowest I had gotten. When the tech opened up the old fan, he observed that the blades were dirty. Rather than simply replacing the old fan, he cleaned the blades, which made the fan run quietly again! Cleaning the blades instead of replacing saved me $320! And the tech was very friendly and informative! Email and telephone conversations were also very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Affordable Radon! read more

Had an appointment with Affordable Radon that was a bit out on the calendar. They had a cancellation and were able to come a week sooner than planned which was great for us. Quick, professional and courteous. They are really amazing to come to a site and plan on the spot how to vent the system out of the house in the most discreet way. Very happy with radon level going from 13.3 to .11 after the installation. read more

Another Yelp Request a Quote success story here in Denver. Radon mitigation is a real thing around this part of the country. There's some scary stuff in many people's basements and if you believe in "science", radon is a leading cause of cancer. Needless to say, you don't want that stuff in your house. I found Affordable Radon through a Yelp RAQ. The team responded via phone in about 30 minutes of my online inquiry. They were able to schedule the job in less than a week, even with snowy spring weather. Having a radon mitigation system on the side of your house ain't sexy looking, but it makes me rest easier at night. Getting sleep and not having cancer is way sexier too, IMHO. Minus one star for the bookkeeping/collections person who incessantly followed up, even though we'd paid in full on the day of service. It took several phone calls and emails back and forth for her to realize that my partner (with a different name) had written a check to cover the cost. She actually admitted that she didn't know what job/account his check was for and kept calling me to say I owed money. But all in all, we don't have radon in our house and that's the most important thing. The guys who scheduled and installed the system did a great job. read more

Affordable Radon L.L.C may be "affordable" but, I wouldn't call them "Colorado's Trusted Radon Specialist." There's more than one "team" performing installations; some whom cut corners, and other's that seem to know what they're doing. I strongly suggest knowing actual Radon installation "Code regulations" Nationally, as well as checking Affordable Radon's boasted certification credentials. As always, do your research before hand to avoid potential problems, and then inspect the job after completion. Since multiple different teams perform work, unless you personally are Radon mitigation certified, consider hiring an outside Nationally recognized independent Radon consultant to inspect your job's completed work. Radon being the number two leading cause of lung cancer, ask to perform running two charcoal tests at the same time after your installation, and average the readings. (This is especially important in the event something goes wrong with the one charcoal reader.) read more

The entire process was quick, efficient and well done. Appointment was less than one week out. Formal contract was emailed for electronic signature. The installer arrived on time. He explained everything to me. The work areas were left clean. The installer asked me where I wanted to place both the interior and exterior equipment. He was concerned with the cosmetic impact of the vent pipe to the front of the house. Affordable Radon met my expectations. We have not done our followup radon test yet. Call around for the best price. There was a lot of competition for radon business in the area. read more

Difficult to find fault with amazing quality, customer service, and speed. My wife and I are preparing to finish our basement and should we ever have to sell our home we did not want someone paranoid about radon to require us to add a system after the fact. Called Tyson and his two guys came prepared and right on time. They went right to work, removed their shoes in our home every time, and installed our mitigation system in less than 4 hours. That includes painting the exterior piping to match our home! (I supplied the paint) I cannot say enough positive accolades for this company. The saying goes 'You get what you pay for," while that is certainly the case in most every industry, in radon mitigation you can save some money (we saved about $275 versus the nearest competitor) and the quality of the installation was outstanding. Comes with a 30 yr warranty on the install and the fan itself, the only moving part, has a 7 yr warranty. For those, like me that watched a bunch of YouTube videos on mitigation installs, these guys were able to remove about 15 gallons of soil (soil was moist or it would have likely been 20) and the system, including our sump, are completely sealed with appropriate caulk and PVC cement. Also were able to place our system in the ideal location with no issues. Just amazing how clean the install was in such a short period of time. To follow Angel's lead: Our home is a 3000 sq ft two story with a 1000 sq ft basement. Radon level started at 6 (12/15/13). Will see in a few weeks what they have dropped to...UPDATE (2/15/13) Levels are now 1.9 which is excellent and the exterior equipment has shown no issues with our recent well below zero snaps and high winds. Great Company - Highly Recommend read more

Great company, Tyson showed up on time to do the radon test, came back 5 days later and we tested 6.4, so then we scheduled the vapor barrier installation the next week. Such a kind and helpful group of people. We purchased an older house with higher level of radon. The group of 3 came early and finished unbelievably fast! The work they did was exceptional.
