As others have mentioned here, Scott was a consummate professional: he was incredibly communicative, on-time, and very, very thorough. We appreciated that throughout the entire process, Scott was more than willing to explain what he was doing and why it mattered. He was required to take a number of samples from throughout our house, but did so in a way that was not overly disruptive and in a way that wouldn't look too bad in the stretch before any holes made get repaired (or completely ripped out). He met all timelines he promised for delivery of the results and was incredibly helpful in talking us through not only the results, but what they meant in terms of next steps around abatement. While we never wanted to get news that we had asbestos that needs to be taken care of, we were lucky to have Scott help us to understand what that meant even to recommend some people who could do the work to clean the asbestos up.
