Ultimately we went with a full replacement. Pricing to value couldn't be beat. The other quotes I received were either so low that they were suspect or so high that I knew I'd have been paying for their flashy trucks and advertisements. Here is an update to my last review. I hired All Seasons to replace the roof for my other house in…read moreColorado. My experience with the second house was similar to the first house. Once again, they did an outstanding job! They met with my insurance agent several times on site to present the damage and its relationship to recent storms. They installed a high quality roof (I upgraded to the premium shingle and received a homeowners insurance rebate and annual discount) and completed the job on time as scheduled. I am really glad that my insurance company recommended them. I highly recommend them! Here is the review I submitted for the first house in Colorado (in case you have not read it): I don't write reviews often. However, All Seasons Exteriors did such outstanding work on my roof replacement that I decided to share my experience with others. Here are the key facts: 1. All Seasons was recommended by my insurance company for the replacement of my roof. 2. I requested quotes from 3 companies. Two companies concluded that insurance would not cover the repair. All Seasons Exteriors felt that there was a 70% chance that insurance would cover it and recommended that I submit a claim. 3. All Seasons met with the claims adjuster and climbed up on the roof to show them the damage and helped the insurance company to prepare the claim. Some time lapsed and a different claims adjuster was assigned. All Seasons met with the new adjuster and repeated the process of submitting a claim. The claim was approved by insurance. 4. All Seasons met with me at my home to ensure that the roof color would match the house. They also helped me to select a shingle upgrade that would reduce my future homeowners insurance premiums. 5. The only payment that was required from me was my insurance deductible (plus a shingle upgrade that I decided to purchase). All Seasons waited until I received proceeds from the insurance company before final billing. There was a small difference in the final bill versus the insurance payment, and All Seasons absorbed this cost. 6. The resulting roof looks great and has an outstanding warranty! All Seasons has a great reputation for quality work with my insurance company (State Farm) and online. Evan and Jan were really great to work with. They explained everything along the way. I highly recommend All Seasons for roof replacement.

They truly embody the values of integrity, responsibility and craftsmanship. Mathew and his oustanding team takes great pride in their work, and deserve the highest accolades. Mathew and his team has replaced the the roof on my primary residence in South Park Hill as well as that of a rental property we own in North Park Hill. Our historic property in South Park Hill included the primary house roof, as well as our 920 square foot carriage house roof. The North PH house is a historic single story bungalow. Despite the presence of older, prexisting damage to the roofing, Mathew was able to negotiate with our claims adjuster for a comprehensive and thorough roof repair for all three roofs. Mathew walked with the adjuster and showed him all the roof damage (both the old and new). He was able to skillfully bolster the argument for approval of total roof replacement, but he also advocated for other necessary upgrades, including new decking, a high quality synthetic underlayment, and importantly, the Class 4 Impact Resistant Shingles, at no additional cost. The main roof on the South PH property had complex framing with hips, valleys, and dormers, as well numerous penetrations, and multiple chimneys. These required exact and intricate cuts to align everything properly. The total roof tear-off and replacement exposed a number of hidden issues with framing, decking, and water damage. All existing issues were addressed and repaired with attention to current codes and skilled craftmanship. Mathew facilitated all the communications between the insurance company and ourselves, and coordinated the entire process to make the project both positive and seamless.

I received a quick call back from Tom at Jam Roofing...I explained that we had decided to contact our insurance company to see if they would cover a claim. Tom asked to stop by and take a look, regardless of whether we were going to pursue a full blown roof job - he was willing to take some photos and give us his opinion. As 2 other roofers quoted a fee to look at our roof, I appreciated Toms "good customer service" approach. It was Toms professional opinion that the roof was badly damaged. Fast forward to our insurance inspector - our insurance company responded that hail damage was minimal and sent us a check for $1900 to cover some cosmetic damage. I am not very familiar with the type of spray roof on our home, but it did not take a rocket scientist to see that it was damaged (and to see the leaks in our ceiling). After a discussion with Tom, he suggested that I ask for a re-inspection with an adjuster who is specifically familiar with this type of roof - and he would arrange to meet the adjuster at our home. About 4 days later, our insurance company contacted us with the news that they would total our roof and provide a very fair settlement payment. 48 hours after that I had money in hand and contacted Tom to let him know that he earned our business. We signed a contract to upgrade from our current Elastomeric spray roof to a more durable rubber roof. At the same time we chose to install an additional evaporative cooler on the roof, and Tom provided a reference for a heating/cooling company that he's coordinated work with in the past (will post about these great folks in another review). We paid a % of the total up front for material cost and in about 2 weeks we were contacted to set a start date. At the exact time I was told, up pulls a roll-off dumpster, and shortly after a bunch of trucks with material and our work crew. Over the course of the tear-off and installation, the crew worked diligently, professionally and respected our home - leaving the job site clean and clear of any debris. Weather created some small delays in completion, but as soon as the sun was shining again, the crew was on the job. Throughout the process, Tom would check in with us and review the work. He also personally completed the final bits of fit and finish. So, here is where the rubber (roof) meets the road...this was a big, expensive job and I am so satisfied with the service, communication and quality that I want to shout it from the rooftop (pun intended). Seriously, how often have you dealt with folks that call you back quickly (every time), do exactly what they say and do it in the exact time they promise to do it? That is Jam Roofing. The quality of the work, details, fit and finish are evident - we got a super high quality roof that I am confident will provide many years of protection and comfort...and we got the help we needed in facilitating an insurance claim that was favorable. Highly, highly recommended - if you need a roof repair, new roof or anything roof related - look no further. Call Jam Roofing and ask for Tom. You can thank me later!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDING: GOLDEN SKY ROOFING…read more Being a homeowner, you have to deal with a lot of home maintenance and repairs. But dealing with natural calamity related damage i.e. Hail Damage related repairs can be tough and mind boggling for any homeowner, especially if they don't know what to deal with. In August 2021 our home was affected by a hailstorm and our roof was heavily damaged. We had the opportunity to talk to quite a few Roofing companies and we ended up going with Golden Sky Roofing Company. The reason behind this is because the owner of the company, Rob Clement, was very thorough in explaining every single step. Didn't try to over-sell me anything, explained every single material and things that needed to be replaced very well. Well you might ask what's the difference, all the roofers would tell you the same thing. Well there are couple of things that stood out when I spoke to him and those are: 1. By the time my insurance approved everything, it was the middle of the winter! And Rob said that it's better to wait until the weather is warmer because then the shingles would stick to the roof well and would cure way better. So we waited and got our roof replaced in Spring. Also I've seen in my neighborhood, a couple of the houses replaced their roofing in the middle of the cold winter and as a result when there was a windstorm those roofs lost the shingle whereas these shingles are rated to survive 100+ miles per hour windstorms. 2. Constant communication throughout the whole process. 3. This part is my favorite, Level of Customer Service, when his crew were installing my roof, Rob made sure to go and talk to both of my neighbors and ensure proper cleanup was done on my neighbors property if there was any debris on their property. All the Roofers would clean up the neighbors' property but it's the attention to detail and making sure my neighbors were not unhappy really impressed me. So I would highly recommend Golden Sky Roofing to anyone who is looking to get their roof fixed. And also I was referred to this Company by my insurance agent and I'm thankful that I asked my insurance agent. It's been a great experience working with Rob and his team. I am rating Golden Sky Roofing as 10 on 10 and 5 star. Here is their details: Rob Clement Owner, Golden Sky Roofing 720.883.6100 https://www.goldenskyroofing.com/
