I paid for services that were never completed. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I did not receive the work I paid for. In addition, there were problems with the quality of the work performed and personal property was damaged during the project. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I also had to hire other contractors to redo the work that was done. read more

Khan, Omar, and team were wonderful! We had a leaking pipe, instead of just "bandaid-ing" the situation, we got an honest response on next steps- fast forward to today, we've a new water heater and copper piping- sadly, lots of codes were broken with how our previous piping was completed... almost inevitable there'd be a leak.. thank God the pipes didn't burst. For the amount of time the guys were here, the high quality piping we have now, it was well worth every penny! Thank you RHR plumbing, we will be using you again. read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. I had a new water heater installed during the closing process on my new condo. I've been living here for just under a month, and I've only had hot water for about a day. The unit was not installed properly, causing it to short out and repeatedly trip the breaker. I've had this company come back three separate times to try to fix the issue. I've also hired an electrician to redo the connections, install a new breaker, and verify everything on the electrical side. At this point, I've exhausted every option trying to get this resolved. After contacting the warranty company, their response was: "If it's tripping, then there is something wrong with the heating elements. If there is something wrong with the elements, then it wasn't installed properly." On top of that, the water heater is leaking, and they were unable to fix that issue as well. Save yourself the frustration and go with someone else. I would not recommend this company to anyone. At this point, you'd probably have better luck doing the job yourself. read more

Reliable and timely service! Definitely will use this company again for future plumbing issues.

Abysmal. I wrote a review about two months ago (honest, accurate, brief) and was met with the threat of a small defamation case. So I took it down hoping that would help to get the ball rolling with this deplorable company. But alas, they still have our deposit, continue to ghost us, and ignore responses asking for the money back. So I'll post comments from other online reviews that mirror our situation with Omar and Khan - perhaps they can group us together for a discounted defamation suit. But here's what we can relate to: "This company is completely untrustworthy." "Once they received my payment, they vanished." "Now I'm finding out I'm not the only one they've scammed. They even failed to pay their own accountant!" "Stay far away from this company. Do not waste your money - whether it's your own or insurance money. They are completely unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest." "They will take your money, leave your project unfinished, and disappear." Again, those quotes from another reviewer mirror our unfortunate experience with this company. read more

This company is completely untrustworthy. First and foremost, they have the audacity to manipulate their reviews by having employees leave fake five-star ratings. One of their employees, who used MY basement pictures in a review, pretending it was his own! They even keep changing their accounts in Yelp and everywhere else. I hired this company after my basement flooded, trusting their reviews. At first, things seemed fine, but then everything went downhill. Khan and Omar reassured me over and over that the restoration would be flawless--better than before, even. But I was completely wrong to trust them. Once they received my payment, they vanished. They didn't complete the job as promised. When I confronted them about where my money went, they claimed it was for drywall repair. That's a blatant lie--fixing drywall didn't cost anywhere near what they charged, and they knew it. Now I'm finding out I'm not the only one they've scammed. They even failed to pay their own accountant! Stay far away from this company. Do not waste your money--whether it's your own or insurance money. They are completely unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. DO NOT CALL THEM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. And most importantly, do not waste your sanity dealing with them. They will take your money, leave your project unfinished, and disappear. Even if you pay them more, you will never see them again. read more

Great, quick service! Gave me a reasonable estimate up front and fit in the visit in our crazy schedule. Definitely recommend.

My house plumbing blew up, and from a slow leak turned into black mold. Khan and Mitchell have become my boys - and are having to rebuild a significant part of my house. They are gentlemen, so is their team, to the point where my Mom, as a bit of a hermit, trusts them. Good dudes, skilled, complete, and trustworthy. read more

Khan is amazing. He is thorough, communicative, and stays level-headed even when standing in an inch of raw sewage. That makes him a better man than most! It's hard to find a qualified plumber who will show up now that the population is booming out of control here on the Front Range. Every plumbing service is insanely busy, and the big companies will cherry-pick the high margin jobs and leave the little homeowners with small (but essential) jobs waiting and waiting for service. Khan is the guy you want to call if you want the job done right, the first time. He knows what to do, how to do it, and charges fair and honest prices for top-notch work. Can you ask for more? Khan has been there for me through every plumbing emergency (and non-emergency) that I have had in the last year, at two properties, and he has gone the extra mile each time. I would recommend him to anyone! read more

Khan came out well after hours and SAVED OUR TAILS! My wife is very sick and we needed our water service for cleanliness. We had a pipe failure on our hose bib in the late evening, the worst possible time. No other plumbing contractor wanted to come out, and all the Big Boys who supposedly do emergency services 24/7 couldn't squeeze us in for two days or more. Khan showed up, installed a shutoff on the bib for a temporary fix and restored our service. If you're in trouble, call Khan! read more

A small DIY project gone wrong resulted in some water damage in my ceiling. Khan and team came out the same day and quickly pulled together a plan to dry everything out and fix my bathroom. They did an awesome job protecting the inside of my house, checking on things daily, and were super easy to work with. read more

A+++ Excellent communication and service. My tenants needed the garbage disposal fixed and Khan when beyond that to replace/repair the piping as well. I was most pleased with the coordination and scheduling directly between him and the tenants, this made the whole experience easier for me. Garbage disposal is fixed and tenants are happy. Highly recommended. Thank you very much! read more

First of all I just want to say Thank you so very much (Khan) to have people like you that is so professional, friendly, nice, caring, brilliant and knowledgeable. Khan replied to my request right away and showed up at the same day. I'm telling you this company is fantastic!!! I was worried about water that are kept on running behind my wall for the past 3 weeks at my house. When he showed up he pulled his tools out and check on every walls that are making noises go to basement and found the problem in less than 10 minutes. He also shared with me some good knowledge before he left the house. I highly recommend this company to everyone!!! They will be my plumber for the rest of my life! read more

I reached out to Khan on Thursday night and he was available to come the next day to reseat a toilet which was leaking. Khan came Friday evening and examined the toilet, trying many things to recreate the problem. After ensuring everything was fine with the toilet, Khan told me not to worry about the charge for the visit. This was well after business hours and extremely kind of him to do. read more

Unfortunately during the record cold spell, one of the pipes in my basement froze and burst late at night in one of my tenants rooms. Luckily, it was caught almost immediately and I was able to call Khan and his team in to take care of it while I was working night shift. They arrived within the hour that I first called them! Through out the whole emergency call, he kept me updated on his plan and was very transparent about prices and steps for the future mitigation process. He even sent updated photos, videos, and gave me a call through each step while I was managing this mess from a distance. He was able to quickly restore water to the house. Definitely recommend! read more

We had an old 17 year old kitchen faucet that was barely dribbling any water. I put out a request for help, and Khan from Denver Plumbing contacted me within minutes and was able to show up at our house in about 10 minutes. The old faucet had to go, which we were expecting, and we had already purchased a replacement faucet just in case the old one couldn't be fixed. I had thought about doing the job myself, but am glad I didn't because the installation was difficult due to the tight space, special tools and knowledge needed. As it turned out, the replacement faucet also turned out to have a defective part, which only a professional plumber would have been able to tell. Khan was patient enough for me to run and get a replacement so that he could finish the job, which as a result, took longer than expected. I highly recommend Khan as an honest and professional plumber. We're very happy with the results and will be calling him first for all our future plumbing needs. read more

I had a ground level toilet and sink back up. Called Genteel Plumbers and they came over in about 30 mins. They diagnosed the problem and went to work. First they went at with the auger and then the power auger, neither worked. Went to the third option, which was the hydro blaster which got the problem solved. It actually turned out to that the main line out of the house was clogged. Took them about 90 minutes to complete the journey. Very professional in explaining the process and costs. Good quality work at fair price. I would definitely call them back. I appreciated their hard work and constant effort to figuring out the problem. read more

Thank You for being an essential service during the Covid-19 pandemic. On April 1, 2020 your crew was excellent in fixing and replacing the leaky pipes under my sink. Everything works! I have been a customer with this company since 2017 for a variety of jobs: in 2017 the company, replaced the toilets in the master bedroom and hallway. The company problem solved the unexpected broken corroded pipes while installing the two toilets. This was no easy task and the work was completed in the same day. I am forever grateful for their work. The next repair in 2018 was the replacement of my water heater and it is working perfectly today. Then later in the year of 2018 there was a leak behind my washer and dryer which required remediation: removal of the growing mold and replacing the leaking pipes. The wall was restored and everything is working well. In 2018 my house also had a small leak in my sewer pipes and these were replaced too. in 2019, my kitchen sink's water connection flooded my kitchen. The company came to the rescue and everything is fixed. I am a satisfied customer and I trust their work ethics too. I recommend this company. Sincerely, Liz Union City read more
