We were looking to replace our 28-year-old, builder-grade siding that was showing signs of water…read moreretention. After getting four quotes, I came to realize that each company pretty much has one type of siding they recommend and install. For one company we interviewed it was LP (engineered wood), for two companies it was Hardie (fiber cement), and for the last company, Superior Industries, it was a material we hadn't heard of before: Gentek ALIGN Composite Cladding (aka Alside ASCEND Composite Cladding). I was initially skeptical because I hadn't come across it in my research. How good could it be? Turns out, amazing. Really glad I called Mike to come take a look, as otherwise we would have ended up spending a lot more to get a not-quite-as-good product. Superior Industries replaced all of our siding, soffits, and facia, and aluminum-wrapped all new trim boards for us. They did precise, high-quality work and it really shows. Communication was good throughout and the guys who did the work were friendly and competent. Mike only has a couple teams, so these guys have been with him for many years and really know their stuff. They listened to everything I had to say, they consulted me when there were any decisions to be made, and they answered all my questions. Everything looks great and we are very pleased.

Inferior Product Installed…read more I needed new windows for a remodel I am doing in my daughter's condo. I contacted Superior Industries for one of three quotes I received. Mike came to respresent Superior. Mike and I discussed in detail about the color of the windows. I probably told Mike at least a dozen times "I need brown windows," "The windows must be brown." Not once did Mike speak up to tell me the windows he had in mind would be white inside. I fully expected the windows to be brown inside and out. Mike emailed me a work order where he added "white inside" to the description of the windows. I didn't notice this detail in the work order, but at the same time, I did not approve or sign-off on this work order. I approved the install solely on the promise of brown windows at a quoted price of $11,262. What business person would believe that simply sending out a work order, with no sign-off by the customer, indicates acceptance by the customer? The windows Superior installed are much cheaper windows than all-brown windows would have been. I accepted their quote believing I would get all brown windows. Quotes from the other vendors indicate brown and white windows sell for three to four thousand dollars less than all brown windows. I overpaid by three to four thousand dollars! I entered into agreement with Superior in good faith. I did not get respect or good faith in return. Instead, I got an inferior product where a much better product was promised. I will never do business with this company again. Update to Mike's response: What contract? A contract is a document where both parties sign-off agreeing to the terms of the contract. My signature does not appear on any such document. The email Mike references approves only the quote based on a promise of seven brown windows. I never approved the work order via email. I challenge Mike to post here any proof that I signed-off or otherwise approved the terms of his "work order."

They were respectful, clean, and detailed. I don't know a lot about siding but when I see them take care to pick up every nail, all trash, and be sure to secure the gate every time so our dogs can't get out, it makes me feel good about all the other things they are doing too. The company was also wonderful about communication and keeping us in the loop about the timeline for the project. Our home looks brand new and we couldn't be happier.

Our home looks beautiful. The crew was very professional and thorough, cleaning up after themselves and taking great care of our property. Our main contact was Danny and from the get go he was very friendly and personable, working with us to get the desired outcome. The only negative was the lack of communication at times. We understood it was the busy season and there were a lot of other ongoing jobs besides ours, but at times we found ourselves reaching out to find out what was going on with scheduling more often than a client should. But once everything was scheduled the work went really fast and everything turned out great. Definitely would recommend Road Home Exteriors.

We hired Five Seasons last year to replace most of our windows for our home. Some of our windows…read morewere fairly large, and we also had two sliding glass doors replaced. So, this was a big project and we were very nervous as it was our first time doing this. From the start, we were impressed by the sales process. They went over our preferences and needs multiple times, made many iterations, and finally, we settled on the windows to replace, the style, the amount of sun filtering, etc. We chose Marvin windows as the window manufacturer, and Five Seasons then handled the installation. Now that it's been a year, we can say that Five Seasons supports their work really well. We had some problems with the hardware side of some of our Marvin windows and doors. It wasn't anything major, but things that should have been working properly. Dylan and Makayla provided exceptional support and actually rebuilt our sliding glass door locks for us, and since they did their work, the door locks have been working perfectly. The window installers, under Mike, did a great job installing windows that were large and in difficult locations. We have now had a year to see how they have held up to wind, rain, and cold weather and they are doing great. We are glad we went with Five Seasons. They were reasonably priced, installed the windows when scheduled, and have been providing excellent support.

I'm not sure where to begin. I wrote a horrible review for these guys after my doors were installed…read more- they called and "made it right" and gave me a discount. The owner assured me everything would be double checked - to make sure there were no issues. This was after noticing the contractors only put one screw In each of the hinges! That was in March. But now, I am beyond over this entire company. For the price I paid- and the shit I had to put up with, this should not be what is happening. So let's start from the beginning- Turns out, they do not actually know the contractors they say they know. I had two doors replaced and the contractors that came were actual scam artists that had NO IDEA what they were doing. The one kid who was left at my house alone with no car, to Install both doors by himself- was left stranded and literally helped himself to my fridge and cabinets of food- he was Stuck at my house until 8pm on a Friday night, hit on me- and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable (I'm a single woman who lives alone). I went with this company because the sales man who scammed me, PROMISED WHITE GLOVE SERVICE. I was promised a ONE DAY INSTALL. Not 3 full 8+ hour days. The owners called me and gave me a discount- but it still took more than three days to finish the doors and now that it is June, I am seeing how shitty a job they actually did. I was grateful for the discount but now they are making me pay money to have my doors fixed! Last week, they sent out someone to fix the front door because the contractor installed the seal wrong and it made it nearly impossible to close/open my door. While at my house- my mom showed her the back door and a piece that was literally falling off because it was installed wrong. This was after my 73 year old mom, tripped over the broken back door piece that was hanging off- she has a huge contusion on her elbow and slammed her head to the wood floor. The contractor admitted to my mom- that it was in fact INSTALLED IMPROPERLY. So I email them immediately because she said it would have to be a new work ticket for her to fix it. So I sent an email and now they want me to pay $250 to fix something that they never properly installed?!?!? I am attaching the emails and pictures of my broken doors (REMEMBER I HAD THEM INSTALLED IN MARCH- it is now only JUNE- less than 3 months). Thanks for absolutely NOTHINg. I ended up paying $7,000 for both doors (with a discount because of how long and inappropriate the installation cost) which is still a crap ton of money. They ruined my entire weekend and I missed the superbowl because they were at my house until 9 pm that Sunday evening. They helped themselves to my food without asking and at one point, the young contractor who was stranded there alone with no vehicle, had to have me help him reinstall my lights! He had no one to hold them while he screwed them in!!!!!!!!!!! They should pay me!!!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. They claim to be all about integrity and doing the right thing- quite honestly I think they are all full of shit at this point. Save your money. They will promise white glove service and efficiency and you will get the exact opposite- I am still finding scraps and screws on my driveway from them. Disgusted by this.
