Once again, they did an outstanding job! They met with my insurance agent several times on site to present the damage and its relationship to recent storms. They installed a high quality roof (I upgraded to the premium shingle and received a homeowners insurance rebate and annual discount) and completed the job on time as scheduled. I am really glad that my insurance company recommended them. I highly recommend them! Here is the review I submitted for the first house in Colorado (in case you have not read it): I don't write reviews often. However, All Seasons Exteriors did such outstanding work on my roof replacement that I decided to share my experience with others. Here are the key facts: 1. All Seasons was recommended by my insurance company for the replacement of my roof. 2. I requested quotes from 3 companies. Two companies concluded that insurance would not cover the repair. All Seasons Exteriors felt that there was a 70% chance that insurance would cover it and recommended that I submit a claim. 3. All Seasons met with the claims adjuster and climbed up on the roof to show them the damage and helped the insurance company to prepare the claim. Some time lapsed and a different claims adjuster was assigned. All Seasons met with the new adjuster and repeated the process of submitting a claim. The claim was approved by insurance. 4. All Seasons met with me at my home to ensure that the roof color would match the house. They also helped me to select a shingle upgrade that would reduce my future homeowners insurance premiums. 5. The only payment that was required from me was my insurance deductible (plus a shingle upgrade that I decided to purchase). All Seasons waited until I received proceeds from the insurance company before final billing. There was a small difference in the final bill versus the insurance payment, and All Seasons absorbed this cost. 6. The resulting roof looks great and has an outstanding warranty! All Seasons has a great reputation for quality work with my insurance company (State Farm) and online. Evan and Jan were really great to work with. They explained everything along the way. I highly recommend All Seasons for roof replacement.

I was in the closing process on my home sale and timelines were both tight and constantly shifting. Glen and his team remained flexible and very supportive through the whole process. They offered multiple solutions for the issues with my old roof. We closed the sale on time and it just wouldn't have happed without this company handling the roof. Ultimately we went with a full replacement. Pricing to value couldn't be beat. The other quotes I received were either so low that they were suspect or so high that I knew I'd have been paying for their flashy trucks and advertisements. Denver Roof Pros is an honest local business doing it right! You'd be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't consider this company for your roofing needs. I will be their customer for the rest of my life.

It appeared that my home was taken care of & I was pleased with the roof. However, I did have to report that it appears the gutter was not draining properly during any rain. Then E&M just stopped promising and no one ever came to check the gutter. I made it clear and I was home when someone was supposed to check it over, did not happen. They had the potential to receive 5 stars from me, but once paid, my concern about the gutter was never addressed. Maybe this report will get their attention as my calls never did. They truly embody the values of integrity, responsibility and craftsmanship. Mathew and his oustanding team takes great pride in their work, and deserve the highest accolades. Mathew and his team has replaced the the roof on my primary residence in South Park Hill as well as that of a rental property we own in North Park Hill. Our historic property in South Park Hill included the primary house roof, as well as our 920 square foot carriage house roof. The North PH house is a historic single story bungalow. Despite the presence of older, prexisting damage to the roofing, Mathew was able to negotiate with our claims adjuster for a comprehensive and thorough roof repair for all three roofs. Mathew walked with the adjuster and showed him all the roof damage (both the old and new). He was able to skillfully bolster the argument for approval of total roof replacement, but he also advocated for other necessary upgrades, including new decking, a high quality synthetic underlayment, and importantly, the Class 4 Impact Resistant Shingles, at no additional cost. The main roof on the South PH property had complex framing with hips, valleys, and dormers, as well numerous penetrations, and multiple chimneys. These required exact and intricate cuts to align everything properly. The total roof tear-off and replacement exposed a number of hidden issues with framing, decking, and water damage. All existing issues were addressed and repaired with attention to current codes and skilled craftmanship. Mathew facilitated all the communications between the insurance company and ourselves, and coordinated the entire process to make the project both positive and seamless.

Stay far away from them if you're not in a reasonable service area. They are an insurance claim chaser company and will step all over you to get at your payout. They sent different people out to inspect and provide quotes (gutter and soffits/fascia was the scope requested). I did not ask for a roof assessment but the gutter guy thought it might be eligible for an insurance replacement, so I said sure send the guy on out and let's see what happens. That's where it got really.... interesting. My first appointment was for a Friday. I asked for a specific time so I could manage my work schedule around the inspection. A time was agreed upon. Nobody showed up. I had to initiate contact to find out that they would not be coming that day due to the time/distance. We rescheduled and on the rescheduled date, I reached out early to confirm the time and was told the inspector would be 30min late. I readjusted my work calendar and was notified it would be an additional 15min. This turned out to very much work in my favor. The inspection was very thorough and took about 1.5hr. At the conclusion of the inspection I was told they can convince the insurance company to replace the roof. They showed me what ended up being a contract, but was not presented as such explicitly by name. I was asked to sign before they revealed the "fine print" on the back page - which involved having the insurance company sign the check over to Rex Roofing rather than me (I have USAA). This didn't sit well after discussing with several people and reviewing the fine print. I voided the contract within the 72 hour grace period so I can get a second opinion, gather additional quotes, and control my own insurance payout (if that happens). Instead of responding to me to confirm they received my email (always document in writing! With time stamps!) they forwarded it to the inspector who started texting me asking to "resolve" the situation. I explained, as I had in the email, that I would be taking my insurance payout myself and I requested a "cash price" quote from them. I was then told there was no way my insurance company would approve it without the inspector present, a number of wild assumptions and insinuations were made, and I was essentially berated by text by the salesman for exercising a legal right to void the contract. I had to block his number because he would not stop texting me to mansplain how I had no idea what I was doing as a homeowner and he was the only person who could convince my insurance adjuster to cover the roof. Turns out he was right - they talked me into opening a claim, the adjuster said the roof is perfectly fine and they would replace only one portion of one downspout that had hail damage. I can't tell you how the "value" of this company compares to others because they said they would do the work "for a price agreed upon with the insurance company" without providing a scope of work or any numbers of any kind in writing - so I guess they're not really interested in much besides doing the job for as much as they can squeeze out of the insurance company. I might not have made a USAA claim myself but everyone else in my family has.
