I experienced wonderful service, install, information, and pricing from REenergizeCO. Casey, co-owner, was easy to work with for the bid and pricing. He was quick to respond, especially considering the high demand due to the flood. When Casey did the bid, he had high tech equipment to evaluate energy losses, which made us concerned about cost, but they came in with a very competitive price. Chris and his team did a wonderful installation, provided great information, and were very nice. I had attic insulation, crawl space insulation, and vapor barrier installed. They did the best job of protecting our carpets and belongings of any of the repairs we have needed from the flood; laying down thick tarps and even taping them to the stairs, and covering belongings near the attic entry with plastic and taping it off. While we couldn't afford everything Casey bid out to safe energy costs for our home, Chris gave us some wonderful tips that I could do on my own, which I greatly appreciated. The installed vapor barrier and insulation looks very professional. They even helped fill out the rebate forms and send them in. Overall, I would highly recommend REenergizeCO to family and friends. Update: If you are waiting for your crawl space's dirt floor to dry out before re-installing a vapor barrier - don't! Less then 24 hours after installing the vapor barrier, the humidity in the house has dropped by 15% and the humidity in the crawl space has dropped by 25%. We have been running two small dehumidifier in the crawlspace, but they only lowered the humidity by 20% over a period of a month. Casey and his team assessed the work needed, gave us a fair price, and delivered. We had a cold area in our kitchen and they took an investigative approach. They are friendly, reliable, on time and all of the good things a home-owner could ask for. Our issue took a two-pronged approach. The first step added insulation where there was none under the floor and part of a builder's grade cantilever. It wasn't an easy job, but it was done well and done right. We later realized there was another area that was still cold (not part of the original job specs nor invoice, so not an issue at all). Casey came with his thermal camera to do a complete assessment. Together we discussed possible solutions to a very cold wall area and he gave me a fair price to add insulation there. The guys are here today and have been working for quite a while - they didn't just dive in but rather took a 360 degree approach to figure out the best and most complete way to fill in gaps and address the problem totally. We'll learn more when Casey comes back for a final thermal imagining, but I'm thrilled with the approach, the attention to detail and the care to get it right. They have gone above and beyond what we originally hired them for in order to figure out a unique problem and solve it for us. Call these guys, they are great. Excellent experience! ReEnergize CO was one of three companies I called after having an energy audit on my home, and while all three companies gave comparable estimates, Casey from ReEnergize was the only one to make a follow-up call. (First clue this would be a good experience.) I hired ReEnergize to add insulation to my attic and improve the insulation in the basement (between the rim joists) and around a room over the garage. The crew showed up ready to work. They were pleasant and professional. They answered all of my questions and gave me progress reports as the day went on. What impressed me most was the care they took as they worked. I've had a number of work crews in my house (carpet, plaster work, roofing) and NO ONE has taken such good care to tidy up as these guys! They not only used tarps on the floor but also carefully draped the work areas to protect the walls and furniture (even my belongings in the garage!). They didn't just do the job-- they did it well. REenergizeCO SAVED me after a previous contractor majorly messed up the installation of my vapor barrier. I had a new 10-mil vapor barrier installed in my crawl space after the September Boulder flood. The contractor who did the work did a terrible job. They offset the plastic too far on one side and left a 3" gap on the other side. They left gaps in the corners. They cut slices into the plastic when they cut the insulation. I was stressed out trying to figure what to do. Chris and his team were in the neighborhood and I asked Chris to take a look. He carefully explained what the issues were and took time to do the work that same afternoon, when they finished the other job. The work was done efficiently, effectively and at a reasonable price. Chris found creative ways to fix the problems without a major re-work. Although this was spur-of-the-moment, they put down tarps to protect my carpet. They were friendly, helpful and conscientious. We hired REenergizeCO for an energy audit. Casey was very professional in his analysis of our home's deficiencies and was willing and happy to entertain questions about the situation. He promptly provided the Xcel energy audit analysis, as well as a bid for his company to do the work. We solicited competitive quotes from other companies and verified that REenergizeCO is priced comparably to others. We hired them to install an all-house fan and the installation crew showed up on-time, completed the work quickly and effectively. They were careful to care for our house, taking off their shoes until they covered the carpet with drop cloths. From the very first phone call we had, Casey (I think he's the owner?) was incredibly responsive, professional & easy to work with. He was so great about follow-up and did a wonderfully detailed energy audit for us, which was very helpful in understanding our next steps. He understood we were working on a budget and was truly amazing about helping us brainstorm how to fix our house's problems. I would give more stars if I could! We hired REEnergizeCO through our roofer, Armour Roofing, and they are FANTASTIC!!! Craig was amazing and even made multiple trips to the house to explain why the insurance company would not pay for certain things. He calmed down a very stressful situation by making a trip or two to the house. His staff was out of this world! They were so great together! They worked as a perfect team! They were totally aware of my house and the set up so if they had to move furniture or what not, they put it right back where it was. They cleaned up after themselves and my house looked better than it did when they got there. Really aware of cleaning up the dust and debris. Craig worked with us on price to help where he could. If you want a one stop shop for all things insulation, solar, energy audits, and HVAC improvements this is the company for you. I had them install a solar system, electric vehicle charger, full electric box replacement/update, whole house fan, air sealing, attic insulation blowing to R-49, high efficiency HVAC, furnace, steam humidifier, and tankless water heater. All of which was financed through a solar loan so I can file for 30% federal tax credit at the end of the year. Not to mention they handled all of the Xcel Energy rebates. My electric bill went from $120-200+ per month to $6 facility charge/taxes + surplus energy production to cover me through the winter and as solar efficiency drops (warrantied for 25 years!). Called the night before to confirm, called that morning to give me an eta (arrived earlier so that was nice too). On the job the team was thorough, explained everything, polite and tidy. I had the crawlspace and joists insulated and by the time they left the house was already warmer, the floors walkable vs. freezing. I got quotes from 2 different companies but after comparing the approach to conditioning the space and the price, this team was ahead of the pack on both. When I get round to the attic space, I'll be calling again. One small item that made me remove the fifth star was that we had arranged to do a pre/post test to give to the emL group to try to get a small rebate if i could show a % of improvement, but it got lost in the transaction somewhere. I'm sure we'll sort this minor miscommunication out in the next few days, but other than this i'd have given them 5 stars and do plan to use their service again. read more

We first met with their company rep and project estimator Jordan, who worked with us on getting the most value for what we wanted to spend. He provided us with a well organized and easy to understand estimate. After we discussed the estimate we decided to move forward with the project and an installation date was scheduled. The crews showed up on time and were ready to work. They quickly set-up drop cloths and plastic to protect our walls, carpet and tile floors. We were so impressed with REenergizeCO! Casey (the owner) came out to give us a free estimate, and he was very thorough and professional. They were very good at communicating what needed to be done to insulate the attic, and also gave us a separate estimate to insulate between the garage ceiling and the bedrooms above it. There was absolutely no hard sell, even though we opted to only insulate the attic at this time. They came when scheduled, did the job as promised, and took care of all the paperwork for the Xcel rebate. To be honest, when I read the reviews for REenergizeCO, I thought they could be fake because there were so many emphatic fans of the company. It turns out that I'm going to write another one of those raving reviews (and realize all the others were real as well). First off, Dylan was a great guy when he came out to estimate the job, as well as communicating while I was choosing between the bids. Luckily he had availability within a week of me accepting his bid to do the job. This was highly appreciated considering how cold days in February can get. They did a blown-in wall insulation job on a 1200 sqft floor in one day. After cleanup, it was amazing how there wasn't any fiberglass left behind. All 4 of the guys who came were great and friendly. I was impressed with the professionalism of the owner Casey, and his findings for improvements in my home were not only reasonable, but reasonably priced. His company did the work to my satisfaction, and I spent the next few months living with the changes, though, truthfully, most were not obvious to me. However, I just received notification from Xcel Energy regarding my monthly "budget billing." The company has cut my monthly payment to exactly 50% of what it has been. These guys did a bang up job of air sealing and insulating my attic. 37% reduction in air leakage! Everybody was courteous, hard working and professional throughout the process. The communication was great and they honored their timeline and price with no fuss. They were very clean during the work and had great attention to detail. I waited 2 years after getting my solar to write this because I wanted to make sure the company resolves problems that arise post-installation. They do. They have always been super responsive. Also, they just seem like nice people who are not out to steal your money. I noticed this the first time I met one of them. He came to the house to test whether for air leaks and other energy losses. In the end, he told us our house is in great shape and didn't need any work. How often does a contractor tell you that? They installed the solar over the course of two weeks. We had a panel go off line a few months later. They came out and fixed it within two weeks or so. We had a wifi disconnect, they came out to fix that too. No fuss. Great company. read more
