I also informed him that I intended to leave an online review. During our conversation, he responded by saying, "I'll sue you for defamation." And, " I can't wait to see everyone on Reddit laugh at you" That response made me question whether customers feel comfortable leaving honest negative reviews after receiving that kind of warning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I encourage anyone hiring these contractors to have security cameras and to document the condition of their home before and after service. Jerry at About Saving Heat came out and wrote down a 5 page bid going step by step on all the thing xcel suggested. He discussed options with me. He made it manageable. A month later, a team of three men spent four days in my house. They did a great job. They were neat, and professional despite the heat of July and a spider infestation. I liked these people cause I didn't worry about the stuff. I paid them and they handled it all. Net Zero came out and vacuumed out the entire attic. It was whistle clean. They then put in baffles to assist with air flow to the vents on top of the roof along with new insulation. I did have a question about the attic and they very responsive and sent someone out and it turned out everything was good. I should add that after the job was done the upstairs was noticeably cooler!
