David was very professional and friendly, and his recommendations were focused on maximizing the value and return on investment (while other companies were either planning to sell expensive spray foam insulation which would take a lot longer to break even, or were skipping air sealing). The work was completed promptly, and this winter I saw 25-50% decrease in natural gas usage. With recent price increases I expect that the insulation upgrade will pay for itself in 2-3 winters. I worked with David (owner) on the estimate for insulating my attic. He was knowledgeable and educational - informing what his staff would do to ensure I was fully insulated to R-49. He also worked with me to set up the assessment to get the Xcel rebate. The day of the blow-in, his staff were on time, laid down plastic everywhere, wore masks, and completed the job in 3 hours. They sealed all the lights and other areas and pointed out any trouble spots. After the job was completed, they collected and vacuumed all trash and my house was as neat as when they started. I can't tell you how highly I recommend this company! I emailed All Tucked to ask for a free estimate and within a few hours, David had emailed me to set up an appointment. He arrived on time for the consultation and really took some time to help me understand what he was going to do and why he recommended what he did. Because I do not have A/C in my house, I was looking for ways to make my house even more energy efficient. That's when David talked to me about installing a radient barrier in my attic. After I asked him what seemed like a million questions (and he answered them all with knowledge and confidence), I opted to go with the radient barrier AND the full insulation. The day of insulation, he showed up with another person and they went to it! A few hours later and everything was done. I appreciate how they laid down cloth so that they wouldn't track in a lot of debris in my house and how they removed pictures from the walls when their plastic sheeting might have knocked them down otherwise. When the city inspector came by the next day to inspect the insulation, he said that he was very impressed with the job that they did - and that my attic was actually cooler than the inside of my house! The heat is certainly oppressive in Denver this year and I know that the radient barrier and insulation is helping to keep my house cooler than it would've been otherwise. One other note, I really appreciate that David knew the Colorado Energy Challenge and Excel Rebate rules. He had links to both on his website. The forms that I had to fill out were done correctly, his invoices spelled out exactly what was needed - and all of that helped me get both rebates quite a bit quicker than if I were dealing with a company that just cared about getting paid. Updating review to avoid yelp robot detection. Original review posted 2/14/2019. -- Another great install from All Tucked! They performed air sealing of our crawlspace and filled our "tuck under" garage ceiling that's below our master bedroom. Ryan, Cody and David were wonderful to work with and efficient in the install process. They'll keep saying "it's amazing the difference it makes" during the bidding process and here's some data to prove it. I pulled this data from my ecobee thermostat. The top graph has similar outside temperature to the night after they installed (bottom graph). The orange is when my furnace kicks on. Notice a couple things that aren't exactly apples to apples comparison but I believe the end result is still huge. Note two things in the top graph: - slightly lower outside temperature but only by a few degrees - one degree lower difference in desired heat temperature Look at the reduction in total run time of the furnace! Even with a higher desired heat temperature the furnace ran way less over the course of the night. It's only been one night so I could probably pull a better comparison later in the week, but the data don't lie people. Save $$$ and our earth with All Tucked Insulation! read more

I was going to do this myself but really didn't want to climb up into my 1930 attic with its rock wool insulation and muck around in there to get the job done. I had priced this out last summer and came in around $600-$800 using the blower and cellulose from the Big Box Home Store. Then I ran across a $150 coupon for these folks in the Greater Highlands Deal Book and gave them a call. David was prompt in calling back and getting over to climb into the attic to find out what it would cost me. No more than ten minutes later he was down and done and out the door. I had a quote that night. Wow! Really fast. After the coupon and the Excel rebate the bid came in a couple hundred over what had figured, and that's with more insulation, sealing, boxing, and work than I would have done. Of course I jumped right on that! David couldn't make it the first day because of a humongous snow (early November) but was out the next weekend with a couple chums and right on time. They set up fast, got the job done right quick, cleaned up, and had me check it out before they left. They fixed a couple things for me to make it all nice, and off they went. It was amazingly smooth and efficient and, really important, a really good deal. I love these guys! I'm telling everyone I know who needs a good tucking in to call them. Doing a bit of searching and researching, I came across David and his company. He was very prompt in calling me back, and after a conversation on the phone it was apparent to me he knew what he was talking about! [I've built a few houses and have blown in insulation myself several times]. His verbal price estimate was very competitive and after he came out and looked at the job, he adjusted his price due to the amount of existing insulation that was already in the attic. I went up into the attic and walked (crawled!) around right after he finished all the preparation and before any insulation was blown in. THIS IS AN IMPORTANT THING TO DO IF YOU CAN!! It gives you an opportunity to see just what they have already down and what they are going to do BEFORE everything gets covered up with blown in insulation! I was **VERY** impressed with the attention to detail and thoroughness David displayed in the preparation. He did a lot of stuff - all in sealing of air leaks (by foaming and taping) that I honestly would not have done had I done the work myselfl, BUT CLEARLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE! I wanted to get at least two quotes for attic insulation. I had made one appointment before the holidays and I then scheduled an appointment with All Tucked. My appointment was originally scheduled two weeks out because of my work schedule but after coming home and sleeping in a cold house and getting a $300 dollar heating bill (1950s house with 3 inches of insulation) I called David, I think on a Monday and asked what was the soonest appointment he had available. He came by my house that Thursday before getting on a plane to Florida and had a quote to me that afternoon. He explained the process and was really professional/ I then e-mailed him to say I wanted him to do the job and asked how soon I could get on his schedule. He had an appointment open for the following Tuesday, otherwise nothing was available until the end of the month. I jumped on the Tuesday appointment, his crew arrived on time, completed the job in less time than was estimated. I qualified for the Excel rebate and they completed all the paper work--all I had to do was sign and send it in. My house now feels 10 degrees warmer and I can't wait to see what this does to my energy bill I should mention that the other quote was competitive the person who showed up was late and did not seem quite on top of it. Additionally he made it seem that after they installed the insulation, all I had to do was send in the paperwork--he said nothing about his company doing the door blower test before and after the job to get the readings showing I qualified.
