The work they did seemed to be fine, however while they completed the insulation work, one of the crew members stole gold jewelry, credit cards and other belongings from our bedroom. The company has taken zero accountability claiming that nobody took it and refused to help us with replacement. Do not work with this company. I'm very happy with the services provided by Jesus Insulation. Jesus and his team blew in cellulose insulation, sealed all ceiling openings with fireblock expandable foam, added recessed light covers, and ensured ease vents were clear. They also blew in insulation into our garage wall, added storage space in the attic over the garage, and installed attic pull-down stairs. We're using the new storage space and the house feels warmer. Jesus visited soon after I called and was the only contractor willing to do the extra work (attic storage space, attic pull-down stairs). I called Jesus for a quote and he answered right away and said he would come out to give me a quote within a few days. When he came, he explained what he was going to do in the process and showed me pictures of what it would look like. I really like that he showed me pics- none of the other people I got quotes from took the time to explain to me in the detail he did and with pictures from previous jobs. When his team came, they were very nice and set up some plastic on the floors. They did their own thing for about 4-5 hours and would find me to ask questions when needed. One minor thing was when one of his employees sent me pics of the foam sealing before the insulation was layered- two of the pics showed a few inches not sealed. There were a few gaps. I didn't say anything but just thought it interesting he didn't notice the gaps when he took the pictures. I assume it won't affect the overall affect much. Jesus and team were all very nice. The price was very competitive and fair as well. I could feel a difference in heat retention on my top floor the next day. Job well done. My basement walls were cold and getting colder as the winter weather became more severe. The cold was also effecting my main level floors. We were all having cold feet. Just after the first of the year I called Jesus Insulation. I live outside the city, but Jesus came over for a free estimate later on the same day I contacted him. His price was fair and he could start and finish the job in short order. He estimated it would take only 2 hours to insulate all the concrete walls in the basement. I told him let's do it. I had a lot of stuff to move away from the walls and was worried that my weak back that I got about a weak back would be under duress. Jesus said he'd help me get the big stuff when he returned with his helpers. He returned just 3 days later ready to work with two helpers, a professionally equipped box truck, and all the tools needed for any insulation job. The first thing he asked me was "how did you do moving all that stuff?" He took a look and was happy that I got all the small and fragile stuff out of the way. He then helped me move all the heavy bulky items out out way. He and his helpers did knock out the whole job in 2 hours even though he had to work around all the stuff stacked and piled in the middle of each area. His experience and knowledge of what to do and how to do it made short work of the job. It made me wonder why I had waited so long to get him over here! Our main level living area is much more comfortable and it's only been one day. I heard that evening on the news that energy conservation improvements were going to qualify for tax advantages for 2020. Just goes to show, good things happen when you trust Jesus. read more

The person I spoke with on Saturday made an appointment with me to do ceiling insulation in my condo. They asked me to text them my address to confirm the appointment. I never heard back. Today, less than an hour before the consult, which I moved my schedule around to attend, I was told they "don't do this kind of work," and that they thought I was inquiring about an attic, even though I clearly texted that I wanted insulation for sound proofing in my condo. Jesus Insulation did an outstanding job again. We had used them in a previous home to insulate a garage and add insulation to the existing insulation in an older home. We discovered we had condensation issues with the last cold snap in our attic we called them out to tackle this problem. He was very thorough in researching what the appropriate needs were for venting the size of our home. In the course of their work they discovered the original soffit vents to the home had never been cut out as well discovering a recently installed ceiling light was not properly attached. Not only did they do the insulation/venting work needed but they also attached the light appropriately. They are very thorough and very conscientious about the work they perform. They laid plastic from all areas from the front door to the attic access and vacuumed the area after completion. We really appreciate the work that they completed and have enjoyed working with them again. read more
