I'm honestly disappointed. The inspection felt thorough at the time, but after moving forward we discovered clear and visible damage along the baseboards consistent with long-term moisture or pet-related issues that were not mentioned at all in the report. This was not hidden damage -- it was visible once baseboards were removed and should have at least been flagged for further evaluation. It's now costing us significant time and money to properly remediate. I also tried reaching out to discuss this and request a reinspection, but never received a response, which was even more frustrating. Based on this experience, I wouldn't hire again. read more

Brandon inspected a townhome for me, that, despite being a new build, had a number of small repair items, one large water / flooring item that needed immediate attention from the builder, as well as several suggestions for things that may end up needing a fix down the road if not addressed, such as drainage, and common area fixes. If you are searching for an inspector who offers the best price and the very best service in DMV area then don't think twice but make a call to Brandon. Our agent initially recommended us to hire an inspector from a large inspection company but after I read the company's reviews, I realized that they occasionally send an inexperienced inspector. I didn't want my house to be inspected by a random guy so I asked for the estimation of the inspection through yelp. Not only did Brandon suggest a very competitive price compared to other inspectors but also did he advise me to communicate with lenders whether they require some sort of inspection reports or not. I believe that I was so fortunate that I was given a chance to work with Brandon which enabled me to relieve myself throughout the whole inspection process. According to him, he had worked as an inspector in one of the top inspection companies for 7 years with years of experience in the construction business. (He knows how to build houses!)
