All systems in the house were checked as well as the windows, floors, gas fireplace....everything! Friendly, professional, experienced, efficient. Payment was easy online. Alex did an outstanding job with my new home construction. Many people would ask; why would you need an inspection on a new home? Let me tell you; Alex had a list of 16 items, 3-4 that were significant. The builder's initial response was, just because the inspector found something doesn't mean we'll fix it!
