Having given credit where it is due, I would not be telling the full story without mentioning some serious issues: (1) They were hired on March 10. They said they would do the job the week of March 16; that week came and went with no work done (and no update of any kind). The delay continued until March 31, when I basically said it was now or never. The main issue was a lack of coordination with the electric company. (2) All work was completed on March 31. I got the bill on May 18. Due date: May 18! The electrician was there 2 hours, but the bill was for 3.5 hours. Bottom line: I chose Leading Edge over lower bids, but knowing everything I know now, I would make a different choice.

In addition the owner is not familiar with how claims are made with insurance. We had a water damage claim which per insurance made clear that was only an uninstall and reinstall. Rockstar Restoration said they were very aware of how insurance works. However, he did a "new" build which caused us the homeowners to be out even more money than what was originally agreed on. He provided a lesser quality cabinet ( Pine vs Alder) and only reason he corrected his issue was that my father in law was here to point it out. He caused further water damage by not hiring the correct people to disconnect and reconnect my water source. And he acted like he was doing us a favor for correcting the issue and putting us up in a hotel while repairs were being done. An issue he caused. There is a lot more that is on the Better Business Bureau that you should READ before considering this company.

The quote was a little confusing but Adrian went over all the details and made it easy to understand. We had some very bad weather causing delays in getting the roof work started but we were kept informed every step of the way. When we finally scheduled a day for the work to begin, the guys showed up early and explained what was going to happen and how they would protect our plants, etc. Because more rain was in the forecast, they sent 10-12 workers who completed the job in about 5 1/2 hours. Everything was cleaned up and picked up, the roof looks great including matching vents. We couldn't be happier about the communication and the work that was performed.
