I was not made aware of their visit until a month later, when I received the report and saw the pictures. I also have dogs, and I have no idea how they handled that situation while they were on my property. There was absolutely no justification for entering my backyard without contacting me first. If they had reached out to schedule a visit, I would have willingly allowed access for the photos. Instead, they chose to disregard my privacy and trespass on my property. And the worst thing is, they didn't even put the wood back securing my gate

DO NOT USE THIS INSPECTOR. We used this inspector last April for a home inspection. This year after…read moretwo roof leaks, we found out that our roof is water damaged and missing slant decking so severe you there are holes as large as 6 feet wide and are completely bare with only shingles and underlayment showing and have sunlight coming in. He walked inside the attic and unless he was blindfolded or legally blind, there is no way he physically did not see the holes the size of himself or the sunlight pouring in from outside. He is lazy and incompetent and will give you a false report on your home. We are now in a home that we are over our heads in because Chad couldn't do a job that he was paid to do. Do yourself a favor and please use any other home inspector in the state of Colorado.

We are in the process of purchasing our first home and worked with Kyle for our inspection. He met…read morewith us beforehand and took us through what to expect - and how Colorado regulates (or truthfully doesn't really regulate) home inspectors and inspections and how his work is really to protect us, the homebuyer. He's done a bunch of extra training in order to provide the best service, and talks through the biggest threats to a home for both you and your lender. At our inspection he was on time and walked us through the process and would give us updates about where he was at in the inspection. When red flags would come up, he would demonstrate what he was seeing. He uses high resolution wifi cameras to view hard-to-reach places, infrared to test for hot/cold spots that could be water damage or improperly sealed wires. Plus voltage probes for outlets. The report he sent over was comprehensive, and included some basic maintenance thoughts for us to consider to keep the value of our home high. Because of his extensive training, he's probably not the cheapest inspector you'll come by - but it was worth every penny to have someone so thorough working for us. He said several times that we are his clients and his number one priority is making sure that we are making a sound investment in a safe home. Thanks Kyle!

If you decide to deal with this company and hire them, I would make sure that you understand completely when Dakota schedules your appointment. I was told the technician would be at my home at 2 PM. By 2:25 PM, no one had shown up. I called and asked what time the technician would arrive and they told me he was about 10 minutes out. I was told I was given a window of time between 1 PM and 3 PM. I was not given a window of time. I was given a specific time of 2 PM. Dakota will not take accountability for her mistakes. She will blame it on the customer. Dakota told me she pulled the call record from our phone call when the appointment was set and that she heard herself give me a window of time. Then in the next sentence told me that outgoing calls are not recorded. So which is it? Spoke with Justin the GM and that didn't go well either. Apparently I was hostile. Well anybody would be hostile if they were called a liar. He does not take feedback about his employees or his business. He will defend them to the end. He says that Dakota is "perfect" at what she does. I am extremely organized so when I have appointments lined up, I know exactly what time I need to be there for that appointment. I know for a fact, I did not make a mistake about my 2 PM appointment. I know for a fact, I was not given any sort of window of time. When talking to Justin, he asked me if I had the call recorded. I explained to him that I am just a customer I shouldn't have to record the calls. But since he is a business, he should have the call recorded. He told me that I am not a customer because I'm just a tenant and my property manager is the customer. He is extremely rude and he does not care about any feedback regarding his office or staff. It seems they think they can treat people however they want if you're just a tenant and not a homeowner. Very disgusting behavior. He will talk down to you and not take into consideration what you have to say. He does not care about the customer. Yes I am a customer weather Justin thinks so or not.
