We have never needed an 11-month home warranty inspection before moving to CO; however, after buying a new build from Horizon View and running into issue after issue, we decided it would be in our best interest to have one done. Kyle and Drew came to our house, spent about 3 hours going thru everything from the basement to the rafters to the roof and every room in between. They provided a very detailed 111 page report with pictures, and as suspected, there are MORE things that need addressing with our new home that we wouldn't have even known about. I am so grateful to have found A Neely Home for my new home inspection. The home that was inspected was only about 1 year old, so I wasn't expecting to receive as thorough of a walkthrough of the home. However, I was pleasantly surprised with how detail oriented Andrew was with meticulously looking at every detail of the house from the roof to the basement, and even the attic. He was able to point out some subtle structural problems that I would never have been able to find myself.
