I have dogs and I appreciated the call days before the roof installation so I could take them to a different location. The roof installation took only a day and it is beautiful. The gutters took a little longer to install but that was not their fault. The weather did not want to cooperate. The roofers and the gutter guys did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I'm glad I chose Expert Exteriors. They have great customer service and are very professional. They did great work on both the roof and gutters. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. Thank you guys for doing a great job. Jackie (Yung) Hickman

Guess am one of the first reviewers for Expert Exteriors but want to say I am very happy with the…read moreRoofing Job they did for my house in Loveland. After a hail storm in August, I noticed extensive shingle particles in my downspouts. In September, I started a claim with my insurance company. They sent an "independent" inspector (code word for crap) to inspect and provide an estimate. I was shocked at how minimal the inspection and repair estimate was. They essentially were expecting me to do "spot repairs" after extensive hail damage. My neighbors had their roof replaced in mid-Summer by Expert Exteriors and were very happy with the results. I called Expert and Billy came by and performed a very thorough inspection, documenting damage with photos, something the "independent" contractor didn't even bother to do. Billy also discovered I had a "double roof" (second set of shingles nailed to first layer, a BIG code violation in Colorado) which occurred before I purchased the house about five years ago. I intend to have some strong words with the home inspection service I hired during purchase (they owe my some answers!). I also requested inspections from two other companies in Loveland, Gold Roofing and Pride Roofing. Not only did they miss the double roof, but said my roof had minimal damage that was already documented via photos. I am NOT impressed by their aloof attitude and lack of attention to detail and will tell everyone I know about my experiences with them. Billy and Expert Exteriors went to bat with for me with my insurance company. Finally, after significant wrangling, my insurance honored their part of the policy and approved for a whole roof replacement. Expert Exteriors completed the job in one day, and cleaned up completely afterwards. I am very happy with Billy and Expert Exteriors and heartily recommend them as a candidate for your next roof replacement.

He listened to what I had tried and then tackled the issue from the outside main sewer line back into the building. The clog was quickly found to be an issue of hardware that "toileting" items were catching on and the sewage was backing up into my unit/condo. He got the camera out, and videoed the entire situation as proof of damage to the underneath of my condo, the clog in the line and it was immediately sent to my HOA, who, before this plumber left the restoration team was on the phone and the "nightmare" of restoration began. Mike was very pleasant knowing what I was about to deal with and had nothing but great information, and fantastic customer service with getting me at least to the point of having no further issues of flooding under my home. He billed the HOA and that was the part I felt bad for as they never got back to him or contacted him after he tried numerous times. I finally emailed the board members directly to get him paid almost 3 months after the job was completed. He was never rude, never put the bill into collections, or made it hard for me to get him paid by the HOA. MIke is an exceptionally easy to work with guy, great customer rapport, and I recommend his services to anyone who needs someone easy going to help them out.
