AJ took the time to answer all of my questions regarding licensing requirements/certifications in CO and which services were recommended for a new construction inspection. After our call, AJ worked with the builder to set up a date/time and sent us a user-friendly link to confirm the details. The day of the inspection went smoothly. He arrived on-time and met with my husband at the start of the appointment and then with both of us toward the end. He walked us through all of his construction findings and advised us on the ongoing radon test. We had the official report the following morning which included photos, detailed summaries, and recommendations for the inspection and sewer scope. We recieved the radon results a couple days later -- as expected. There were several items that we would not have found until there were issues if we had not contracted AJ. When the inspection was scheduled, they accommodated the customers availability. The day of the inspection AJ was early and very professional. He wore his booties in the home and was extremely respectful of the home and their things. AJ was very thorough and completed the inspection in a timely fashion. When I showed up, AJ was already well on his way getting down to business. I did my best to leave AJ to his job but did have a few questions along the way. He was very helpful and while watching him I was impressed at the amount of detail he was dedicating to checking items in the house. AJ was thorough and patient in inspecting my home as I neared my one-year warranty period end. I have take some time to submit his review, as my air-flow issues (as he noted in his report) are more complex. Hopefully, final repairs will happen next week as energy costs can be significant. In my specific case, the exterior caulking he noted missing throughout the transition areas, is not covered under my warranty. That I will look into further.
