I called because I had concerns about a powdery substance that seemed to be growing on the rocks in the crawl space. Found some mold growing on window sills in my unfinished basement. Put in an online request and received a phone call in less than 24hrs. Richard answered all my questions and just by telling him our problem over the phone, he could figure out what appeared to be the problem. He told me to try some store bought mold remover or use bleach and try getting it out myself and save me hundreds of dollars. I took his advice and it worked. He even told me what appeared to be the underlying problem and some solutions to try and prevent it from happening again. Great advice, honest company, very helpful. I contacted Richard at Mold Removal Express to have his team come and sterilize an area in which I was sure was growing lots of mold. He was so knowledgeable and patient with me, as he carefully described how to get the area prepared for him to come up and deal with our problem. My husband and I went and got the safety mask that he suggested for our protection, and began to cut and prepare the site. When we got in, we realized that what we were seeing was some insulation and that the problem was not significant. Dealing with an honest, informative company was such a pleasure.
