We just canceled our service and moved to another service provider. Rocky Mountain Hot Tub Company simply doesn't keep the hot tub clean, despite minimal use, and they drain and replace the water much too frequently. This increases the cost of their service not surprisingly. We regularly observed their crew showing up and leaving within only 2-3 minutes. Then, we would get over-billed at the end of the month because they needed to drain the tub because it was too dirty. We almost never even use our hot tub. This company unfortunately provides poor quality service and when you speak to leadership at the organization, it is clear they have no desire to make improvements. I will say we had a positive experience when we purchased our hot tub, but the service at Rocky Mountain Hot Tub Company is poor. We recommend not using this company.
