May 2023-I have used Pieces pools for the couple of years without any issue. This year, I had my pool opened two weeks prior to Memorial Day. First, the team that was sent out did not fill my chlorinator even though I place the tablets right at the site. One of the valves was not working correctly and sucking in air and they never tested my heater which will not turn on. I called the owner and he was very nonchalant about my concern and told me to backwash my pool. It is now June and I had to call out another pool company to service my pool. I will not use Pieces moving forward. Their crews are not properly trained and their customer service has significantly declined. I do not recommend! read more

After years of flakey ineffective pool repairmen (..yes it has been exclusively men) I think I've finally found someone I will stay with for a while. I called Dave after a no-show from my regular pool people. He showed up a little over a day later the week right before the 4th of July!! He was able to make some tweaks and repair our heater quickly and diagnose the issue. He was super friendly...nice, took time to explain the problems we've been having and was very affordable. Chris and Dave with Pisces pools are the 3rd group that have taken care of my pool including the builder and other people who acted at first like they understood the pool's salt system and then obviously did not (they kept adding chlorine to the pool) . Both Dave and Chris have been absolutely terrific and very knowledgeable about the pool - in the world of terrible pool maintenance Pisces Pools are shining stars!!! Additionally yesterday I had a pool emergency - the cover came off the track and was drooping into the pool which was dangerous for my crazy lab puppy. Not only is this pool company owned and operated by someone who is knowledgeable, careful, personable and fair he gave a better price - less than half in fact and then fixed the heater instead of replacing it, saving us thousands of dollars! On top of that, he is an animal lover, saves floating frogs, squirrels, and chipmunks - the dogs love him too! read more

Customer service deteriorated due to scalability. My confirmed opening appt pushed back due to other jobs that I guess due to higher priorities over my already established appt? David expected me to uncover and fill up pool. Isn't opening a pool and such responsibility his job? I think with the extra load of customers and his short staff he cannot meet the customer service required to keep customers happy. I do NOT recommend this company anymore! read more

Pisces Pools is by far the best pool service company in Denver. I have an older pool and for some reason no one has been able to make it run properly. We were told by a very reputable company that our main drain was not working and that was the issue. Dave took a look and in less than an hour had the skimmers and main drain running perfectly. He also removed plugs that the other company had not removed when opening this year. Dave explained each and every step as to what and why nothing was working properly. We are so happy that we found a knowledgeable young man that really cares about what he does. Great personality, fantastic work and definitely happy to have found this company. Dave has been amazing! We just purchased a home that came with a fantastic pool that needed a bit of care. Dave came right out and got the heater working, pump adjusted, identified and fixed some leaks, and worked through the waterfalls as well as the water/chemical balance and has been maintaining the pools bright blue water ever since. Just today, he shut our pool down for the winter per our request, and did it in such a way that it still looks great. So glad we found Pisces Pools... great knowledge, gives us all of the opportunities to ask questions and provides us detailed but understandable answers, has been available very quickly (dependable) and even gets along with our "protective" dogs!
