Chase promptly responded to my wife on Yelp and even tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone at 9pm at night, going above and beyond, while giving me tips to avoid a freeze overnight. Since he was unable to make it the following day due to his schedule, he remained in contact with me and even made time to come early that following day by doing a pit stop in between his work, helping me to effectively diagnose the problem, which was an issue with the power pack oddly reconfiguring itself after the install. My heater was ironically installed correctly after all, and the $200 flat coat was well worth the extra above and beyond service I got. Chase was able to fix it in 1 hour compared to 2 days on my own. In chatting with several other companies, Chase stood out as the most friendly helpful and by FAR the knowledgeable of any of them, as others didn't seem to know what they were talking about. It looks great! His crew worked extremely hard and paid attention to detail while completing the project. Aspenwood had the right equipment to do an excellent job in soil prep, which included 15 tons of soil treatment. At the completion of the project, Omar (their crew chief) was meticulous in adjusting the sprinkler heads to their original state.
