The IPB team is really top notch, starting with responsiveness. When I was initially looking to install a pool, IPB (Craig, specifically) was one of the only shops to call me back to discuss design and what real numbers look like. He also was very frank that this would be a large construction project and bumps would inevitably come up along the way with permitting, etc. but we would work together to see through them. IPB was always on time and always did what they would say they would do. They have a very professional team in all facets - from design, to material selection, to construction, to maintenance. I can't recommend them highly enough - there is already one other family in our Boulder County neighborhood using their services. May 2024 Follow-up: We ended up having a leak in one our return pipes. Mason and team came out quickly to check it out and made the repair at no cost to us. We really value the relationship! read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! If you are looking for a pool builder in Colorado? Look no further "Integrity Pool Builders" are excellent. Very professional throughout the entire experience. The construction staff that worked on site were very respectful, professional, helped answer questions whenever I was curious about something, were always on time and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the work day. Some of these guys have been with the company for 10+ years, they are all terrific guys Randy the owner of the company is a true professional, class act and really cares about all his clients. He runs an amazing family owned business. He is hands on and is reachable whatever your questions may be. It took me a long time to get this project going and to find the right pool builder for everything my wife and I wanted and were looking for. Once we met with the pool designer from "Integrity Pool Builders" who designed an amazing pool plan for us (which I will post a picture of), we knew this was the company for us and we were sold immediately. Then we were told to head to the design center at the company's location to select all our pool options like tile, coping, plaster color, pool cover color etc. We were 95% done and just waiting for spring to get the plaster sprayed and done, then fill it up and run it baby. Woohoo...It will be a terrific fun summer with family and friends. Can't wait! Latest July 2022 The pool is now officially open Plastic is done and we absolutely love it Well worth the wait This company has definitely exceeded our expectation and we are very happy. Couldn't have picked a better company to work with read more

These guys are awesome, I highly recommend them for pool construction and maintenance. The crews are very professional and courteous.

Integrity Pool Builders designed and built our pool to our unique situation and has maintained it since its completion in 2017. We live in a 120 year old farm-house and the pool's design required that it be compatible with the age of the home. The end result was incredible and it was later featured on the cover of 5280. Their weekly maintenance is on time and reliable. This company is the one to use. read more

We contracted with Integrity to update our 20 year old pool that was tired and in need of some work. They removed our old deck, poured new coping, installed a new cover system, new tile and resurfaced. Their crews were top notch and took great pride in their work. Randy & Mason were great to work with. Very good communication and follow up. This work was in conjunction with many other projects to spruce up the look and function of our backyard. I would rate the people at Integrity as one of the best contractors we hired. If you are looking for a great pool & spa company that will deliver a wonderful project then I would highly recommend Integrity to you. read more

Randy and his crew are amazing. I was referred to them by a neighbor who's pool and spa I was impressed with. They came and met with me and was able to share my vision and build an in ground large spa for me, exactly how I wanted it. The crew was so clean, timely and respectful. We currently use them for maintenance and I know my neighbor still does too. They are timely and do a great job. When I've ever had any problems or questions (mostly my user error, lol) they respond to my email, phone or text very quickly. read more

After telling me what due diligence was required on my part (site plan, soil test, etc.), they never returned my emails or VM for an on-site meeting. Awful customer service. I get that times are weird (Covid), but the sales guy specifically told me things were great and really busy for them. Guess they didn't care about my business. read more

We appreciate that you were able to get us on your busy schedule and completed the project on time and within our budget. The pool and spa projects were not a huge job but was treated as such with an impeccable eye for detail and tailored to our specific needs. It went very well and we are very happy with the results. Integrity Pool Builders designed and installed our pool in 2017. My husband and I met with a few builders and felt most comfortable with IPB. It is clear to me that they have a small business, family feel to the way they run things. My contacts from 4 years ago are still the same people I reach out to today. The people that have come to service my pool and spa have always been very kind and responsive to my requests. Ben in the office is always quick to respond, and patient to explain questions I have. Whether you are looking to build, or just need a pool service/cleaning company, we would highly recommend them. read more

We have been relying on Integrity Pool Builders since 2013. After working with Randy on our pool renovation, IPB has been keeping us swimming every Summer. We were fortunate to have our pool in pristine condition during the pandemic lockdown. Already during this season, even with supply chain issues, IPB was able to quickly secure the rare parts to update our old heater. And, despite chlorine shortages, we have our season supply of chlorine tabs secured by IPB. As one of the biggest pool builders in the area, they have some serious clout to take care of clients like me. read more

I contacted Integrity Pool for an estimate to build a pool and spa on my ranch west of Castle Rock I provided a rough drawing of what I wanted 20 x 40 pool & SPA stamped concrete apron and shade/wind structure I was prepared to spend ~$150K. I first became suspicious of the company when they we slow to respond to my questions and emails. They asked for all kinds of data (Property plots, HOA approval, etc. ) Which I provided. Since it was a big property there we no issues with set backs, building envelopes, soil deposal and was a level area with good access. They told me they would only build the pool, no apron, no shade structure and no landscaping. I also had to provide power and Gas to the sight They would not assist in any way. I explained I could get power but no gas. I was already at my tap limit of 600K BTU (large home, horse barn & caretaker residence). I did not want to heat pool, just SPA or a 50 amp heater. They refused to do this. Due to lack of flexibility and concern for the customer I terminated the deal. I think they were already booked for year and just did not want the work. read more
