The IPB team is really top notch, starting with responsiveness. When I was initially looking to install a pool, IPB (Craig, specifically) was one of the only shops to call me back to discuss design and what real numbers look like. He also was very frank that this would be a large construction project and bumps would inevitably come up along the way with permitting, etc. but we would work together to see through them. IPB was always on time and always did what they would say they would do. They have a very professional team in all facets - from design, to material selection, to construction, to maintenance. I can't recommend them highly enough - there is already one other family in our Boulder County neighborhood using their services. We were fortunate to have our pool in pristine condition during the pandemic lockdown. I contacted Integrity Pool for an estimate to build a pool and spa on my ranch west of Castle Rock I provided a rough drawing of what I wanted 20 x 40 pool & SPA stamped concrete apron and shade/wind structure I was prepared to spend ~$150K. I first became suspicious of the company when they we slow to respond to my questions and emails. They asked for all kinds of data (Property plots, HOA approval, etc. ) Which I provided. Since it was a big property there we no issues with set backs, building envelopes, soil deposal and was a level area with good access. They told me they would only build the pool, no apron, no shade structure and no landscaping. I also had to provide power and Gas to the sight They would not assist in any way. I explained I could get power but no gas. I was already at my tap limit of 600K BTU (large home, horse barn & caretaker residence). I did not want to heat pool, just SPA or a 50 amp heater. They refused to do this. Due to lack of flexibility and concern for the customer I terminated the deal. I think they were already booked for year and just did not want the work. read more
