After agreeing upon price they started digging. I don't think they know how to level an area. They did not use a long board to make sure it was level all the way across. They used a shorter stick. - After a few hours they started putting tools away like they were finished. I walked outside and looked and said, this is not level, but he told me it was. He recommended I put the pool up and if there's a problem they would return to fix it. - After the pool was installed on the weekend and filled it was 6" inches out of level. The water was 4-6 inches higher on the one side. So, bad that the filter return would not work properly. - i called the number and talked to a woman who took the information and said they would send them out. They never came out to fix it. Subsequent calls were not answered as if they were ignoring the phone. I left message and no call was returned. - My opinion is they do not stand behind their work at all. I had to call another landscaper to have it fixed. I request a refund of the funds.

The installation of my hardwood floor in my living room, dining room, kitchen and stairs has been a…read morenight mare. It stared off on a bad note when they used my leaf blower, which I had left on my patio, to "clean" after they removed the tile and the carpet. All this did was spread the dust around including in my cupboards, which I did not know I should have covered and sealed with plastic before they started. The trash bags from the removal were then left on my driveway for over a week. When they were initially done with my stairs the treads stuck out on the sides past the stringers. They said that this is what happens in older homes, mine was built in the mid 70's. To solve this I had to source treads and risers that would work, which they then installed. Within 2 weeks of them being "finished" one of the places in the hardwood that they had filled failed. They came out and refilled it and now I have to hope this lasts.

MWP (Ty) started with a discussion of details such as painting vs staining, how they would fix the hail damaged areas, hand brushing/spraying/multi-coatings etc. During the painting, Keith came every day to evaluate the progress and to ensure quality of painting. We were very happy with the end product Viz our house looks fabulous!! I was very impressed with: - folks who did the painting were extremely courteous, meticulous, and knowledgeable. - everyone was open to suggestions as the painting progressed. - they even did extra little things as changing the seals of our garage doors (rather than repainting ripped seals). Overall, they did a great job. We were so happy with their work that we prepared an Indian lunch (tandoori chicken, pork roganjosh, Napali Quanti, and some Kashmiri vegies, and russ malaayi) for them.
