It was expected to arrive April 28. As of today, May 6, I do not know if the wood arrived. And, I was told new baseboards were also ordered. FH Flooring did an amazing job refinishing our hardwood floors. They weren't in bad shape at all; However, they were a "dated" orange tone and there was a noticeable difference in areas that were installed at different times. Refinishing the floors solved that. I had a great first impression. Jennifer was very responsive to my initial inquiry and gave me a very rough estimate over the phone. She arranged to have Simon come out and measure. He was able to put together a quote in a relatively narrow timeframe. The dates quoted were the dates they performed the work. No delays . . . Even though I requested to add flush mounted floor registers at the last minute (worth every penny!) . Once the project began, the process moved quickly. Dana and Luis were in contact with me during the process - we were out of state at the time. The first time we were able to see the finished result was when we were moving in. We originally were going to have all our carpet replaced with carpet in June of 2022. We had a change of heart when we heard what Dana said from FH Flooring. We decided to replace our old 29 year old carpet with hardwood floors. Other companies said you could not interlace new hardwood flooring with existing hard wood floors. Well, In July of 2023 FH Flooring did and it matches unbelievablely well. We picked out the color of the stain we wanted and they stained the floor and then put down a coat of polyurethane. The floors look so beautiful. I highly recommend this company from the owner to the flooring crew. read more

FH Flooring drove out to my property in Centennial on 9/16/21. They said they would send samples in the mail and send me an estimate. I never received either. I was very clear about what I needed (carpet for two bedrooms, a landing and a staircase) before they made the drive all the way from Golden and when we met I told them I was interested in a higher end carpet with a high density. Very strange that they drove all the way out and then never followed up. They wasted my time and their own. Oh well. I went with someone else. read more

For our last flooring project in the house we decided to go with FH Flooring. While in the middle of moving shops, Dana still brought enough samples to make the right choice for the Kitchen. He and the installers were very professional and the job they did made the final piece pop with our other upgrades. After they were done, we managed to mess up a piece they installed by rolling a refrigerator over it. They promptly ordered the new piece for us and Dana stopped by on the way home and installed it for free. Our experience with Dana and FH Flooring was a lot better than Denver Carpet and Flooring who did the rest of the house. They did a much better job at a lower price with quality materials. They also didn't come back like the other business and claim an increase in the quote was needed to level the floor, or object to us pulling out the old flooring, which we systematically placed in our garbage cans over a couple months. Jennifer and Dana are hands on, customer centric owners who care. We had carpet installed with them and the whole experience was great from the communication to the help with the carpet choices to the install itself. They even dropped off more samples when I wasn't happy with what we originally had chosen. And then we had one small snag with a threshold after install and they were super responsive and had someone out to fix it in just a couple of days! I only wish we had chosen to have our hardwood floors redone by them. We went with another company that was $500 cheaper and found out you get what you pay for. The difference would have been a better result all around if we had gone with FH! We will reach out to them the next time we have flooring needs for sure. read more

Normally i don't go too crazy about home improvement but when we were looking to replace some carpet with wood flooring i received some quotes/recommendations from flooring companies that basically, for the most part, told me that i'd have to redo (sand and finish) all of the wood flooring (existing) on the main floor so that the colors would match.
