Mind you, when they come back it can break again and I would just have to keep paying them to return. Absurd. The person I spoke to told me most people don't fix their lights at all bc it's so expensive. What kind of absolute fuckery is this? Do not buy from them.

(FYI - We have a 1926 bungalow with 2 old coal burning fireplaces, which we're converting to functional gas fireplaces.) We just ordered our fireplace and, so far, the experience with IHT has been very positive. Both Traci and Johnny are super friendly and know their stuff. Johnny, in particular, has been very patient as we decided between two fireplaces, each with their own pros and cons. Prices are competitive and we've already been treated far better at IHT and wish we'd chosen them for our first insert! Outside of that... they had the steam room and sauna temps up ENTIRELY too high; like beyond the threshold of human comfort... also, the floor in the salt room or whatever, was SO HOT I swear it almost melted skin off! Temperature control checks need to be done here more often! I will just go to Lake Steam next time... at least they regulate the temperature appropriately. You aren't suffocating yourself within 2 seconds. I had to cool pool plunge a COUPLE of times, just to be able to keep... myself from overheating. Literally, I think the temps were approaching 130-135F -- it was almost too hot to sit on the wood in the sauna, and the steam room was so bad... it wasn't even 1 minute and I was out of there. Stayed maybe 1 hour total. I felt... for the money paid, that isn't worth it.

Had a positive experience from the start (Derek at the Castle Rock location), to regular status updates to/from CSR (Barrett at the Denver location), through delivery/setup (Chase/Rex/Andre from the Denver location) through follow-up and troubleshooting (Derek again, and Evan at Denver location). FIve stars all the way through! Additional detail for exemplary review: Spa was initially wired by an independent licensed electrician (NOT associated with Colorado Custom Spas) who made enough mistakes to render the spa dead in the water (no pun intended), which became apparent immediately after filling. When the issues were reported to Derek, his immediate concern was the sub-freezing temperatures that were expected that night. He personally drove from Castle Rock to Elizabeth after hours to deliver a submersible pump to ensure the components didn't freeze. He also arranged for Evan to come up the following morning. He inspected the initial wiring (again, NOT done by an electrician associated with CCS), came up with a fix to provide heat and circulation immediately, and provided input on the other errors he identified that needed to be addressed for safety reasons. He also provided input to the previous electrician to ensure that corrective action was taken care of by the party that made the errors. On top of all this, he called back the following day to check in! Typically, not a user of social media to either torch vendors online with negative reviews, or give glowing reviews when either is not warranted. In this case, however, I thought I would be remiss not to recognize exemplary customer service, especially in a day and age where this seems to be a foreign concept to many businesses.

After trying to repair the heating element myself, the Spa was acting up with one pump and still not heating. Chase promptly responded to my wife on Yelp and even tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone at 9pm at night, going above and beyond, while giving me tips to avoid a freeze overnight. Since he was unable to make it the following day due to his schedule, he remained in contact with me and even made time to come early that following day by doing a pit stop in between his work, helping me to effectively diagnose the problem, which was an issue with the power pack oddly reconfiguring itself after the install. My heater was ironically installed correctly after all, and the $200 flat coat was well worth the extra above and beyond service I got. Chase was able to fix it in 1 hour compared to 2 days on my own. In chatting with several other companies, Chase stood out as the most friendly helpful and by FAR the knowledgeable of any of them, as others didn't seem to know what they were talking about. At 12 weeks it came in and it was the wrong color and the straps were in the wrong place. I could not strap it closed. Living out East, this is a problem. Working with the staff to fix this issue was a nightmare. They spoke to me like I was an idiot....it was really disrespectful.

Tiffany was wonderful to work with and so helpful with scheduling and making sure I was prepared for everything I needed to know for the move day. Joe, Eric, Mitch, and Andrew were the move team and were incredible! They were very knowledgable and careful with my tub. They made sure they got it exactly where I wanted it and left it clean and in perfect condition. I was so impressed with their skill and they were also all really nice guys who were enjoyable to be around. I highly recommend!!

Amazing public pool…read more We went most recently for the hot springs day and it was an incredible time. They had a ramen food truck (which was fine) and free coffee and hot cocoa. We have also been here as a family during the summer and the pool is lovely. You would want to come early and get a nice shady spot because they will be taken up fast. My kiddo had to do a swimming test to use the diving board in the summer and she failed both times so she had to stay in the larger shallower end of the pool. I appreciated their dedication to safety.

That was crazy to me, but we had already made this plan and had driven 45 minutes for this, plus it's in the vacation budget. If I lived here I would not come back because of that price. Also if you don't have a towel, they cost $20. This place is beautiful and I loved my time here, it will be a great memory, but that price is crazy. If I come back to Denver I may look for another place that may be like this.
