I am so happy that Victor came to my house and got my refrigerator up and going. He leveled my fridge which the delivery guys could not due. He showed me the switch for the ice maker. It was hidden behind the ice cube door, in a weird spot. I was fit to be tied until Victor. He's a great selection for service. He's honest, nice and cares about his client. I live in an apartment in Wellington. The owner corporation has had Manweiler out THREE times because my washing machine won't spin. I live alone & do laundry about every 10 days. The 2 repairmen who have been sent out the last 2 times have been incredibly insulting. They run the washer on drain/spin (empty of course), tell me it's working - and that's it. No checking the belt or the filter - nothing. I pay rent to use these machines in my apartment - but have had to go to the laundromat FOUR times because although the machine tub drains, it does NOT spin with clothes in it. Period. I have been given these excuses: Your loads are too small; Your loads are too large; You're using too much detergent The bubbles mess with the sensor (there are no bubbles) The load was out of balance (it wasn't) Water makes whatever is in the machine heavier (no kidding). NO MORE. Mine is the 2nd washing machine in the last few weeks that these repairman have failed to adequately inspect or repair. Both my neighbor and I have had to purchase our own washer/dryer set and make our apartment manager remove the sets from our unit (we can't rent only the dryer, so we've had to purchase an entire set). The last repairman told me that clothes have enough detergent in them when the clothing is dry that the clothing could be washed without detergent - and that I can smell the detergent in my own clothes. When I told him I could not, in fact, smell the detergent on my clothes he replied, "Then you aren't washing your clothes" . I had to hear about his training and his 10 years of doing this job...but he was either too dumb or lazy to inspect the washer beyond running it empty for 5 minutes. I'm done. I'll be telling new tenants about the inability of Manweiler repairmen to do their job. And about having to be insulted when the come out and do ...nothing. read more

We needed to replace our Speed Queen washer and dryer. Due to our previous full kitchen appliance purchases from Manweiler, we needed to replace our washer and dryer. We did not shop around, we knew what we wanted and went to Manweiler's to purchase what we needed and it was in stock. Delivery was prompt and the installers were very professional and polite. Upon installation, the gentlemen noticed the front panel on the washer had been damaged in the box and immediately notified us they will be ordering a new panel. We appreciated the installation guys noticing the flaw and instead of us contacting them after the fact and proving we did not do it. Highly recommend this family owned business. read more

Charley is great to work with; knowledgeable and patient. Same goes for the installers; very careful and thorough. Minor mistake with the scheduling but we were able to make it work. The service manager seems completely overwhelmed and doesn't take the time to listen or offer possible solutions to customer concerns. Otherwise, a very good place to patronize. We have a refrigerator that is two years old and it started making a noice and not making ice. We called Manweiler appliance for help, we got a scheduled appointment right before everything got shut down. Vic the technician that they sent to us was Outstanding! I can't adequately express how pleased I am with Manweiler Appliance. After a terrible experience with Home Depot, Charlie Manweiler came to our rescue. My wife and I moved to Colorado and purchased a suite of appliances for our new home. Unfortunately, on the day after closing when it was time to take delivery of the appliances, they never came. A call to customer support informed us that Home Depot had sold all of our already pre-paid appliances to other customers and no longer had them. On top of that, we would have to wait at least a month before any replacements would be available. After a few desperate calls, we discovered Manweiler Appliance. Charlie and Stacy were both empathetic to our situation. We drove to their store in Windsor and they were able to set us up with better appliances on the spot. The only snag was that the refrigerator we wanted wasn't available due to backorder. So, Manweiler gave us a loaner fridge to use until ours came in. Although we only paid one delivery and installation fee, they made three trips to our home to deliver our orders and make sure we were taken care of. And when the refrigerator was finally available, they sent a driver to Denver to pick it up and deliver it to us rather than wait for it to find its way to their store. In the end, we did spend more for our appliances. However, the value of what we received in return - the quality of the appliances and the personal attention we received - far surpasses that expense. When I complained to Home Depot, they told me it was my fault that they sold my appliances to someone else. And when I demanded a refund, the tried to change my mind by offering me a free 'dorm' fridge. How pathetic. Don't be a number. Refuse to be a statistic. I just wanted to say that Manweiler Appliance were very helpful over the phone and even more helpful in person. My dryer stopped working and I don't have any idea how to fix dryers. I went to them for possible service call (which would have cost me 85.00) but instead they allowed me to borrow the equipment to test the wires and parts to find out what was wrong with it. I thought I figured out the problem, and took the parts that I thought needed to be replaced to them., however, when I got there they tested the parts that I had brought over to be replaced (which were the wrong parts) and determined what I needed todo. Long story short, went back home and looked at other parts that they suggested, replaced the parts and now dryer is functioning. They could have easily just had their guys come over and would have cost me near 100.00 in labor and parts. Thank you very much. You define customer service. read more
