Woodcraft of Loveland, Colorado has staff super knowledgable, helpful, and overly willling to offer ideas and advise. I learned so much because the Woodcraft staff seem like its their job to interact and educate where they can. I'm sure this varies by location but these two stores tell a different tale. I become a confirmed Woodcraft fan after my Rockler experience. Also, when I got home from Rockler, I realized they sold me a protion of purpleheart thats cracked. I never had any issues or complaints about the products bought at Woodcraft. In fact, twice from pen kits, I damaged a piece and they replaced it without any issues. Great customer services will keep me coming back.

I live in an apartment in Wellington. The owner corporation has had Manweiler out THREE times…read morebecause my washing machine won't spin. I live alone & do laundry about every 10 days. The 2 repairmen who have been sent out the last 2 times have been incredibly insulting. They run the washer on drain/spin (empty of course), tell me it's working - and that's it. No checking the belt or the filter - nothing. I pay rent to use these machines in my apartment - but have had to go to the laundromat FOUR times because although the machine tub drains, it does NOT spin with clothes in it. Period. I have been given these excuses: Your loads are too small; Your loads are too large; You're using too much detergent The bubbles mess with the sensor (there are no bubbles) The load was out of balance (it wasn't) Water makes whatever is in the machine heavier (no kidding). NO MORE. Mine is the 2nd washing machine in the last few weeks that these repairman have failed to adequately inspect or repair. Both my neighbor and I have had to purchase our own washer/dryer set and make our apartment manager remove the sets from our unit (we can't rent only the dryer, so we've had to purchase an entire set). The last repairman told me that clothes have enough detergent in them when the clothing is dry that the clothing could be washed without detergent - and that I can smell the detergent in my own clothes. When I told him I could not, in fact, smell the detergent on my clothes he replied, "Then you aren't washing your clothes" . I had to hear about his training and his 10 years of doing this job...but he was either too dumb or lazy to inspect the washer beyond running it empty for 5 minutes. I'm done. I'll be telling new tenants about the inability of Manweiler repairmen to do their job. And about having to be insulted when the come out and do ...nothing.

I could see a lot of improvement in my sketching since I started taking classes with Pam.. Sin (the manager) is one of the most helpful (and knowledgeable on cabinets) people I've worked…read morewith before. We did a full kitchen remodel ourselves and he was super patient with us. I'm sure we are his primary target to do business with but he treated us like we were. Everything did not go perfect, but they were mostly our mistakes and he treated them like they were his fault (even though they weren't). Quality of products: the cabinets were excellent. They aren't the super expensive custom built cabinets, but they were 10 times better than most of the big box stores. The are 3/4 ply all the way around, except the back. The shelves are solid and the soft close hardware is super easy to work. If you are assembling your own cabinets, make sure you ask him questions. The more complicated ones can be a bit of a head scratcher since the limited videos can be less than helpful....I wish I would have had time to make some of the assembly videos for future use. The countertop (quartz) turned out really well. The seams were very small and they matched the veins tastefully. Only improvements I can think they need is better assembly instructions for a few of the cabinets. That's it. Going to AMC might have been our best decision of the entire remodel. Don't take my word for it though, just stop in and talk to Sin to see for yourself.

They sell prefabs which helped us save money instead of buying full slabs for everything. Sinisa was wonderful with helping us pick our material, explaining the process, and fitting as much as possible onto each slab. They came to the house and measured and was very consultative, and eventually they came out and installed. The entire process was quick, easy, and we're very happy with our results! Highly recommend.
