Gas was leaking due to years of water getting into the pipes and rusting. There was also an issue with the electronic starter never being installed properly. Jordan and his team came out, sanded and fixed the pipe leaks (also replaced a loose and stripped valve). After a few weeks we noticed there was still a leak (this time due to the faulty electronic starter). I texted Jordan and he was out immediately. He replaced the electronic starter and hard piped a new key system. Now I never have to worry about the electronic system not working! Jordan did all of this, over multiple trips, and only charged me what it would have been if he came out once and installed the key system. It's hard to find reliable, competent help these days.
