Edit: In response to person who replied to my initial review I was attempting to enter the building and deliver directly to one of your residents. Someone came out with a dog that viciously bit me and caused it to bleed everywhere. Your lack of empathy and understanding for this situation is the prime reason that we have a problem. Lucky for you Colorado doesn't care very much about dog bites. I did file multiple complaints about your property with the city and state. The huge lack of safety, awareness and compliance from the staff after the incident was incredibly poor. Nice try passing the blame though. read more

I've lived at Decatur Point for almost a year and it's the best place I've lived in Denver. The location is perfect and safe, amenities are great (especially the large dog park), building is well maintained, other residents are so friendly, great view of the city and mountains, and the units also reduce noise better than any other apartment I've lived in. Greg, the property manager, is the best manager I've ever seen; he really tries to make you feel at home and bends over backwards for all of the residents. Him and the team genuinely care and make the apartment complex an amazing place to live. I cannot recommend Decatur enough - it shows in the number of people you meet who have lived here for years. read more

Safety is priority and they have secured underground assigned parking. Location is central to great shops, restaurants and bars. The property manager is always helpful and keeps everything in order. The interior is clean and makes you feel comfortable to invite guests. read more

My husband and I moved to Decatur Point in December 2018 and we feel so lucky to call this place home. We toured the building one evening and were back to sign a lease the next morning! The whole team, from maintenance to the community manager Greg, has been so good to us. We feel appreciated as residents and couldn't recommend this place more. The building is well maintained and we haven't had any major issues with our apartment. When there has been the need to have the maintenance team over (like when the screen on the balcony door got stuck) the process to request and get help was super fast/easy. I also really appreciate how the management team has responded during the pandemic. Even though most amenities had to be shut down for a bit, things have opened again with new safety/cleaning measures in place and are closely monitored to make sure we all stay healthy. read more

I never thought a Property Manager could have so much influence on my decision to live somewhere-- until I met Greg. Greg is hands down the best property manager I've ever met. He is so personable, so quick to respond, and makes me feel like he genuinely cares about my safety and comfort within the apartment building. Decatur Point is a beautiful apartment complex within walking distance of downtown Denver - AND it's affordable! Not only are the apartments gorgeous (some with amazing views of the Rockies and downtown), but the complex is jam-packed with amenities including, but not limited to, a gym (with treadmills, free weights, bikes, and on demand video training), an outdoor patio with 2 grills, a big, clean pool and hot tub, 2 beautifully designed common rooms, and a coffee maker in the lobby. And the best part?! The building manager, Greg! Seriously, he is so nice and he goes the extra mile to make sure his residents are taken care of. I've been living at Decatur point for 3 months and I can't say a bad thing about the place. The property is in terrific shape and the management team is amazingly accommodating. We faced a maintenance issue with our apartment when we moved in. Greg, Shawn, Maggie and the rest of the team bent over backwards to make sure our unit was brought up to snuff. Aside from management being great, the building has a friendly atmosphere and lots of social events. If you're looking for a place in LoHi / Jefferson Park, I'd suggest checking them out. read more

A quick summary: Great location, great management, and all the amenities you need. Been at Decatur Point for half a year now, and it's been the best apartment complex I've ever stayed at. All the reviews about the management, particularly Greg, are all true as he and Ranae do a great job with the residents. Greg helped show the apartment to my fiancee and I before we moved to Denver via a tour and video, which was very, very much appreciated. Further, the staff that helps run the building do a great job of making sure that it is clean and safe, especially Josh. The sidewalks are almost always cleared in the morning after a snowfall, and there's a distinct lack of trash or wandering poop bags. For the amenities, the weight room is great for an apartment complex, and the yoga studio also includes additional weights and a punching bag as well. Additionally, the hot tub is really nice during the winter and has a great overlook of downtown. There are a few rooms for whenever you have some friends over, but they are also handy to work in during the day as they overlook downtown and have a view south of the city.However, the best amenity is the use of a lot nearby that can be used as a dog park. The location is also perfect for those that want to be close to the city but also escape. It's an easy walk to the Highlands and a slightly longer one to downtown, but there's plenty of restaurants, breweries, and grocery stores near the apartment itself. Makes it nice for weekends that aren't spent in the mountains as it can be nice to walk around the Jefferson Park/Highlands area. Overall, the apartment is great. In general, it's a quiet apartment complex, but has all the benefits of a much larger one. The dog community is also very strong, which may be the one negative for those that don't like dogs. Again, I highly recommend Decatur Point as it's how an apartment should be due to the great management. read more

Decatur Point was an absolutely incredible find. We walked in without an appointment and Greg was so warm and energetic from the start. He gave us a tour of the options in our budget and we fell in love with one immediately. We committed to this apartment within an hour of walking into Decatur Point! The building is amazing and well-kept, our apartment is absolutely beautiful, the staff is so friendly. This truly feels like a community and we haven't even been here a week. The area is also much calmer than next to the highway or in LoHi so consider how much noise level you are willing to deal with when looking for a place around LoHi area. 5/5 is not enough for how amazing Decatur Point is. Decatur Point is the "Cheers" of apartment complexes! My story mirrors that of many other reviewers .... Ranae talked me through options, Greg gave me a FaceTime tour, I signed my lease without visiting, and I drove cross country to my new HOME. As a former leasing agent turned psychologist, I have to say the staff here have truly mastered the art creating a home for us, and it doesn't stop there. I just moved into Decatur Point a month ago and the whole process from seeing the apartment, signing the lease and moving in was so easy thanks to Greg! I was moving across country and in a time crunch to find a place - Greg showed me the apartment one morning and then stayed after hours that same day to allow me to see it AGAIN before deciding to move in. I could not be happier with my decision! The apartments are beautiful - I love all of the modern and energy efficient appliances as well as the natural light they get. The amenities are also great! The pool and grill area just opened this past weekend and is a nice place to hang out and meet other people in the building. Greg and Ranae are the best management team in the whole of Colorado. From day one they have made me feel welcomed and help make this one of the best apartments to live in. The apartments are built to the highest quality, great amenities and the gym has a great view overlooking the pool which lights up and looks spectacular at night. The sky lounge is amazing, more great views of downtown Denver and a great place to relax. Decatur point is close to a bunch of bars and restaurants and is in a great location. Where to start? This place is amazing! I came across this place by luck when I was in town visiting Denver, and I am so glad I did. Greg was so welcoming from the get go, and I was immediately sold on this complex and filled out an application right then and there. Once I moved in a few days ago, I couldn't be happier. The amenities are unbeatable, the unit is gorgeous, and the staff... they are incredible. I have never felt so welcome! All of the residents I have encountered have been nothing but friendly. The location of the complex is also great: Right by so many cool restaurants and so close to downtown, etc., next to the I-25 and I-70 for easy commuting, and a grocery store is around the corner. The neighborhood is extremely walkable, too. What more could you ask for? You won't be disappointed if you move here! I already feel at home and it hasn't even been three days :) read more

Nice & new building in a great location. The building seems safe, tenants are mostly young professionals, and the property has some decent move-in specials. Advice: If you're working with the leasing office (via email or over the phone), you'll want to receive any quoted rates IN WRITING. I was quoted one rate over the phone as I live out of state; after touring the property a few weeks later, I was told that all units had increased by $50/month in rent. The property managers were not able to honor their original quote and I was told that it had to be a written quote in order for it to be honored. The Bottom Line: Any quote you receive = Get It In Writing. Otherwise you're exposed to rate changes. read more
