Someone came out with a dog that viciously bit me and caused it to bleed everywhere. Your lack of empathy and understanding for this situation is the prime reason that we have a problem. Lucky for you Colorado doesn't care very much about dog bites. I did file multiple complaints about your property with the city and state. The huge lack of safety, awareness and compliance from the staff after the incident was incredibly poor. Nice try passing the blame though.

They spend a lot of time in the back eating, reading, in the phone, and doing anything but their job. Be aware that the hvac in your unit won't work, the plumbing issues are building wide and you'll probably wake up to the smell of sewage. The leasing staff for the most part is incompetent and if you have a maintenance emergency the maintenance staff has no idea what they are doing. The building needs new staff and to fix the plumbing.

FINISHES: the homes have a cool urban feel to them, with high ceilings, cement-ish type finishes and large windows. But the cabinets are cheap, with terrible easily broken handles (think work office coffee room) paying around $625k, you would expect higher quality finishes and higher quality building materials that actually withstand daily use. PARKING: the parking is secure and that is great, however it is tight. It seems as if they didn't plan correctly to space out enough parking for the people that live here. It is extremely tight, and poorly executed. Dimly lighted and not safely set up for driving up/down the different levels. Drivers could easily crash into one another around the corners. Good luck if you are driving anything larger than a fiat or civic.

They will have specials for new residents however no incentives to stay at the apartment Complex is offered to current residents.
