The on‑site team is consistently excellent, and I want to acknowledge the outstanding support provided by Sam and Eathon. Their professionalism and responsiveness are truly appreciated. As a resident of several years, however, I have observed the property shift from what was once a genuinely luxurious community to one that now feels more average. I recognize this is not a reflection of the on‑site staff, but rather of broader decisions made by the AMLI corporation. There are several areas that no longer align with the standards of a luxury apartment community: limited covered parking, a very short pool season, a dog park that is not cleaned regularly, and an overall decline in maintenance as the property ages. Despite these issues, pricing continues to reflect a premium living experience that is no longer consistently delivered. additionally, there is no benefit as a residence if you continue signing year after year. They will have specials for new residents however no incentives to stay at the apartment Complex is offered to current residents. On a positive note, the gym remains excellent, and the location is highly walkable to many great areas. The staff is overall very friendly and as mentioned, I think a lot of these things are outside of what they can approve by a reflection of the Amli corporation. read more

Nice enough place to live, but really shady upon move out. The carpet was replaced before I moved in, and after moving out after 15 months, I was hit with this picture of a stain in one room, and was billed for the replacement of the carpet in both bedrooms. When disputing the charge of the carpeting for the second bedroom, this was the response: "the entire carpet was replaced using the full amount of carpet ordered. I do understand that it can be frustrating since it was one stain. We could not repair or patch this area since it would throw off the life span record and be noticeably different compared to the rest of the unit." That is total nonsense. They use one vendor (Redi Carpet Sales of Colorado) for their carpet and can get the exact color as many times as they want. This tactic allows them to make unnecessary repairs at a former tenants' expense. "Throwing off the life span" means they're just too lazy or incompetent to track it and don't want to pay for it, so just charge the person moving out. Currently doing the paperwork to take this to small claims court. For frame of reference, I lived at 4550 Cherry Creek for 40 months and Waterford Cherry Creek for 30 months, and neither places hit me with a replace carpet charge when I moved out (got my security deposit back from both). This is the first, and last, AMLI property I'll rent from. read more

I've lived here for over three years. It's been very frustrating the past few months that the rooftop of the garage has been closed to parking. There are not enough spaces in the parking garage otherwise. The parking garage can be filled by as early as 6pm at night. I haven't been going out in the evening as I can't trust there will be parking when I return. I haven't seen anyone fixing the rooftop and the building has estimated that it will take at least 3 months to fix the problem. The gate the garage was also previously broken for several months and took an unreasonable amount of time to fix. read more

I have been a resident of AMLI Cherry Creek for one year now. If you are considering luxury apartment home living in the Cherry Creek area ~ I HIGHLY encourage you to check out this property! I have had exceptional service since day one with leasing agents Raheem and Ashley! Any maintenance issue I have had (including things as simple as changing my lightbulbs and removing my hair clog!) has been addressed immediately by Anthony. The assistant manager, Ben, has been helpful with my plans to relocate. EVERYONE here is professional and so friendly. The actual property is beautiful and impeccably maintained. First floor homes have 12" high ceilings! There is a very nice and large dog park on property that is ALWAYS kept clean, the swimming pool, hot tub, grills, huge fire pit and outdoor TV area is so nice and the area is very large and always a fun place to hang out! I've lived here for 1.5 years - ready to move do to lack of after hours security and ongoing instances of theft. I have never been compelled to review any apartment I have lived in until now. Very disappointed, please read in full if you are considering AMLI as your next home. Pros: the apartments are equipped with updated appliances; members of the maintenance team are friendly and quick to respond to requests; very friendly neighbors; the gym is clean with newer equipment; the pool area is beautiful and well maintained; central location; close to Cherry Creek bike path and Infinity Park. Cons: serious security concerns -- multiple instances of cars break-ins and theft in the parking lot; multiple instances of bike theft from the locked bike room (including my own); is very easy for non-residents to gain access to the building and amenities; noise complaints and complaints in general are not taken seriously by AMLI. NOTE - very noisy pool area. The pool and hot tub are not monitored effectively for usage/noise during open hours as well as after hours by residents and non-residents alike. People will use this as an opportunity to throw parties and treat the shared pool area like it is their backyard (each resident is supposedly only allowed 2 guests). If the after hours courtesy team happens to be on-site when a noise complaint is called in, they will ask the resident or non-resident to leave and give the resident a warning (3 warnings until the resident gets 1 lease violation -- residents need multiple lease violations to be considered in breach of their lease). There is an extreme lack of monitoring and accountability in general. Frequently, and especially on Sunday's, the courtesy surveillance guard is not always on site between 5pm and 10pm so residents are told all noise complaints or complaints in general should be called into the Glendale Police. The police are expected to deal with noise complaints within the AMLI private property when there is no criminal activity going on (it's simply residents not following the rules). If this AMLI's approach to save money on security, I would urge them to reconsider. read more

I just moved from Amli Cherry Creek (sad to go). I loved living here and hate to move, but my job is a little too far away for the commute any longer. I have met the entire team and they are nothing short of AMAZING!! I had such a great experience from the beginning to the end. Moving is very stressful and to begin, the leasing agent (Haley) was so kind and patient in helping me find the "right" home and to make this move as easy as possible. Haley introduced me to the Manager, Kristen and she was also so very sweet and helpful as well. She suggested a wonderful moving company, that I used and was so happy with! The maintenance team was always on top of any need I had (which was few) but that is good. I met Kylee (the AM) shortly after my move when I went to the office. I needed help with logging in and paying rent as my computer was down and Kylee took the time to make sure that I was able to get in the system and get my rent paid. My last experience was with Katie, whom is fairly new to the amazing team that already exists. I was missing a package and she went to the package room with me and went through the packages until she found mine and the delivery person just put the incorrect apt number on it. All I can say is this is by far one of the best companies/apartments/team that I have ran across in my many years of renting. Definitely, recommend!! read more

I have lived at 801 S. Cherry St. for over two and a half years, going through now three management companies. I have to say... in the short two months since AMLI took over, I have experienced nothing but great service from a friendly and helpful staff! There were some years where things weren't so great back when the complex was Solana, but I can already tell that AMLI is an exceptional management company. In the short time AMLI has had the building, they have painted every floor (a much-needed update and it looks GREAT!), made the building LEED certified, which is amazing, and they have been much more communicative about what is going on around the building than any previous management company. I have worked with Raheem Dunlap and Ashley Flanagan very closely since AMLI took over as I transferred units. They have been nothing but helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Raheem and Ashely are both a fantastic part of the AMLI team, and I feel like someone at the complex finally knows who I am. My sister got sick when we moved in and Ashley even asked how she was doing a few days later! With AMLI, I feel like I live in a community, which is something that was always lacking with previous management companies. Although I have seen him around the building and he always stopped to say hi, I never had the pleasure of working with our maintenance guy before (apologies - I don't know his name yet!). He stopped by this morning to work on a request that I put in just yesterday, and was wonderful. I had a few extra items that I had noticed needed attention and he quickly addressed those things as well. Great experience! I moved in before AMLI took over and was here through the transition. First the transition was very warm and friendly. Ben was the first to introduce and share how they were going to enhance the already great living experience. From there they were sure to keep some of the staff from the previous management, who the residents really bonded with, such as Raheem. The new staff that came in could not have made it feel more like home and even through the challenges of updates and making it more "AMLI-ish," still were friendly and helpful. From Ben, Raheem and Ashley to the amazing Anthony and the whole maintenance crew it truly felt like FAMLI! The property is such a great location with really nice amenities including the gym with fresh towels, dog wash, parcel pendings room, and more! Thanks for making my time at AMLI Cherry Creek so wonderful (including at move-out! An already stressful time made easy!). I'll definitely be visiting simply to say hi! read more

Unfortunately, since AMLI has taken over we have been nothing but disappointed. The trash chutes over full every week and fill the apartment with an awful smell. I had to have maintenance come 3 times to fix my washer (Anthony's great, don't get me wrong). The coffee machine never works. And today, the fire alarms for the entire building have been continuously going off since 8 this morning. Normally I would be understanding, but considering the fact that AMLI sent out an email blaming the fire alarms on "a nearby fire that was causing all alarms to go off" which was a complete lie, I lost all understanding. This place is going downhill, and I wish solana was still in charge. read more

My wife and I loved living here. We left only because we purchased a home. The staff are wonderful, pleasant, most helpful, always responsive and run a class operation. It is an upper-end cost location and worth every bit. Computers in work area, excellent exerciser rooms, bike repair shop and many other amenities all add u to a wonderful living experience.
