This place is the worst. Elevators don't work and people got junk and trash at their doors so you can't even easily get through. It's a pain just to get to any place it it's not on the first floor.

Cigarettes butts, also not supposed to have furniture out front of your apartment.

When you move in they ask for 5 star rating for some lame prize but I knew I'd have to write about my experience honestly after 3 years. I moved in July 2020. At first seems great but you realize it's not like it's shown in the photos. They do not enforce the rules as listed in the lease. There is trash on the walk ways and out side of apartments for weeks. My neighbors smoke cigarettes in front of their door so it comes into my apartment and the laundry room in my building so usually smells like cigarettes smoke. A lot of people park not in spaces blocking traffic, taking up the same space for months on end so you can't park near your unit, and people are constantly working on cars in the lots making messes and leaving debris(& oil spills). The mail boxes YOU PAY to have your deliveries secure are always overflowing so they leave your package. The office annoyed when you have something delivered to them. They list times for the gates to be open but never follow them due to crime like car break ins every other week. This forces everyone who lives here in and out of one main entrance which is an annoyance. The pool is often closed due to large groups who do not live here coming over and breaking glass beer bottles in the pool. They now close it Sundays. So hope that's not your day off. The dog park always smells like piss from the parking lot and people do not keep their dogs on leashes out of the park as the lease requires and my dog has been attacked before because of somebody else's bad behavior. The laundry rooms are dirty and wash machine leave wax like residue on your clothes which ruins them. The card reader you use to pre load your Laundry card is often broken or can steal your money if you are not carful. The one main laundry room for the largest building is over used and no one cleans the facility. When they evict people for easy clean up they throw trash off the top floors leaving glass shards to be stepped on or swept into your house. There are lots of evictions and cops being called. About my unit; front door is uneven. Dirt and ants get under easy so it's constantly needing vacuumed and cleaned. The apartment came with chipped corners on the counters and my AC has no settings it just blows kinda cold air at low or high, no actual temperature and the apt is always hot even with the air on. Sits at about 75-80 on a 90+ day. Also makes a noise when you touch it and has pool floaties keeping the hole around it plugged but cold air during winter and A LIVE BAT have gotten through the hole due to shotty work. I was never offered to upgrade my AC. It's very outdated see photo. The bed room has no light you must supply your own bedroom light very odd. I requested my closet be fixed due to the shelving looking like they could break at any moment and they just added a few nails like that would really do something to support the bad work done before I moved in. I decided after three years it's time to move on. I let them know I was leaving and the first thing they said was you need to give 60 days! No concern to why or offering me a different unit. They are money hungry and follow the lease when it comes to them getting paid but never when enforcing the rules to keep the property nice and clean for everyone. Mgmt sits in the office and grounds keepers pick up dog crap all day. They just send emails about cleaning after your dog they don't enforce it and fine people that takes actual work. So don't plan to sit on the nice patches of grass you see in the pictures with family or friends they are full of dog poop. Stepped in it one too many times. MY over all thoughts: the people living here are dirty & out of control (party heavy and lots of kids running around no parents watching). Then the property management could care less about holding up their end of the lease unless it's to make money by charging you fees after you leave to pay for their repairs for the next tenants. Spend the extra couple hundred dollars and move somewhere else. STAY AWAY I wouldn't write this if I didn't care about saving you the pain I endured my friend recommended moved out after 9 months. All photos are mine and confirm my points mentioned. I will email this to management as well.

12:36 AM on Thursday morning/Wednesday after midnight. Fireworks at grill and hammock area in courtyard.

After living here for 10 months and terminating my lease early, I can honestly say this is the worst place I've ever lived. First - this is GLENDALE not Cherry Creek meaning the first responders aren't Denver Police. The name of this complex is misleading. Walls are paper thin, rowdy tenants stay up blasting music and fireworks all night and on weekdays (building shakes), constant issues with plumbing, dog feces/human blood & hair/trash all over the premise, no recycling available. Issues with disrespectful front staff. I could go on. If you want to live safely and in peace avoid this place at all costs.

As a resident of several years, however, I have observed the property shift from what was once a genuinely luxurious community to one that now feels more average. I recognize this is not a reflection of the on‑site staff, but rather of broader decisions made by the AMLI corporation. There are several areas that no longer align with the standards of a luxury apartment community: limited covered parking, a very short pool season, a dog park that is not cleaned regularly, and an overall decline in maintenance as the property ages. Despite these issues, pricing continues to reflect a premium living experience that is no longer consistently delivered. additionally, there is no benefit as a residence if you continue signing year after year. They will have specials for new residents however no incentives to stay at the apartment Complex is offered to current residents. On a positive note, the gym remains excellent, and the location is highly walkable to many great areas. The staff is overall very friendly and as mentioned, I think a lot of these things are outside of what they can approve by a reflection of the Amli corporation.

The rates are reasonable, there's plenty of parking, laundry on-site, dog walk area, super clean apartments, feels very safe. The tenants are mostly mid-twenties to forties and there aren't a ton of kids (maybe one?). The appliances aren't brand new, but they are functional and clean.

The management is wonderful - really, the best I've ever worked with - so helpful and professional. I had very few maintenance issues throughout my stay there but, if I called something in, it was taken care of almost immediately. Loved the location in Glendale. Just a mile or so from King Soopers and Target and within walking distance of lots of great restaurants. Beautiful location right across the street from Infinity Park. The only drawback, for me, was not having an in-unit washer/dryer, but the shared laundry facility was easy enough to use. The neighbors are nice people who mostly keep to themselves. Highly recommend if you're new to Denver and needing a comfortable and safe place to call home!

Veronica in the leasing office is always very cheerful and helpful and has been very responsive to all of my questions. I wasn't able to come to Denver before moving here, so my whole leasing process was done via phone and email and Veronica made it quick and painless. I felt prepared when I arrived and my orientation covered any outstanding questions I had. The complex is very nice and always kept in really good condition. I consistently see the maintenance personnel working on upkeep (one of them is washing down the walkways in the courtyard as I type this) and they are very friendly and willing to help with anything. Tenants are always making use of the hot tub, outdoor sitting areas, and grill, which gives the building a nice community feel. Laundry facilities are nice and decently priced ($1.75 for both wash and dry cycles) and I haven't encountered a time when no machines are available yet. If that happens, all I'll have to do is walk across the street to the other building. The washing machines are a bit small, but the dryers and spacious. I work from home and the atmosphere has been great. Because of the way the building is laid out, you definitely see your neighbors, but everyone is courteous and I've never felt intruded on or uncomfortable. There are also LOTS of pets, which is a plus if you're an animal lover like me. There is no shortage of dogs to pet and cats looking out of windows. The other tenants are respectful with the way they handle their animals and I've never seen an issue with animal waste anywhere in or around the complex. They also have free doggy bags outside of the building, which is a nice perk. The area around the apartment is lively and has no shortage of things to do. All of my shopping needs are within a 10 minute drive. You can pay for a parking spot, but I haven't done so yet and have always been able to find street parking within a couple blocks of the building (usually right outside). The only negative thing to note is that the apartments do not have microwaves. I really can't think of anything else negative so far. I honestly feel like I'm living in luxury after paying double the rent in NYC for an apartment half the size with none of the amenities. If you're looking for a pet-friendly apartment in a nice neighborhood near Denver, you've found the place.

My car got TOWED OUT OF THE SPOT I PAY FOR by their contract towing service, Colorado Auto recovery. When I went to the office to discuss my car going missing the office manager found it strange because they typically send photos of all tows but could not find mine. Once she called the company she realized they towed my vehicle with out any report. Per their contract your parking pass MUST be visible Even though they keep your receipts and vehicle info, which is fine. However, when they sent the report AFTER she called, the photos were just of my vehicle. Absolutely NO EVIDENCE that they Even took the photos at the apartments. Even though the property manager agreed this was strange, I still had to pay $300 to get my own vehicle back and once I opened the door, my pass was right under my seat as if it has fallen after my vehicle had been lifted. I tried to talk this over with the manager and unfortunately due to these vague photos and her limited power, there was absolutely nothing she could do. She emailed her manager and gave me his email as well, Nick lazzara. He didn't even respond to mine! He instead opted to tell the property manager to tell me they would not in anyway compensate me. I don't feel scammed often, but this place made me pay for a spot so my vehicle WOULD BE SAFE and then still make me pay to get my vehicle back AFTER IT'S TOWED FROM THAT SAME SPOT. TL;DR: This place is atrocious, and I suggest moving anywhere else…read more The long of it: I moved in during the pandemic and am from at-risk categories, so opted not to do a walk through. Someone from the leasing office sent me a video from the apartment I was moving into, but when I arrived on the day, I found out that instead of a natural-sun-filled apartment with a balcony, it was actually a basement apartment (they called it "garden level," but when the only windows are at eye level and 1/2 the height of normal ones, it's a basement apartment) with almost no sun, no balcony, that perpetually smelled like mildew and had a fruit fly problem from the second we moved in. I called the office and the person I talked to apologized profusely, said that the person who sent me the photos and videos no longer worked there, and that they would get me in a new apartment ASAP, and waive the exorbitant $400 transfer fee. ASAP ended up being months later, and by the time it happened, that person also no longer worked there either, and the District Manager, Ali, told me they wouldn't transfer me for free, but could reduce the fee. So, they charged me $200 to transfer into an apartment that looked more like the one the original person sent me, and then took $80 from the security deposit to repaint the walls in the one we moved out of. So, we moved into the new apartment and in this one, there was a significant leak in two parts of the ceiling, a fruit fly infestation, and the heat didn't work, and it cost a lot more. I continually submitted repair requests for the leaking ceiling and the heat. They ignored me until I sent official Notice to Remedy Breach of Warrant of Habitability language. And then they would respond, but do nothing because it's Denver and if you wait long enough, the temperature just naturally goes up. The way the law is written, if it gets above 70 degrees one time during one day, the next time it dips back down is a different incident. Looking through my emails, I had to send the Notice on 10/17/2023, 1/11/2024, 2/15/2024, 2/21/2024, 2/24/2024, 2/26/2024, 3/16/2024, 3/20/2024, 3/26/2024, 3/29/2024, 3/30/2024 (no hot water), 4/27/2024, 4/29/2024 (2nd notice), 5/4/2024, 7/17/2024 (no water at all), and 1/10/2025. At that point, the maintenance person put in a new thermostat, and it was immediately fixed. They never fixed the leak. I would get random messages that the problem had been fixed, but they never materially did anything except give me a bucket to catch the water. It got so bad that pieces of the ceiling started falling into the apartment and there was a giant standing water bubble in the hallway wall. Throughout our stay there, they would randomly add up-charges that made no sense. Including charging us for parking, which was not in the lease. They charged a ridiculous monthly amount for "security," but when my neighbor had his car smashed by another neighbor, there wasn't a security system. They also have a clause in there that they can enter your apartment for any reason they deem necessary without your permission or giving notice. (I found that out when I challenged them having the city workers traipse through my apartment for a second time in one year for "annual" inspections and asked them to tap another apartment for it.) When I got divorced, it was my opportunity to move out. So my ex stayed in the complex, but moved to a different, smaller, cheaper apartment, and I got out. We went to the leasing office together to ensure it was taken care of in the way we wanted -- I provided my new address and we both told them that I would receive the remainder of the excess paid rent, and he would take the remainder of the security deposit for the new place. Then began the long task of trying to actually get that money (the lease says 60 days; Colorado law says between 30-60). Save yourself the trouble. They charge enough that you could get a nice place. I'm in one now, and it's glorious. And cheaper than that hellhole.

Would not recommend living here. I've lived here for two years now, and I am very disappointed in…read morehow management runs this complex. First off, the fees are much too high, and I have to pay $75 a month for "common area maintenance" for areas and amenities that never seem to work. The washers and dryers on this complex are awful, and half of them are constantly broken. We are never able to use the pool as the area is always under construction or not fit to swim in. The AC in the units also does not work as the temperature never seems to get below 80. The doors to the apartments themselves are constantly broken or left open, leaving tenants exposed to just anyone on the street. Finally, management stated that in order to park in the lots, there couldn't be any cars in the lots with significant body damage, severe amounts of work being done, or just inoperable. There are cars constantly being worked on in the lot, taking up spots, but god forbid if a visitor wants to use the lot without getting booted. Finally, I have run into several instances now where the complex texts me before the first of the month when rent is due asking me to pay up. Note that I have never missed a payment in 2 years and I always pay on time, yet they still harass me and other tenants, its exhausting and slimy on their part. If you need to find a cheap place to rent, please stay away from infinity flats. It's not even that cheap compared to more of the bargain areas of the city.
