I've lived in a bunch of apartments before, and I've never had a team this responsive, friendly (always waving/saying hello), and on top of things. After years here, the only consistency is no consistency unfortunately. Location is the only reason for a minimum stay. Just this past weekend, the maintenance staff of this complex decided to use my paid attached townhouse's garage as their own personal body shop equipped with artificial turf, a dolly, Christmas lights, and even some dog poop as a chef's kiss. Mistakes are made, but this was the second time this has occurred during my residence as a maintenance worker's drunk girlfriend was allowed to park in my paid garage--a spot I pay extra for--while the office brushed it off like it was nothing. My car was wrongfully towed twice (once on my birthday--a member of the leasing staff literally laughed in my face). I've had unresolved internet issues for over two years...etc. etc. Sadly, I have multiple other examples of less than stellar customer service. I do believe that most of the staff does have good intentions, but the follow-through is much to be desired. read more

I lived there for 3 years, ended up breaking the lease. My 1st year was awesome, then Covid happened and they got new management and the place got bad. A lot of people didn't pay during Covid and some moved out without paying so they don't have funds to keep the place nice or safe. You'll pay for gated community, but the gate is always broken so there are homeless people digging in overfilled trash at night. Cops are called at least once a week because people don't feel safe. They are so desperate for cash that I don't think they do background check on new residents, since the quality of people moving in is scary. I do not recommend this place. Whoever hired the new Regional Operations Manager should be fired immediately, as she's so disconnected and incompetent. They also remove negative comments from google, which is pathetic. read more

I don't regret living here but I wouldn't recommend it. Aside from the nice design, this isn't the luxury experience they advertise. Other true "luxury apartments" are available in Denver at similar rates. Feedback based on 2 apartments; mine and a neighbor/friend who also lived in the complex: Rooms are aesthetically pleasing! However, walls and ceilings are thin and you can hear everything... feels like SF or NYC. Pool opened over a year after advertised (I assume the permit they said they got when they sold me on the place did not come through). They do not honor the referral bonus. No rental discount during pandemic despite losing access to pools, hot tub, gyms, business center, patio/grills. Required to pay for parcel service even though it's not used properly by delivery drivers. Parking lots are full after 9pm. Move out documents/process are not streamlined so there's lots of confusion. Seems like they're money focused and don't value the hospitality that "luxury" requires. Maintenance staff are all VERY friendly. That was great. Some office staff are snippy, some are nice. read more

During a recent very heavy rain storm the ceiling in my bedroom started pooling with water and leaking quite a bit of water on one side of my room. It was pouring rain outside at almost midnight and the 24 hour maintenance and assurance team was on top of it. Clyde in particular was so helpful and sweet - he got my carpet all dried, my ceiling dry wall cut out, patched up and painted within a couple days - and even helped me put everything back in it's place in my bedroom. I am astonished as to this type of efficiency and so so happy I chose to live in a complex that values their residents safety and comfort. read more

Been here two months and it's been absolutely awful!!! Let me start by saying my apartment is currently flooding gallons of water from the apartment above! My carpets and floors are ruined not to mention countless electronics! I'm fuming! We called maintenance. They came and looked and said they'd be back to help! That was an hour ago! At this point I'm just waiting for the ceiling to cave in! Plus when we moved here, they had us sign a new lease (for no reason) and had us pay a $60 prorated rent for "moving in a day earlier" and which is not true and if you look at our lease you'd see that's wrong! When we tried to dispute it, the woman in the office told us we could pay or find another place to live! That same woman parks in my spot everyday she works also! Our mail boxes don't work and they keep switching the numbers and the keys on us! The mailbox actually can be opened without a key so you don't really need to switch our keys considering our mail gets stolen anyways. On top of all of that, they send several emails a day complaining about the communities dogs as well as what we have or don't have on our porches. The management is rude and nasty and absolutely no help at all!! Can someone please recommend me a good lawyer!? I lost a lot of stuff due to this leak and no one is coming to help! There's been no communication at all! We're literally standing in water in our our apartment! I'm furious! I hate this apartment building! Get me OUT OF HERE!!! read more

I lived at cherry creek for almost 2 years. The apartments are lovely with lots of natural light (most of them). The property is very well maintained and pet friendly (most people picked up after their dogs). The maintenance staff is wonderfully, very responsive and friendly. The office staff can be hit or miss. If you have a complaint/question and get in contact with a manager they are very helpful, however much of the other staff does not have any "authority" and will answer many of your questions or complaints sounding clueless or will be honest and just say you will need to talk to a manager. I ended of moving during COVID to move in with my boyfriend and they were wonderful with this transition for me. If you're interested in moving here I would recommend it as I enjoyed my time there. Also neighbors are all friendly and mature (not a downtown party complex!). read more

If its past 6 or 7 PM, good chance you won't be able to park near your place. They give out parking passes to EVERYONE on the lease - even if thats four people. Residents abuse this by parking cars of friends and use the parking lot for car storage. Management ignores resolving these issues. I've witnessed 2 cars that have not moved in over 4 months. You are allowed to have expired tags and park in our lots with a pass. Small 1BD apartments have an additional $100 fee for water/sewer/trash, and that is with minmal use. Mangement also actively pays google reviews to remove critical opinions, Yelp thankfully does not allow such leway. An apartment "not adequate for my needs" is not the same as assuming basic design is implemented in one of the most important places in the apartment - where you cook food. Your designers could not shave 2sq ft. from the closets for cooking utility? It shows bad workmanship, bad design and callous care of peoples basic needs. Mangement claims pedestriant gate access is limited to reduce non-resident access, yet gate access is controlled by a residents key/ pass? Non-residents do not have the ability to enter pedestrian gates without key/pass. Management claims communication is key for resolution of issues - does that include a guarentee of non-retailiation? STOP RAISING RENT RATES. The higher you go - the more critical we will get. 2k for 700sq feet is seriously messed up. read more

This place was fine until it wasnt. We always had small things break (fan, dryer, garbage disposal) and they fixed them in a reasonable time but then we had a water pipe burst. We had to have heavy duty fans in our apartment for over 2 weeks and couldnt use much of our apartment. The place was extremely loud with all of these fans on. Little to nothing was done for us to help easy the pain. The only thing that was said was it wasnt their fault and they had to do nothing to help us. read more

My year at IMT was a complete disaster due to a laundry list of reasons. The constant flooding, spider infestation, broken dryer and leaking sink is only the start, not to mention the parking and stolen packages dilemma. The massive amounts of confusion and lack of leadership as well as accountability in the leasing office (especially to good residents who had been nothing but respectful) made moving out extremely painful and obnoxious. I continued to receive numerous calls nearly every day from IMT about paying renters insurance and monthly rent AFTER I had been completely moved out. Lastly, the younger maintenance workers there are creepy and had always rubbed me the wrong way. When my roommate and I would workout, they would blatantly watch and come into the gym, and we even caught them snooping outside of our apartment windows. (The two older gentlemen were the only friendly/helpful ones there. Thanks Klyde!) UPDATE: I wanted to update my review from 1 to 3 stars because the office gave me a call and addressed some of the issues I mentioned above. She provided clarity, sincere apologies and also confirmed that action has been taken regarding the maintenance workers. I greatly appreciated this! read more

Elizabeth was super helpful with the entire transfer process and is also super welcoming as I probably see her the most often since I moved. I have lived at IMT Cherry Creek for a little over 3 years now and have nothing but great things to say! The apartments get great natural light and the vaulted ceiling in my unit makes the layout feel extremely spacious. The walls are somewhat thin, but I was lucky to enough to have quiet and respectful neighbors and noise was never a major issue. Additionally, the leasing office is always quick to respond to my questions via call or email. One of the best perks to the complex though is how friendly and responsive the maintenance team is! They do an excellent job and my requests are always addressed quickly. In particular, Clyde is awesome! He always has a smile and whenever my dogs and I run into him around the complex he's ready with dog treats (which they love!). I have to tell you about my experience at IMT Cherry Creek. I have lived here for a little over two months and have had some minor maintenance issue. I use the portal to report my issue and within an hour or so maintenance is calling or knocking on my door to address my issue. The maintenance crew is professional, friendly and always seem happy to help. I COULD HAVE DIED DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE This is the third emergency situation, based upon IMT's definition, that has occurred since I moved into this apartment 3 weeks ago. First, the furnace was broken when I moved in. Second, the fireplace in my apartment sprung a gas leak. Third, the water heater broke down. To show the quality of this complex, the defective gate key they gave me broke off in the gate on my third night here. Most importantly, there was a gas leak in my apartment. There is no propane gas detector in this apartment despite the fact that one would cost IMT $50-150 and would save my life. Luckily, I recognized that there was a gas leek at 1 or 2 in the morning and vacated the premises, i.e., what you are supposed to do. IMT refuses to reimburse me for my hotel stay that night and refuses to install a propane detector. They even had the gall to tell me that it was my fault because I chose not to sleep in an apartment with a gas leak, which would have killed me. They claimed that I should have waited in my toxic apartment to see if one of their employees would show up. They maintain that one of their employees showed up after 3 A.M. and said there was no leak. The next morning, I returned to my apartment to see two maintenance workers walking up to my apartment to see if there was a gas leak. Low and behold there was one and it was obvious. So, if I had stayed in my toxic apartment and waited for the maintenance worker that allegedly went there at 3 A.M., I would have been given inaccurate information, slept there, and DIED. Care about your life more than they will. Live somewhere where they do the bare minimum to protect you! read more

LOCATION: Great location with lots of nearby essentials/ by Cherry Creek trail (running) , mall, Cherry Creek north area, target, grocery, stores, short drive to I-25, and a 20 minute drive to DT. MANAGEMENT: GreyStar owned it before and did a poor job overall. Once IMT took over you like tell they wanted to make it more professional. They have been very responsive and communicative. They are still in the process of turning things around. MAINTENANCE: Such an upgrade from Greystar. With IMT came Micheal. There quite a lot of things we were told by previous management that were "just how it was" (I.e. Kitchen sink leaking, toilets that didn't flush properly, etc. ). Once Micheal came around he fixed everything we were told couldn't be fixed. Him and the team are so responsive and helpful. Great service. Overall great place to live with great neighbors. It was a good area to move into coming from another state. We were able to figure out the area being in this place. read more

I moved out a little bit ago but wow I've never been happier with the choice of leaving. Worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. Everything breaks, and yes you can get it fixed but give it a week it will break again! My entire kitchen was molded and what did they do? Screwed in a piece of wood above it! You can't go outside without stepping in dog poop. The gym is one of the worst things I have ever seen; In the winter it's the same temperature as it is outside. If I could give 0 stars I would. You should look at the two apartments across the streets, it's worth the price difference! I would never recommend this place to absolutely anybody. read more

I chose a minimal 9-month lease at first since I needed something short-term but decided to re-sign for another 15 months. I love the garden style apartments and not taking an elevator with random people during COVID. Maintenance is always quick to respond and I love the year round hot tub and pool. They even provided a gift wrapping station during the holidays which was really a nice touch. Highly recommend this complex. read more

Alright, where to start. Firstly I've lived here for five months now and every month it's something different. Applying there, we weren't allowed to see the apartment because it was still occupied, which I understand. We were instead shown the model unit which looked amazing so we signed. Upon move in we were disappointed to find cabinet doors loose, base board molding dirty and beat up, old appliances, disgustingly dirty garage and probably a few things I've forgotten. Some of this was corrected when brought to their attention. A day before movein we were informed that even though I had been approved, my girl friend was no longer able to be on the lease because her credit didn't meet their standards. After several phone calls and hassle, they realized that my credit and income was plenty sufficient to have her be approved with me. A few days after moving in the linen closet fell off which and the roller for the track had fallen off. A month in to living here a leak in the kitchen occurred. We have the upstairs too in our single bed apartment. The guys came and couldn't isolate where it was coming from, but the water wasn't flowing at the time so they told me to call them back when it was actively leaking. The next day we called them back but by the time they got back it had stopped so they told me the same thing. The third time they came and cut a hole in the ceiling of the kitchen and looked inside. They determined it was the toilet upstairs. The next day they returned with a used toilet that was then installed and a few weeks later the caroling in my kitchen was patched. The roll vinyl flooring was visibly damaged now. But hey, at least we have a working toilet right? Wrong. This toilet barely flushed and backed up easily. We have it a few weeks thinking we would get used to it before the hand fell of and chain broke. I'm very handy person, but shouldn't be asked to fix old toilet in a "high end" unit. I called in another repair order and they promptly came out and fixed the chain and handle and I asked if it was normal for these units to have old toilets that take 15 seconds holding the handle to flush. He said that's how this is supposed to be. Not happy with his answer I bit my tongue for a few more weeks until it broke again. This most recent time I got a new toilet that hasn't given any trouble. There are a few other minor concerns that are common to any used building that I won't mention. Security wise, this is not a gated community. It looks like it, but the gates are open most of the time. The walk in gates are not locked. My neighbors car was broken in to. My girlfriends car was broken into. My storage closet was broken in to. Fortunately nothing of value was taken from us but holy cow, this is not a safe community. To put the icing on the cake, which is not entirely their fault, my car was towed from the private parking lot. In their defense the tag had fallen from my mirror. They tell me that even though they have our plates on file, they don't cross check them before calling in a tow. Sadly I am now stuck with a $260 fine for parking in my parking spot. We are also being threatened that our nationally certified service animal cannot be verified in spite all the documentation we gave them, so we may have to pay more for having our dog that treats anxiety. So my experience at this complex is very bad. On the plus side the staff is nice and friendly. They honestly want to help. read more

Three stars because we had a wonderful time when we lived there. Maintenance was quick and responsive. And leasing staff have always been helpful. However, they will try to rip you off when you leave. First they tell you that you can't be at either of the inspections. We finally convinced them to let us be at the preinspection. This is supposedly the opportunity for them to tell you what needs to be fixed. They walked through said it looked great, thanked us for taking such good care of it, and left. Judging by that, we decided we didn't need to be at the final inspection especially since they would only give us an 8 hour window. Then they stole most our deposit after we spent like 8 hours deep cleaning the place. They even charged for the appearance of the outside of the door. The outside that is exposed to all the elements.They also charged for water spots in the sink. On top of that, when we moved in originally our place was not cleaned. It is particularly upsetting to be charged after we left a clean apartment when we also had to clean when we moved in because of all the trash they left out. If you decide to live here, don't work with James. Every interaction he was incredibly rude and tried to find a problem. For example, I paid our last month's rent with check and he said, "this might not go through". When I asked if it was an appropriate form of payment, he said yes, but continued to insist that it might not work. It went through fine. read more

I have lived in the community for two months and it has been a nightmare from the start. At move in, we were given keys to an apartment much different than the one we were promised. Not only that, the apartment was dirty with fingerprints on the railing, bathtubs not cleaned, vents disgusting, etc. along with miscellaneous items broken. We asked twice for them to come clean the apartment and nothing, so we cleaned ourselves and let it alone. My roommate and I both work in the industry and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Either way, it was ridiculous we moved into a dirty (and wrong) apartment. This was just the start. The gate is constantly open and this should not be considered a gated or secured community. Anytime we try to ask the staff a question or need something, they are rude or don't respond. Completely unprofessional. Now, there are cockroaches in the stairwell leading to my apartment. I contacted two of the staff members with no response for over two days. My roommate and I love our apartment, but we are upset and disappointed with the way staff treats us and how there is now a pest problem that isn't being addressed immediately.
