Lucky for you Colorado doesn't care very much about dog bites. I did file multiple complaints about your property with the city and state. The huge lack of safety, awareness and compliance from the staff after the incident was incredibly poor. Nice try passing the blame though.

We scheduled a time but they had to cancel. We scheduled another time but they never showed up. I called them and at the last minute they cancelled because our roof is too dangerous during snowy times. Understanding that but feel that an initial quote should reveal that to customer and let the customer know they will perform service when warm out and no danger. I believe they are overworked and don't want do more "difficult" jobs- do not use this company. We are in Boulder
