Andrew and Jeff did an outstanding job cleaning my ducts and dryer vent. I recently bought my first…read morehome and realized the ducts were caked with dirt had not been cleaned in years, and the dryer vent was 80% clogged. They went through the house, took before/after photos and explained everything being done in detail. The dryer vent was made out of the cheapest flexible aluminum material possible and they were upfront and transparent about the risks of a tear when cleaning it. Despite the risks they were able to get it done amazingly well. Also was having some furnace issues that Andrew was able to address and give me advice on. They also worked around our 2 crazy dogs plus myself and my partner working from home the whole time with ease. The air in here feels so much better now and just the peace of mind that I'm not breathing in 50 years of filth is priceless. It was a next level experience compared to other services I've had to hire and I will definitely use them again!

He was extremely personable and helped me learn a lot about my house since I just moved in. He got into the crawl space and was so helpful in educating me (and not trying to sell something). He also was by far the best value of the three quotes I got, with no upselling...all duct cleaning and system sanitation was included. I really appreciate that he is the business owner, is the one that does the work, and is the person who messages you on this app. There is no middle person or source of confusion or pressure to upsell. I've had a lot of work done on my house and this was the most pleasant and helpful experience that actually made me excited about home ownership and not frustrated. I will definitely be contacting Andrew for future duct cleaning!!

The Duct Guys were easy to deal with and their phone estimate was spot on to what I paid. Price is competitive but what I stood out to me was the little things- the tech gave me a card for the owner's contact info. They did what they said they would do, on time, no hassle for me.
