Can't say enough good about the job they did on my carpet, and the customer service! I had another company come and clean the carpets. They did such a terrible job that I needed to have them redone. (spent 45 minutes cleaning a 4 bedroom house). So I hired this company to come and do the job over. I couldn't be happier. The owner was great. I had to wait a few days to schedule because they were busy (probably because they do good work). But when they came they couldn't believe the job the other company did either! But Jordan said they would work on it and do their best. He was very nice, even after having to wait for me to get there. Our carpet is 11 years old, and they were able to get out nearly all the old dirt on the traffic areas and everywhere else. I have a tween girl at home, who has done "little projects" in her room. When the other company left, her floor looked like a confetti cupcake, little bits of color various places on the carpet. But when these guys cleaned it, it almost all came out. Just a couple of very light spots left. And I know for sure one of them was kool-aid! The guy worked so hard. I saw him doing the steps and could see the billows of steam coming off the carpet, so I know they really had good heated steam, not just warm tap water. They also cleaned our couch and loveseat, and except for a couple little stains they look great too! I have found a new carpet cleaner, and I am so happy! read more

I was very disappointed in Chapple's, The man that I had used for many years retired and sold his list of clients to Chapple's so I assumed they would be of high quality. I needed a carpet near the front door and two upholstered chairs cleaned. Two young personable young men came and gave me very low quote. After they left and once the chairs were dry I realized that they were still soiled in the area below the cushions. It was as if it had been missed. The carpet in the entry way was still soiled. The following is what really turned me off of this company. I left messages - twice- for the owner to call me and never heard from him. I will not use Chapple's Carpet Cleaning in the future. Yesterday I had my carpet cleaned by this wonderful company. Ryan and George could not have been more professional and polite and both worked very hard and my carpet looks amazing. After it dried I was surprised that it was very soft and when I vacuumed almost nothing was picked up by my vacuum cleaner. In the future Chapple's is the company I will use. I am delighted I found them because the last three or four companies I used I was disappointed and my carpet always felt stiff. The guys were prompt and on time when they came to clean the carpet. Quick and really did a great job on stains. We were way overdue for our microfiber sectional being cleaned (thanks, kids!). I'd called/emailed some other SBO cleaners around town for a few months, no return call. A friend gave me the number of her carpet cleaner, so I tried them Monday. A human answered right away, scheduled for Friday. Called later in the week to postpone by about 30 minutes. The team came in, cleaned the couch in the right amount of time and that was that. Because it's microfiber, we had to run a brush over it later to soften it. WOO HOO! These guys were referred by our neighbor who owns rental properties and I'm glad they did! We have this light colored "shag" type carpet with 4 pets living in our house......they got rid of the stains, hallway track marks etc!! This carpet looks so good we're afraid to walk on it. AND they took it upon themselves to move furniture we thought was too heavy to even bother with. They also made our sofa and love seat look new again!!! We were about to toss those things in the dump, I'm so glad we added 'upholstery cleaning' to the list. We hired Stanely Steemer last year and they left water all over the place and dog hair at the edges, :-( Andy & Shawn (?) wiped the baseboards and the house was perfect when they left. They were professional, pleasant to me and each other......spent a good 4.5hrs in the house! Chapple's isn't the cheapest, but obviously you get what you pay for when it comes to carpet cleaning. Chapple's Carpet Cleaning did a great job on cleaning the carpets in my 3rd floor condo as I prepared to sell it, and with a million other things going on with preparing to move this was one thing I didn't have to worry about. I spoke with the owner (James) and they were able to make me an appointment about a week in advance, and the 2 guys that came in and did the work were friendly, courteous, and worked really hard while they were there to make sure the carpets looked great. I appreciated the thorough job and the carpets weren't over saturated with water like with the rent it yourself equipment that isn't as powerful, so the dry time was pretty quick, and yeah I would definately use them again in the future! read more

We do not recommend. We decided to use his services after someone recommended him to us. He did a terrible job and sped through the job. The area rug was still just as dirty and so were the stairs. We were first told there was a 30 day guarantee and when we called about the dirty stairs, he told us that he never said that and it's actually 7 days (which he never told us). He said that he'll charge 140 dollars for only the stairs which is almost just as much as what he took for the entire house. read more
