This review is selfish. In two years when I need to get the fluff from 3 pets and gunk blown out, I want to remember who to call. I called 3 places to get quotes for my house. The Duct Guys were easy to deal with and their phone estimate was spot on to what I paid. Price is competitive but what I stood out to me was the little things- the tech gave me a card for the owner's contact info. After Air vent cleaning on 9/23/2025, I went downstairs to see which vents were open. I found 4 vents closed. Upon opening the vent debris fell to the floor, so i removed the cover find more debris and children tows. I proceeded to open the rest to find plastic covering still on the cover from installing with small amounts of dust and dirt. After paying for each of the vents and finding debris, I believe it would be appropriate for a refund for 4 vents. It's been 25 years from cleaning, you could imagine the debris! After talking with the owner, he explained the vent routing that connect with other out lets. This is cause of the problem. And one other but, he corrected the problem. Today, Dominic from The Duct Guys came to my house to clean my ducts for probably the first time in my house's history. Sure enough, in the first return, we found an empty laxative box that was at least 60-70 years old. Dominic was thorough, kind enough to explain the process to me, and showed me before/after photos of my ducts. Suffice to say, they needed a cleaning! Their pricing was fair, they were upfront with the cost, and it was right in the estimate range provided by Ryan, the owner. Dominic was also patient as I moved my dogs from room to room and tried keeping them out of his way. I'll gladly be calling the Duct Guys again. Price was what was explained to me. All vents were cleaned and sanitized. For my house, which was about 1700 sq ft, was done in about 2 hours. Returns were cleaned out and shown before and after pictures. House feels better with air flow and cooler in this hot summer. Highly recommend them. They will not rake you over the Kohl's as they say. $475 was my total. Worth every penny! read more

Just had an absolutely amazing experience with Ryan and his team. Needed a dryer vent cleaning. Pretty standard. They did that very well, but I still had an issue. At the time we didn't know that it had nothing to do with them. Ryan proceeded to climb into the attic (it's July right now) and trace my ductwork to a leak in my roof around where the dryer vents through the roof. He went above and beyond and didn't charge me any extra where he totally could and probably should have. Talk about a guy that stands behind his work and his quote. Originally we scheduled out until August but they were so fantastic they called us to let us know they had a cancellation in the area and wondered if we could do it sooner. After Ryan explained to me what was covered with the deal he also explained to me the options to buy more including sanitation. He was professional and kind and laughed at my stupid jokes LOL I would highly recommend them whether it be a Groupon deal or not. He was very affordable prompt and reasonable. Had an appt. Today from 4-6pm. My groupon covered all vents returns amd mains in my home so no additional work would be needed. Funny enough after confirming the count thats when the crew that showed up told me they didn't have the proper equipment for the job and to reschedule for another crew with proper equipment. I believe this was do to not being able to up charge. I called and spoke with Anna at 303 309 0061 She offered no reshedule or explaination she simple told me to contact groupon for my refund. I didnt mention a refund or a groupon. I told her i wanted to reshedule with the proper crew and she told me if the first crew couldnt do it then they wont do it at all. I asked to speak with a manager Anna told me she was the manager. I asked to speak to her superior she refused. I asked for her name and she would only give me Anna. BEWARE OF FRAUD. These guys are big fraud and unprofessional. They have groupons and will charge you 6 to 8 times the groupon price when arrive. When you refuse to take those additional cost service they unprofessionally and rudely turn us down and left the site without doing job. BEWARE to pay these cheaters. REPLY: Don't go by groupon rreview as people like us who not fall for the fraud and scam and cancel this service cant leave the reviews. They want code upfront even beore starting the job. Groupon has instruction to never show code to vendor before job get done and we have used groupon multiplt time not a single time a vendor asked for code upfront or a proof when we got schedule 1 month in advance. What a shame. Company who treat customer so awfully need to be known to people. Found this company via Groupon. After researching reviews on multiple sites, decided to schedule duct and dryer cleaning service which was desperately needed after home renovation. Very responsive to calls and questions. Even though I didn't purchase through Groupon, was told they would honor the Groupon price. In fact, because we had a lot more than was covered under that special, we were offered a different special that saved us more than the Groupon would have. Do not use LivingSocial or Groupon with The Duct Guys,in Brighton, too good to be true. Said he could not clean our ducts, (been cleaned before, why can't he if he is in that business). Needed to call someone in A/C service that had smaller hoses to enter each vent. What a hoax. Then refused to refund my LivingSocial coupon per their (LivingSocial) policy. Then Living Social says they will only transfer to another deal. NO I want my money back. NO SERVICE NO MONEY. read more

My house is 60 years old and has NEVER had the air ducts cleaned before today. There were no access ports, so they could not have been cleaned properly. Ryan charged hundreds less than my best quote for a very basic cleaning. This was not basic. I'm surprised my house hadn't burned down yet given on all the stuff that came out of those ducts. My advice to anyone reading this is to have your ducts cleaned every 2-3 years and to use these guys.
