I texted them and they responded within ten minutes. They had us fiddle around with things to no avail. They came out on a Sunday and determined the thermostat was a lemon. They upgraded with a new thermostat explained how to use it and said to please call if there are any issues. There was no charge for their three trips the wiring the thermostat and installation. Later on when i turned it on i realized they had installed it backwards and the supply and returns were all reversed. They were out the next day had the whole thing removed and reinstalled correctly in about 6 hours. I think this is a good company because they are fast to respond to issues and fix their mistakes. All contractors make mistakes and the good ones are the ones who fix them with minimal headaches to the customer.

In addition to that, I had an HVAC malfunction and they didn't try to upsell me on anything. It is increasingly hard to find good honest reliable work in the trades, especially in the Denver metro area. I can recommend these guys with confidence. I know that this is a slightly larger company with more reviews and I'm happy to contribute to them. These guys are absolutely legitimate so the next statement does not apply to this company. It's just a general helpful warning to homeowners . I would recommend before hiring subcontractors or contractors for large projects to do a criminal background check, especially due to the lack of consumer protection laws in Colorado. We also don't have any laws as far as the amount of money contractors are allowed to request before starting a project and a simple background check can tell you how many times they've committed fraud how many legal cases they have against them. Most lawyers do not do background checks when they are reviewing construction contracts, even with large amounts of money down before the project begins. It is also worth noting that there is no way for a contractor to lose their license in the state, as it is not regulated by anybody including building departments, Dora, etc. I so hope that this review has been helpful and can save people some trouble while repairing our building their home.

He arrived at the house in 50 minutes. Turns out my condenser was clogged and dirty. He could have raked me over the coals and charged me huge money and I'm sure I would have paid it today no questions asked. He was honest, knowledgeable and really customer service oriented. My charge was way below what I was expecting at $200.00 for his drive time and at the house, I'm guessing total time 1.5-2 hours.
