Cesar is the real deal! After our dryer stopped working efficiently, and I had an appliance repair company look at it, we were quoted $320 by them to clean only the dryer duct. This seemed so high to solely clear the dryer duct. I put in a project request for a whole house duct clean and Cesar responded SO FAST. He gave me a reasonable quote for the whole house including the dryer duct. 5 stars for communication throughout the whole process, from quick Yelp responses to letting me know he was on his way this morning, and for showing me photos and videos of before and after of the ducts, and just for an all around professional in-person experience. During the initial tour I asked if he also cleaned the fans in the laundry and bathrooms and he said that's not typically a part of the service, but he was happy to take a look and give them some compressed air. The before and after pics of the laundry room fan were NO JOKE. He said we might have saved that motor and I believe it. It always feels strange having a stranger move throughout the whole house, but Cesar was incredibly professional, immediately wore booties upon entering the house without me even asking, and was so gracious when we asked him to step outside a couple of times so we could move our unfriendly dog to a different floor as he moved through the space. My furnace started acting up and shutting off and throwing a code of course on the holiday Murphy's Law, right. I was immediately worried about who I was going to call to come into my house and give me an honest assessment of what was happening with my furnace I spoke to Cesar and was immediately impressed by him!! He told me to check and see if the filter was clogged or dirty and that might fix the problem without anyone needing to come to my house. What?!!!!! no one no one has ever said anything like that to me and I did change the filter and it seemed like the filter was working better but the code kept going off and I asked Cesar to come over. He was on time he was professional, and he proceeded to fix several areas of attention to get my furnace running great again within the one hour that he was here he didn't stretch it out. Words can not express how grateful I am that I found cesar.. ac has been out for 3 days. The hse was 98 degrees when I came home today.. but after having another company come out and check my system where I found the leak just to try to sell me a whole new system. I called cesar explained everything that had happened. He very honest with his pricing amd what he could do. Told me he could be at my hse at 630pm. He showed up at 625 and he fixed my ac unit. No need to buy a whole new one like the other 2 companys qouted me. He also check the electrical side of my unit and explained it to my why my capacitor was failing. He fixed that too. Our furnace stopped heating and I tried contacting 3 different company's and they never responded. Cesar responded quickly and professionally. He came and checked out the furnace, it needed a new circuit board and he found the correct one and had it shipped from Colo springs, he made sure to communicate with us whenever he had an update. Cesar spent almost 5 hours giving our home the most in depth duct clean/HVAC service we've ever gotten. He cut no corners! We have 3 people, 2 cats and 2 dogs living in our home. It was apparent by how dirty the grates were over our vents were that our air quality is was not great.
