I rarely write reviews anymore but Avi has made me so much more comfortable in the house we are renting. The ducts were filthy and had mouse droppings in them, the furnace needed to be cleaned and the register covers were filthy even after washing them when we moved in because the air was so dirty that blew through them. Avi was speedy, thorough, and incredibly kind. I am no longer waking up with a headache in the morning and the air feels cleaner. I highly recommend hiring Air improvement! read more

Daniel did a real good job for me, sanitized as he went. A must for my allergies. Small company, not a big truck, but pleased with the work that was done. read more

I had Air Improvement come out to my recently purchased home in Denver because I was getting error prompts on my dryer complaining about a lack of air flow. Daniel came out and cleaned out all of the vents and ducts, and did a great job. He was timely and professional, and I felt confident in the work he was doing- especially with the tools that he brought. However, even after cleaning the ventilation shafts, the dryer was still complaining about air flow. So Daniel and Avi returned as soon as they could, continued troubleshooting what could be wrong and went above and beyond to resolve the air flow issue. It turned out that the damper to the vent for the dryer had actually been stucco'd mostly shut from the exterior of the home (this was impossible to tell since the damper is 30ft from the ground, an idiot likely accidentally stucco'd them shut when making exterior repairs). Daniel was able to force open the dampers and clear the stucco and voila, no more air flow issues to the dryer. Thank you again Daniel & Avi. I highly recommend their services. read more

Had a great experience. Daniel was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the services provided. Everything went smooth and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Felt nice to turn on the heat and not have to worry. read more

I was very please with Avi and Ben from Air Improvement. They came to clean my dryer vent and were completely professional and helpful. The told me my vent wasn't clogged but was just dirty. My vent hose from the dryer to the wall was kinked and they repaired it and told me what I needed to do to keep that from happening. I highly recommend Air Improvement and Avi and Ben if you want a job done well and right the first time. read more

Highly recommend this company! They were able to get my dryer vent fully cleaned out when another company couldn't. Very responsive and reasonably priced read more

Avi was great. Good communicator. Very fair and upfront pricing and he educated me and showed me all of the junk coming out of my dryer vent! No wonder he has all 5 star reviews! Avi will be the only guy who touches my ducts and dryer vents! read more

Wow, what can I say. Sunday, my dryer won't dry. The vent line was blocked. Monday, I contact Avi and team, and by Monday night, I'm up and running again. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely use Air Improvement Denver and recommend them to my neighbors. read more

Daniel, was my technician, he explained what he needed to do. He was polite cleaned up after himself! He made a necessary repair, which did not have to do. I highly recommend this company it was a great experience and value! Mary Williams read more

Made an appointment to have dryer vent cleaned. A previous dryer repairman said the dryer wasn't the problem, the vent needed cleaning and they needed to get on the roof to check that part out. I have a 2 story duplex. The dryer vent repairman showed up and told me his ladder wasn't tall enough to get on the roof and so could not do the job. I am not happy to have blocked off the time for this and be told they can't do the job. They advertise they get on the roof. Have ladders tall enough to do the job! read more

We had just moved in and our new dryer was flashing the dreaded d80 error. After doing everything we could and still no improvement, I called Avi on Friday and he was able to fit me in that Sunday! He texted when he was on his way and was right on time. I asked him to look at the dryer first, the vent is on our roof which is very high and steep. He went above and beyond in trying to help us out. Getting to the vent was too dangerous ( not for lack of trying) but luckily he was able to clear the blockage from the house! He also cleaned our vents, AC and furnace. He was professional, thorough and polite. I phoned 3 businesses during my search his prices seemed the most reasonable. I'll definitely be a repeat customer as needed! read more

I've lived in my townhouse for 15 years and never had my ducts cleaned. I called up 3 companies and got quotes ranging from $229 - $800. They had similar methods (negative air pressure, roto brushing, air whips, + disinfecting) and 2 of them included dryer vent cleaning for an extra charge (ranging $50 - $99), but Air Improvement threw it in as part of the package. Also, they were ready to schedule with me within two days! So not only were they the most economical, they were quickest to respond. Stas texted on his way, arrived on time, and just did a fantastic job all around. He was very considerate of my two kitties and cleaned up everywhere he went. Highly recommend! read more

If I could give this a "10" score, I sure would! Everything, went as smooth as it could. The response back, scheduling, the price. All that on top of, HONESTY!!! This kind of service, would be easy to scam people. How would we know how much dirt or dust was in our air ducts?? We wouldn't, so we have to take it on faith that they're being honest. We were fully expecting and READY, to have to have the full duct cleaning service. But because this company is so honest, they told us that it really didn't need cleaned yet! We discussed it and decided to just do a minimal cleaning. I can't sing their praises loud enough, they did a great job and this will be the company I use from here on out. I just want to thank them for their great service!!! read more

Prompt response and very friendly and professional. A better experience than I even expected and affordable. Would highly recommend!

Avi and his crew are amazing at what they do. They thoroughly explained both processes to us (vent cleaning and unit cleaning) and why it would help our home's health. They always asked permission to remove certain items, and left everything as they found it. They are reasonably priced and always finished within a reasonable time. read more

Avi was very responsive, kind, courteous, and easy to work with. He showed up on time, sanitized things, and even replaced my dryer vent hose with one that was longer and connected better. read more

Avi and his team did a great job. They left pictures of the before and after and kept a fair price for their work.

The team was thorough, communicative, and efficient. They arrived in the center of the work window, moved quickly, completed the job, and shared observations that will help me to better maintain my ducts and HVAC. Professional service done right and on time. Competitive pricing Highly recommended

This company wasn't the cheapest but not expensive co pared to other companies. They were very prompt in getting back to me with a quote. They day of service the technician was here right at the earlest time of the one hour window. He was very careful to make sure his equipment was clean before bringing it downstairs across our new carpet. He was thorough at each vent and return. He made sure all exterior doors remained closed so our dog wouldn't get out. I am very happy with the service and the cleaning. Amazing how much dust and junk can accumulate over time. Will certainly recommend this comapny to our friends, neighbors and our general contractor. read more

Terrific! Prompt response. Daniel was very friendly and conscientious. He called to tell me the precise time he'd arrive. I like how they include the dryer vent if it's a side of house outlet. Reasonably priced, with thorough service, much more than just vacuuming the vents, but also the ducts and a furnace filter change. Go with Air Improvement! read more

Air Improvement was excellent. Avi was quick to take my calls, took time to answer all my questions and was very accommodating to my schedule. Daniel was an incredible technician. He called before he arrived and even adjusted his arrival so that it was best for me. He was thorough, fast and very professional. Daniel took time to explain the process and would check in during his cleaning. Absolutely recommend Air Improvement read more

Avi went above and beyond and did a great job. He showed us before and after pictures which were impressive. He had a giant machine that he used as well, not a shop vac like some other companies. Would definitely recommend. read more

Easy set up with Avi. Daniel showed up on time and did an excellent and very thorough job cleaning the vents, furnace and dryer vent. Daniel went above and beyond with helping me move some items out of the way to allow him to deliver excellent service. Daniel even helped me move a dresser. Daniel finished by educating me on proper maintenance schedules, filter change schedules and other advice to keep my vents clean and my furnace in working order. Professional work at a great value! After sneezing and stuffiness began to threaten my sanity, I decided to have my home air ducts cleaned. It's been years and one Labrador. Using Yelp's quote feature, I sent out multiple requests. Avi at Air Improvement was first to reply. He quoted what proved to be the lowest price for the services I needed. While all include a "free" dryer air vent cleaning, quotes ranged from $70 to $155 more than Air Improvement, who also includes the dryer vent. Avi arrived on time. He was affable, but on point and ready to go. I gave him a tour of the house and he went to work. As others have noted, he gave me some much appreciated pointers on my dryer exhaust and my ancient AC unit. He came masked and conscious of distance between us. When he was finished, he showed a few before and after videos. I was shocked at what came out of our ducts! It's been three days. For the first time in ages, I'm not stuffed up and no one is sneezing in the house. I saved at least $70 vs competing quotes and could not be happier. Mission accomplished. Highly Recommended. read more

We needed our dryer vent cleaned. These guys were immediately responsive, friendly, and had the best quote of all companies I contacted. On the day of our service they communicated well, were super friendly, and the guy that showed up spent time explaining everything that was going on as well as doing great work. I'll definitely use them in the future for any duct or vent cleaning I need. read more

This review is overdue! Avi came out a few weeks ago and did an outstanding job in a timely manner. Avi works VERY hard! He cleaned all the supply events first and said they were not excessively dirty - which was good to hear. He took pictures of the returns, highlighting the before and after showing all the dust and then the result after he cleaned them up. I would definitely use Air Improvement again! read more

Daniel did a great job cleaning my dryer vent. He was professional and efficient! Definitely would recommend.

We received great service from Avi. Scheduling was easy and his thoroughness was wonderful. It was unbelievable what came out of our dryer vent. I clean the dryer filter every time I do a load, so don't be fooled about how clean your vent is...it isn't. Thanks for making this a positive experience. read more

Sent a message through yelp at 7 pm and had an appointment within 30 min and he came out the next day in a snowstorm. Took care of every this Inc and went above and beyond. Our dryer vent is a bit wonky but Avi handled it all and got it cleaned in no time. No issues now. Very happy and will use again. read more

Had dryer vent cleaned and dryer was worse than before. Called the company back, and business owner said to stop using dryer as appeared to him vent was still blocked. It was Saturday morning and he was booked out for 2 weeks, but offered to come late in the day, or on Sunday, his day off...to Castle Rock. He ended up coming late in the day on Saturday, and totally made things right. As he thought, there was still blockage due to the vent having a screen on it where it comes out on the roof. In addition, he shortened the hose behind the dryer as he found it was twice as long as it needed to be, also causing bad air flow for dryer. All this at no extra charge. Our thanks to Avi for taking time on the weekend to fix the issue, and not making us feel like he was put out for having to come out. Have already recommended him to a couple of neighbors, and will schedule with him ourselves in the future. read more

Overall A+ service! My dryer kept shutting down with a restricted exhaust message and I immediately cleaned the vent connectors but still had the same issue. My brother suggested I test if the problem was with the dryer by disconnecting the dryer vent from wall and the dryer didn't shut off. So then I had to find a company to clean my 2nd story dryer vent that exited at my roof. After reading some reviews and calling to get pricing, I found many companies up-charged to climb on a roof and for using taller than 16' ladders, etc. but that wasn't the case with Air Improvement. When I called, Avi answered the call. He quoted me a reasonable flat rate price and scheduled me immediately. He showed up on time, had a pleasant attitude, got right to work, and left the areas he worked on clean and placed back nicely. I would highly recommend Air Improvement. I will call Avi back to clean my whole house air ducts in the future. read more

They were great! Friendly, worked hard and fast and good value for the money. Also did my dryer vent and hooked it back up.

Avi was very responsive and knowledgeable. I live in a 4 story townhome and have problems with heat on the lower 2 floors so I contacted these guys to check my ducts and air flow.
