Service technician was polite and professional. I think Swan really cares about their customers and wants to keep them. I would recommend this company for your heating, air conditioning, and plumbing needs. read more

Excellent service. Daniel came out and worked around our old house's breaker box blowing out his fancy equipment. He was friendly and professional. Pricey, but you can see why. He upsold only a bit ($99) to clean my furnace (no pressure), but my furnace was a hot mess after 8 years. He pulled out so much junk, I'm sure that we'll all be breathing better now. read more

Avi is fabulous. -Professional, courteous, assiduous. Perfect.

Avi is great, and we will hire Air Improvement Denver every time we need to get our dryer vent cleaned. We had another company clean all our air ducts, and we paid extra for them to clean the dryer vent. We didn't notice any improvement, and now I know it's because they only cleaned from the inside and the issue was at the top (our dryer is on the second floor and vents to the roof). Our dryer stopped working and we bought a new one. We had it professionally installed and we replaced the flexible tube, but within months the dryer was no longer drying. It was getting hot but it would take 5 hours to dry a single load. We called Air Improvement Denver based on their stellar Yelp reviews. Avi responded quickly and had availability right away due to an unexpected reschedule. He was here in 30 minutes and he went straight to the roof. He pulled a huge lint ball from the screen (see photo) and *then* came inside to clean the vent with his fancy brush. As a result, the entire area is clean now, instead of having a clean conduit that gets jammed by a lint blanket and doesn't allow the dryer to work properly anyway. Avi was kind, prompt, helpful, and clean. We will definitely use Air Improvement Denver again. We received nothing from them for this positive review. read more

Thank you thank you thank you. Couldn't be happier. Very professional and friendly. The amount of debris that came out of my house was disgusting. Thanks again. read more

So glad I found Avi right here on yelp! My vents hadn't been cleaned since I first bought this place nearly 25 years ago. The before and after pictures were astonishing, and at the end of the visit, Avi brought me a collection of toys my children had inserted into the vents back when they were small. I laughed until I nearly cried. He told me this cleaning would improve the efficiency of my heating system dramatically, and suggested I monitor my heating bill for the savings he expected me to see. The job took him longer than he planned -- leaving him to rush off to his next appointment -- but he didn't charge me a cent extra. I'd recommend this company in a heartbeat. read more

This home was built in the 1930s. As far as I'm aware the vents have never been cleaned prior to this. They were bad filled with dirt, hair, and debris but now they glisten. The air is fresher than it was. The power of the air coming out of the vents is stronger than it's ever been. I didn't know what to expect from a vent cleaning since I had never had one before but the gentleman who came to my house was courteous, respectful and informative. He let me know what he was doing and he made sure that everything he did was done in the safest way for my animals. The amount of things he pulled out of our vents was quite astonishing and the fact that he did it in such a timely manner and went above and beyond our expectations. Not only would I recommend this company but I personally will be using them again in 3 to 5 years. I also already have started recommending this company to my family so if you want the best this is where to go. read more

I can't say enough about the professionalism of Avi and his team! He did a fantastic job of cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. We noticed the difference in our air immediately! We had recently had a major renovation done with new carpet and hard wood floors installed. Much of the debris that he found was from these last renovations, but we had no idea if the air ducts had ever been cleaned in our home that is now 15 years old. He even found pieces of tile from the original installation when the house was built! Thank you so much for you courtesy, knowledge, and care, Avi! We will be using you again and hope to send a lot of business your way from our Colorado Springs neighborhood! His prices were very reasonable and his service is well worth the investment! read more

Avi is absolultely fantastic. I would definatley use his services again. His work was of quality. He also gave really good advice about how to keep my dryer vent clean and how to clean it in the future. I would highly recommend him. read more

I had serious issues with my swamp cooler actually bringing dust into my home. I determined it was the ducting leading into my home from the swamp cooler causing the problem. Avi knew what I was talking about, set up an appointment and did an excellent job when he arrived. He was conscientious about keeping things clean and cleaning up after he was done. He actually went on my roof after cleaning the duct and opened the swamp cooler to check it, emptied the water and cleaned it out. He got dirty and worked hard to make sure he cleaned the ducting but also to diagnose a problem that may be contributing to the soot...my nearby chimney which hasn't been cleaned in years. Very professional and went above and beyond. Upfront pricing that was reasonable. Highly recommend Avi and Air Improvement. read more

Fast. Responsive. Flexible with my schedule. Great service. Gave great advice about future duct cleaning at the end.

Avi is extremely professional and does an incredible job! Highly suggest his company!

He was timely and thorough. His prices were very competitive and he was very transparent about all costs associated with the job. Really appreciate the good work! read more

Avi and his team were great. Very trustworthy. Despite some unanticipated added work, he charged me a fair price (same $750 as originally quoted). That price is $400 cheaper than what my neighbor's paid for the same sized house. He showed before and after pictures and seemed to be working really hard to get things cleaned. read more

They came out, fixed my disconnected vent, and cleaned out the really clogged vent to theo outside! I don't think the old owner ever cleaned it! read more

I had a great experience with Air improvement. They came out on a short notice, on time and worked hard. They were very polite, honest and careful not to make a mess anywhere. Avi came out to clean and sanitize our vents throughout our entire house including bathroom and dryer. He showed up on time and was very polite. Overall he did a great job! He even showed us before and after pictures juts so we were aware of the random things in our vents. Avi finished everything in a timely manner, which we definitely appreciate since we are such busy people. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to clean their home vents for a VERY reasonable price. read more

Amazing service. Dryer vent cleaned and vent on roof also cleaned. Now my dryer works in record time which makes me very very pleased.

Avi is incredible! He was professional, fast, clean, and communicative. He helped show me things before he started and explained what he was doing. He gave me good handyman/homeowner advice too like what sort of air filters I should buy, and how I need a flap to cover my dryer exit vent so I don't get rodents! He gave me an estimate on Yelp and kept that price at the end of the day. Super friendly and my house smells great! You won't believe what he finds in the vents... a tennis ball?! How did that get there? read more

Avi was quick to respond and patient enough to answer the queries regarding the cleaning job. The personnel who came the next day was pretty good in explaining the process and going about his job and also general recommendations. The only thing missing were the before and after pics. We had our floors resurfaced (LOTS of dust) and called Air Improvement to come in and clean out entire HVAC system after reading great Yelp reviews. Couldn't recommend Air Improvement anymore. Avi was out to my house the day after I called him, made quick work of my dryer vent, and walked me through the whole process while he worked. We called Avi at Air improvement after we finished a kitchen remodel that filled the house with drywall dust. In the four years since we moved in, we had never cleaned the ventilation ducts and, after the remodel, were sure they needed a good cleaning. I'm glad we did: in addition to the drywall dust, Avi found a generous assortment of construction debris, broken tiles, and plenty of lint that pre-dated the drywall dust by many years. Avi arrived on time, ready to go. He was courteous, professional and certainly knew his trade. We are very pleased with the job he did and will certainly use his services the next time we get our ducts cleaned. We believe we got a good value for the money we spent. read more

Air Improvement (Avi S.) cleaned our air ducts and dryer vent. Our dryer vent was quite clogged as it required Avi to take apart the vent line in our basement storage room to fully clean it out. We will use Air Improvement again if the need arises and we fully recommend their services. read more

I have never had duct cleaning performed in my house. It was needed. Scheduling the service was a breeze, and Avi was excellent. This morning when Daniel came out, explained what he needed, and got to work. He was so professional and kind. He treated us like we were part of his family. When he noticed we had some debris in our furnace, he came upstairs, let us know, and gave us the option to clean the furnace as well. We paid for the additional service. The house has air purifiers that tell us air quality, and it's already giving us better readings. Thank you, Air Improvement team! read more
