Avi provided awesome customer service. He swept our dryer vent and was very thorough only doing what needed to be done without upselling unnecessary services. He even went as far as to help us position our washer/dryer stack back into it's nook. Will definitely use him again in the future. read more

The Air Improvement company is the real deal. They are great communicators. They showed up on time. They wasted no time getting to work. They provided excellent customer service. Avi and Daniel were great! Avi was very efficient and a did an outstanding job. I had purchased a new dryer that was shutting down due to an air flow issue. Ben came out to clean the vents, I had had them cleaned 1 week before and still having issues with the dryer heating up. The got me an appt within 1 1/2 days The service was great and Ben took the time to explain all that he was doing, he started on the outside and hit a blockage, came in and started from the inside and went back outside to finish the job and make sure the air flow was correct. It took him 1 1/2 to get the birds nest out, he would not give up. He made sure there was no mess inside and made sure all was cleaned up after he completed the work. Also ran the dryer to make sure it was not heating He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood the process. This will be my go to for any kind of vent cleaning. If you want someone you can trust that is reliable and reasonable and does the job right this is your company!!!! read more

Did a great job cleaning our filthy air vents. On time, professional, responsive. Took pictures to show us, too!

Avi and came out and cleaned the vents and dryer vent. I don't know when, if ever, the vents had been cleaned, but it had been 3 years since I had the dryer vent cleaned. When they cleaned the dryer vent from the outside, it was like it was snowing. So much lint and debris coming out of the vent!! It was scary to think that the amount of lint coming out from the vent could have caused a fire. I am pretty sure the last guy I hired didn't clean the dryer vent from outside, only a cursory cleaning from inside, based on observation of Avi and his partner. They got on a ladder outside to clean the vent. Gave me some good information on how to keep tabs on things. They did a phenomenal job, were timely and not a mess. They are in my contacts for an annual cleaning. Highly, highly recommended!!! read more

Avi was responsive, on time and has competitive pricing. He was easy to work with and was helpful in his ability to work around several other contractors in my house as I am getting ready to move. He did a great job and I would hire his company again! read more

Air Improvement service was exceptional! It was taking us over two hours to dry a load of towels. We had an appliance repair person at the house and they said nothing was wrong with the dryer. We called Air Improvement and sure enough our dryer vent was completely clogged! Ari unclogged the ducting and cleaned up the mess and our dryer works fantastic! Thank you so much Ari! Appreciate your professionalism and outstanding service! read more

I am so impressed with Avi's service, and highly recommend this to anyone who just moved into a new home! We just moved in August, and I wish we had the air ducts cleaned earlier since there was pet fur (and dog food!), old tiles, sawdust, giant lent balls, all sorts of things in our vents that Avi removed for us. So gross to think we were breathing that in, and we have a baby, so it's even more important that we did this. He and I went through the house to find all the vents and he was quick, professional and efficient. He really knows what he's doing and is a nice guy with good pricing, too. Our air vents all look great, and we know we can breathe easier now! read more

Avi was very responsive through the Yelp app. He answered multiple questions promptly. After getting multiple quotes (most $300 more and nickel and dining the vent count) and looking over reviews I decided to move forward with Air Improvement. Avi called approximately an hour ahead of scheduled time and gave an ETA. He showed early, walked through the house to ensure where all vents and returns were, and got started. He had to cut the returns that were painted over and was careful not to chip the paint. Upon completion of cleaning the ducts every vent/return covers were replaced. The furnace was inspected and given a light clean before tackling the dryer vent. Avi worked on the vent from the inside as well as the outside, and cleaned up the lint upon completion. Before and after pictures were taken and explained. Air Improvement was efficient, punctual, and did what they said they would without any surprise markups. Thank you Avi for a job well done and the military discount! I would highly recommend Air Improvement. read more

Avi was so professional and nice. He was sure to walk me through what he was doing. My house smells so much better now and you can't beat the price! I can't say thank you enough. Much appreciated Avi! read more

I contacted Air Improvement based on the posted on-line reviews. After 29 years in this house, the cleaning of the vents and returns was obviously well past due. Avi quoted me a price over the phone. I felt that the price was reasonable and fair. Avi arrive at the house on schedule and fully explained the process that he used. As he worked through the house, he showed me the before and after photos that demonstrated the quality of his work. We had not discussed cleaning the dryer vent during my initial call. As an after thought, I asked that if he had time, would he also clean that vent. I expected that this work would be charged as an extra. Avi responded that the dryer vent was included as part of the quoted price. With the ducts all clean and sanitized, I feel the difference. Overall, the service and the results were great. I highly recommend Air Improvement. read more

I sent out a bunch of quotes to have my dryer vent cleaned and most of them were too expensive. Avi gave me a very affordable price and he was able to come out within two days. I can not recommend him enough to clean out your dryer vent or any duct work you need. He showed me what the issues were and why my dryer was not working effectively. The dryer vent was not hooked up properly when it was installed originally and Avi went above and beyond to fix it. Even though he did extra with he still stuck with the original quote. I appreciate his professionalism and him taking the time to show me what he was doing every step of the way. I will be using him in the future to clean out my air ducts. read more

Avi is super competent, professional, hardworking and honest. We'd give him a lot more stars if we could. We had him clean the ducts in a 2 furnace, 3 level home after completing a basement remodel and he did a superb job. He cleaned our dryer vent also and I stood right next to him as he pulled out more lint than I thought possible. This home was purchased a year ago and we should have had the dryer vent cleaned a lot sooner. It was definitely a fire hazard. Very grateful to Avi for doing such a great job! read more
