He did the work this morning. Don't expect a fancy truck with his company logo. But he knows what he's doing, he's a pro, doing this for years. I found him to be genuine, honest, didn't try to up-sell me, there were no hidden charges for extra returns or vents or anything. He also cleaned my furnace. And showed me why I didn't need my dryer vent done, saving me money! He also didn't try to prove that there was more dirt than there was in my vents, as I've seen some companies do. He's just a good, hard working, independent businessman. Give him your business. I had the work done because it had been 12 years since I had another company clean my air ducts. I've been sick, have had a few pets in that time, and also had some remodeling done a few years back. You have allergies? Pets? A new house or did remodeling? You may need this so you're breathing clean air!

I called his referral who quoted me a whopping $425 for 15 vents plus $12 each additional vent. That price seemed quite high, so I took to Craigslist and came across Fresh N Clean Duct Cleaning. I called, and Bryan, the owner and operator, quoted me $279 for 16 vents. His company doesn't have much of a presence on the internet, so I could not find impartial reviews. I called one other duct cleaner who quoted me $300 for 16 vents. I took the chance and had Fresh N Clean Duct Cleaning come out, and Bryan was able to schedule me in within a week's time. Bryan showed up as scheduled and was very kind. He explained to me what he was going to do and other aspects of the process, and he went straight to work. Our ducts and vents were particularly dirty, and the vents were a pain to remove and install due to the shoddy carpet installation, so Bryan ended up taking about 30 minutes longer than he initially thought. However, he went above and beyond to get the vents reinstalled properly and never asked for additional money or tried to sell me any additional products. He left the work areas clean of debris, explained to me what he found and how often he recommends a cleaning, and went on his way. I was concerned that the dust from Bryan's work would dirty our recently cleaned furnace, but Bryan told me his process won't affect the furnace. After he left, I removed the furnace panel and found only some minor dust that I was able to blow off by mouth. Unbeknown to Bryan, I had removed a vent from the main trunk in the basement and snapped a photo prior to his cleaning, and then I removed that same vent and snapped a photo after he left. I was happy to find a clean trunk line, and I can only assume he did as good a job on all the smaller lines. Overall, I highly recommend Bryan with Fresh N Clean Duct Cleaning.

He followed up with a confirmation call the day before to make sure that my schedule had not changed. He was extremely professional and courteous. He told me his tech Ralph would be the one coming to the house to do the work, so I had a name to go with a face prior to him getting here. Ralph and his co-worker arrived early for the job and got to work immediately. He explained everything that needed to be done and got my furniture and breakables moved with respect and caution. While doing the job, he should me how much debris was removed and I actually took a picture of how much came out of the ducts. It was amazing. He also explained how this buildup is not good for the furnace nor the home overall and that routine maintenance is key to making sure a home is healthy. The quote Mo provided me via e-mail was exactly what I paid as well. Overall, I was very happy with the service and work that was done and will be calling them again to have my ducts cleaned and when it comes time to have the carpet cleaned in my basement, they are #1 on my list to call.

Not only did 303 Heat came out on that same day they made sure I had space heaters to make it through the night. They went to Home Depot and bought space heaters for me to borrow and set them up for me at 7pm. The next day they replaced the furnace and the air conditioning and hauled everything away.
