Dimitri was here only a couple hours after my call, promptly at the beginning of the service window. A few short minutes of troubleshooting later and the system was working perfectly again. It was only a clogged pressure sensor port, so he waived the repair fee and I only paid a bit for the service call itself. He did mention that it's quite an older unit and really should be replaced at some point soon, but that was it. No sales pressure at all, which I really appreciated.
