They did a great job! Easy to schedule, and did a nice job cleaning the ducts and furnace! Would recommend them!

Booking was easy to do online, and they also offer a military discount. Steven and Sophia did an exceptional job, they communicated really well with each other and also let me know what was happening every step of the way! We got a duct cleaning and the bathroom vents cleaned! Highly recommend, thank you! read more

We researched duct cleaning services in the Colorado Springs area. Planet Duct was highly rated for all the reasons which concerned us. We went to its website and competed the request for estimate and submitted it. We never received a response of any kind. Very disappointed. read more

Steven and Justin from Planet Duct came to our home to clean out our dryer vents. They were very professional and polite. Upon arrival to our home, the technicians placed disposable boot covers on their shoes prior to entering our home and we received a picture of our technicians prior to their arrival. The service was completed in a timely manner. The technicians answered all of my questions and ensured that I will be a repeat customer in the future. read more

7/2022 ~ Thank you again for cleaning my vertical dryer vent. We absolutely did every cat hair covered blanket in our house before you arrived. (1 ~ very plugged up to 4.8 ~ Quite good) I liked that this company will go on the roof to fully clean my vertical dryer vent. They sent me before/after photos. I also appreciated that they didn't let my cats out of the only room in the house that didn't have vents. Thanks for talking to each of us as 3 of us tag teamed being there for the vent cleaning! read more

Scheduling an appointment was easy. Just picked a time slot on their website. They sent text and email to keep me up to date on my appointment. They were running early and called me first to make sure it was ok to show up early. I haven't cleaned my dryer vent in 15 years so it was full of lint and barely getting air through. They got it cleaned out quickly. Reconnected my dryer. It's working much better now. Very professional and respectful. Will use again. read more

I highly recommend the company; they will definitely be my choice from now on. Thanks, Planet Duck! R/ag read more

Very thorough and reasonably priced. They fixed a bent tube and went above and beyond to make sure the airflow improved after their visit. I liked that they measured it before they began. They have a variety of appointments and were very flexible and responsive. I'll definitely use them again! read more

Had a great experience with Planet Duct. They were extremely friendly and did an excellent job. We were told our duct work had been cleaned before we bought our home. Not surprisingly they hadn't been, but these folks got them looking damn near brand new. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you!!!! read more

I called Planet Duct to clean my dryer vent duct because our dryer kept give a blocked duct code. We have had problems with the dryer, (another story)..the vents were cleaned by another company 8 weeks earlier, (or so we thought)..anyway, Tyler and Prescott showed up on time and used a camera to inspect the duct...low and behold, after 15 minutes of professional cleaning, a huge very matted thick heavy lint blockage was removed. The air flow went from 0.1cfm to 7.9cfm...problem solved. This now my go to duct cleaners. read more

3 of your guys came out today and cleaned the ducts. They did an outstanding job and were so sweet!! I highly recommend these guys!!

Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. Techs arrived on time wearing shoe-cover booties. They worked efficiently and kept me posted on their progress. I had requested an extra service to have the dryer vents cleaned -- that turned out to be a lifesaver! And probably extended the life of my dryer as well. The dryer vents were clogged and filthy; a real fire hazard. The price was exactly as quoted and the promised pictures of all my vents arrived in my inbox in about 2 days. I would use Planet Duct again. read more

We are so impressed with Planet Duct. They were quick to respond when we first requested a quote, were able to schedule us for the next day, and were early when they came to do the job today. Kamden and Kyle were friendly and thorough going through the house and inspecting all the vents. They did an amazing job cleaning all the air ducts and the dryer duct, which we were able to combine for a great deal. They were able to show us footage of what everything looked like when they were done. We are so appreciative of all their hard work and will call again the next time we need duct work! read more

Daniel, Dillon, Chris were terrific. They did an amazing job cleaning our ducts, and dryer vent (which had a piece of metal that had been left by the original installers and was causing the dryer to not work correctly). The gentlemen were incredibly friendly and courteous, taking care to protect our carpet and let us know everything that they were going to do while they worked. read more

These guys were great. They came as a subcontractor from a carpet cleaning business and were great to deal with. Cody and Tim enjoy their work and working for their company, and took real pride in doing a good job. They walked me thru the process and cleaned up after they were done. I'll be using them again! read more

Outstanding service! Cody and Bert were very prompt, super friendly. They dove right into the issue that I had reported. Dryer was taking a long time to dry clothes. They got on top of the roof and cleaned out the dryer vent inside and out. They also told me they found a chicken wire on the flap of the dryer vent...a big no no. They removed and dryer works fabulously!! Thanks Planet Duct!! Highly recommend this company!!! read more

As an earlier reviewer said, the team of 2 worked non stop for probably 5 hours. They photographed all the ducts before and AFTER and sent them to me as jpegs......no zombies down there but tons of huge dust bunnies and junk. House is 80+ years old and nobody knows when, or if, the ducts were cleaned. Their prices was competitive and watching the two techs at work showed it was worth it. BTW I had this done just before new furnace install. read more

FANTASTIC service start to finish. Jordan and Brandon were my cleaning team and am so grateful for their detailed service. For those not familiar with duct cleaning, it is not a one stop fits all process. Do not select the company strictly by price. Companies provide different services. Get specifics on the work to be performed, the process and equipment used. It makes a difference! Not all duct cleaning service is the same. Be sure to hire a true professional service that is NADCA certified. A certified professional follows proper guidelines and equipment and cleans the entire HVAC system, not just the ducts. When you shop for a serve, ask what their services provide. If they do not perform the NADCA guidelines, you are not getting a full and complete service. Spend the extra money to get the entire HVAC system cleaned which is the proper method to obtain truly clean ductwork. Otherwise, why bother cleaning only the ducts, you will still have dust from other HVAC components travel through the ductwork. Why pay for a partial cleaning. If all of the following services are not performed then you are not getting a thorough cleaning that is of the highest standards required for a proper cleaning using the proper equipment and negative pressure vacuum. Go to website NADCA.com to get informed. In summary, the entire HVAC system should be cleaned. Failure to clean all components of the system can result in recontamination of the entire system, thus minimizing the benefits of cleaning. Just as you wouldn't clean only half of your living room floor, you also would not want to clean only part of your HVAC system. NADCA recommends cleaning the entire HVAC system, including the following components: air ducts coils drain pan registers grills air plenum blower motor and assembly heat exchanger air filter air cleaner In my search, I only found two companies in Colorado Springs that were NADCA certified and Planet Duck used a truck mounted unit which is more powerful. My research paid off and I'm confident I made the correct choice. Duct cleaning is more than sticking a swirling vacuum hose into your ductwork. Do your research, ask the potential company what procedures they provide and how long their service will take. It should be between 2 to 4 hours if using 2 people for an average size home. Planet Duct sent Jordan and Brandon to my house. They were wonderful. Polite, detailed, respectful of my home and conscientious to meet and exceed my expectations. My home is 3,000 sf. Brandon and Jordan showed up on time and completed the job in about 4 hours and that's what a proper cleaning takes but depends on the number of vents you have. Now that's a thorough cleaning. I've lived in multiple states, I only use NADCA certified companies and I would say that Planet Duct is my new #1 go to company. Additionally, Jordon and Brandon took the time to inspect the entire HVAC system and pointed out some minor flaws in my system that cause my system to loose efficiency and affecting my utility bill. They quickly plugged a few small holes and gave me pointers and instruction for another area to fix as a small DIY project for improved efficiency. If you want the best go with Planet Duck. I Got by far the most bang for the buck when compared to the majority of other companies that will give you the best price but with a fraction of the services required for a proper and thorough cleaning. read more

I'm very happy with the service, the technicians paid close attention to detail, and were very professional. They are very thorough and put protective devices everywhere to avoid damaging walls or floors. They even provide before and after pictures of the inside of the duct, I was very surprised with how much dust came out! read more

I would recommend Planet Duct to anyone. Very thorough , reasonable cost and professional. 5 stars all day!

Perfect work done! This company's motto is a memorable "Stronger Than the Vacuum of Space"! The two workmen who came to our home, Ryan and Julian, were presentable and engaging, and did a perfect job of . . . our ducts hadn't been cleaned since our home was built in 1986--so they had a job on their hands! They left everything in the house perfectly clean in and around where they worked, and our home smells fresh now. It took the two men a hard-working 2.5 hours each of heavy and precise work to complete their task, so the price tag wasn't too much at all. In the suggested three to five years, we'll call Planet Duck back, a company owned and run by Brandon (Captain) James Kirk. Hence, the business name and space connection. To keep your ducts in a row, call this one. read more

My dryer vent problem wouldn't be rated 'Average' by dryer vent dryer obstacle standards: it would be rated 'Difficult.' Before the Planet Duct team of Brandon and Marcus (I believe that's his name) came to fix this, already a tall sized kitchen garbage can full of of lint had been pulled out by myself and a handyman doing his best. The handyman and I realized after about two hours and after a dryer vent brush got stuck, that professionals needed to be called in. That's where Planet Duct worked their magic. I like to troubleshoot house problems myself when possible, but sometimes the time comes for professionals to be called. In this case, they would be considered surgeons. Total professionals in every aspect from curtesy, troubleshooting, and explaining the problem all the way to clean up. A+ and highly recommended. read more

Did a great job. Would highly recommend. They cleaned my badly plugged dryer vent. Thanks

Awesome people. Very polite workers called one day to make an appointment to have dryer vent cleaned and they were there the next day. I would highly recommend this company. read more

I had one duct cleaning company come out to give us an estimate for cleaning our 2nd floor dryer vent, which vents out to the roof. They told me they didn't go on the roof and not many companies do. It sounded preposterous. But Planet Duct didn't even bat an eye. They just came out, got my dryer vent cleared out and even wiped my dryer clean. Their notification system is pretty cute. They refer to their trucks as airships. It gave me a little chuckle to see that on text. The service tech gave me a very professional packet outlining their services. It definitely sets them apart from other vent cleaning companies. I would absolutely recommend them and will call them again in the future. read more

This past weekend Ryan and Aaron provided us with whole home duct cleaning. We were extremely pleased and satisfied with their work. They were professional and courteous throughout the process. We were impressed by their attention to detail and the care they took with our property. We are very happy with the service they provided and will not hesitate to use them again. They are a true credit to your company. Employees such as Ryan and Aaron are what makes Planet Duct a pleasure to work with. read more

I used this company because they got a lot of good reviews. I was disappointed. First off they got to my house late towards the end of the day after the window time they had given me. They were way more pricey than the last company I had used so I figured they would do an incredible job. That's why I waited for them and didn't cancel. Once the were done, I noticed a lots of things array. They left several vents in the house covered with the blue tape they use. They bumped my trim with something, causing the wood to crack and chip and didn't tell me, they didn't screw the return ducts back on properly...the screws weren't fully screwed back in. I have no idea what my ducts ended up looking like because they didn't bother to email me pictures as promised. And last but not least, because they felt bad for being so late, they offered to spray my ducts with an allergen product to clean the air. This I had not signed up for. It is supposedly a $125 value or something in that range. I agreed happily. It has now been 2 months since they came and I can attest that the allergen spray did not help or clear up my allergies (drippy nose). I wasn't going to write anything on Yelp, but the more I find that they did that was out of order, the more I changed my mind. Thus, this is my review. read more

These guys were great. I have dust allergies and was having a very hard time in the house I recently purchased. I called these guys and they knocked it out of the park! Superb service! We have a "challenging" 2nd floor dryer vent which routes through our roof. Tyler and Jorden (twins) worked both efficiently and excellently to take care of an issue that other duct cleaners only made worse. This team accessed the roof and took care of the problem and took exiting air pressure readings to ensure the dryer was working/venting properly. Tyler and Jorden were very professional and polite, wearing both shoe covers and masks while working in my home. I can't recommend Planet Duct and Tyler and Jorden enough and was pleased with the service and price. I already marked my calendar for our next vent cleaning!! read more

Outstanding and highly recommend Planet Duct. I was questioning the cost compared to other companies that saw in my neighborhood mailing. I'm so glad I hired them. Professional-respectful-Showed 15 minutes early- 3 guys worked non-stop and explained each step of the process. 3/8/23 read more

We just used this company for our duct and bathroom fan cleaning. Our home had been a rental prior to our buying, and had several dogs. We were all having allergy attacks of some type and with the Covid 19 going on we decided to give cleaning the ducts a try. We are all breathing easier now and don't have the allergy issues as bad. The guys who came to do the job were great, polite, and friendly. They took pictures of before and after cleaning and showed us what the had removed. This isn't a service you need every year only every 3 to 5 years. We will be calling them back when the time comes. Brandon is the owner and more than willing to explain the procedures and answer any questions you have. Give them a call it will help your breathing. read more

Journey and her partner (will edit when I snag his name) we're THE BEST. They came early, called ahead, wore booties in my home, were SUPER thorough doing multi point checks, and on top of everything were genuinely nice, professional people.
