When we called, we spoke to the owner who gave us great advice on how to remove pet stains from our carpet. The guy who cleaned our carpet gave us notice when he was close, came on time and did a great job of cleaning the carpet; got all the pet stains out. We arranged an appointment a few months ago, to do our carpets at 9am and they did not show. We called to verify the appointment and they said a crew would arrive between 9 and 11. We waited until 1120am. Still a "no-show". We called again. This time they said they could not find the appointment on the schedule...and then found us scheduled for a month later. We ended up canceling and called Stanley Steamer. They came out 70 mins later and did a great job. I cant comment on the quality of work by Bee Clean. Mediocre at best. Not satisfied with the job produced. One guy showed up for the whole thing and he seemed extremely rushed for the beginning. I don't expect he paid much attention to detail. They don't clean under furniture, of course, and with that being the case I find it annoying to have been charged the whole square footage when in reality my beds+ furniture take up a significant amount of the space in the rooms. But this is my first time using any carpet cleaning service, so maybe this is to be expected. Their services are good if you're looking for a basic clean, but I would recommend looking elsewhere if you truly want a job well done. I am so thankful that I found the Bee-Kleen team on my Yelp search! In the past month, I have used their services to clean our duct work prior to having a/c installed, clean two upholstered recliners and clean our carpets. I made my initial inquiry through Yelp and received a very quick response. I was impressed by their use of current technology to stay in touch with customers even when out on a job site. They arrived promptly at the time scheduled or called to be sure we would be available if they were able to arrive early for the appointment. At each appointment they carefully reviewed the work that was planned for the day and the anticipated costs involved. They were always courteous in our conversations, both by telephone and in person. But best of all, their work was WONDERFUL! We've been running the new a/c to try to keep allergy suffering to a minimum and I'm finding that there's much less dusting to do each week. We hired them to clean the dryer vent, and they came, spent about an hour only to say they could not clean the dryer duct because I the dryer hose was disconnected. They didn't offer anyone to fix the dryer vent issues either, so now I'm back to square 1 with getting it fixed and cleaned, after being charged full price. Recently moved to Colorado Springs and wanted my air ductwork cleaned, previous homeowner smoked. Bee-Kleen arrived timely, the owner met me before his staff arrived, then he left. Staff was very friendly and the cleaning took several hours. Upon completion we asked how much dirt and dust was removed, they said that they had no way of knowing, but I would have thought that the vacuum would have been emptied before us.
