My parents accidentally backed into my wife's 2015 Honda Accord and scuffed the bumper up pretty badly. Will did a great job! He came out to our place and had it fixed and painted in less than an hour. He is super friendly and chatted with us the whole time he worked on our car. Through the course of the conversation, we found out that Will plays guitar for one of our favorite bands and he even offered to get us tickets to a show next time they play! Great guy and great work! I highly recommend Will and Bumper Remedy! read more

As a car dealer it is extremely important for the quality of work that I have done on my vehicles. Will at Bumper Remedy was very polite & proffessional when evaluating the work I have for him. The bottom line for me is the quality of work and I have tried many other bumper repair companies and none of them have been able to come close to what Bumper Remedy provides in service & quality! read more

This guy took care of my car like it was a Rolls. He came to me and gave me a great quote to replace the hood of my truck. He painted it perfectly and quickly. I would recommend Bumper Remedy to EVERYONE!!! I have used him 3 times and it is ALWAYS very quick and professional. Thanks BUMPER REMEDY!! read more

I spoke to Will this morning. He told me he would come out as soon as he finished his earlier jobs. Will was on site 5 hrs. later as promised. Unfortunately the way new Mustangs are built (plastic), it couldn't be repaired (without drilling an unsightly screw) because it ripped off at a bad angle. I have to replace the whole bumper as the big money shops recommended. Will was friendly, honest, and helpful. He gave sound advice. Although, I hope I will not have future mishaps...I would definitely recommend Will in the future. read more

Will did a great job, I scraped my bumper and needed to get it fixed before my lease is up. Will showed up promptly at my office and was done within the hour. He also fixed a rock chip I had on the other side of the bumper cover, I couldn't be happier with the work, would definitely recommend and use again. read more

Will is great! I called him as I scratched the side of my brand new car. I was in the neighborhood he was in and he told me I could swing by and he would take a look. They buffed out the scratch right then and there, 10 minutes later I was on my way and my car looks good as new again! Super nice, fast, friendly, and totally reasonably priced. No trying to upsell me or charge me for things I didn't need. These guys are great!! read more

Will is the man. He was extremely prompt with his response and super friendly guy. Came the day after I messaged him. Very transparent and did a phenomenal job on my bumper. Trust me I did the research for my bumper and searched other body shops before finding him and he was by far the simplest and best overall didn't try ripping me off wasn't pushy. Job was done in about an hour he came to my location and that was that great work and before I knew it I was on the road. read more

I texted Will for a quote to fix my rear bumper of my van when it partialy detached from the top part after it was hit by another car. He responded quickly and instead of coming out to charge me, he advised me that I can easily fix it by pushing it in while using a flat screw to wedge up the opposite end of the panel. It worked and I saved $50-125 that others quoted me. In summary I greatly appreciate his honesty and willingness to help despite knowing that he will not gain financial profit but I hope this review will bring him more business. Thank you Will! read more

Got a recommendation from Kearny Mesa auto Paint. I have a very deep key scratch on my door. Contacted to see if Bumper Remedy could at least hide it better for. They came to my location to give an estimate and was completey honest with me that they really couldnt do anything with it. It was too bad. He ran a buffer and gave it a shot. Didnt even charge me. Super friendly and curtious. Im in the Navy and ended our conversation with a "Thank you for your service." I love hearing that. I would call these guys first for your repair. read more

I arrived at Bumper Remedy after another service destroyed 2:3 dings I had requested they fix. Punctual, reliable, honest, and talented. I would recommend this company to anyone. Fantastic work and follow-thru (the latter is crucial & grossly undervalued). read more

I just needed my bumper reattached and everywhere else I called was quoting much higher than what will quoted me. He was awesome!! I highly recommend Will! read more

I was skeptical of all of the five star reviews but after experiencing the service, I concur with all of the past reviews. 5 stars. The right rear bumper of my wife's car was damaged by some asshole that couldn't park and I started doing price comparisons to see who can do the best job for the best price. Bumper Remedy had the best price AND the technician (Will?) came to our home to do the work. We agreed to a time between 9 and 10 AM. He was there at 9:04. His work was quick and professional. Highly recommended! read more

They were awesome.. did a beautiful job..fast and very nice. I would recommend them to anyone. Something I thought was a major problem has been taken care of at a price I am more than thrilled with. Now I know who to call if I ever need help again. read more

These guys are professional, friendly and very reasonable. I recently bought a 2003 Toyota Sequoia that had scratches on all the bumpers but one of them was really bad. I checked Yelp and noticed that you all talked highly of Will so I decided to give him a try. Just wanted to thank you all for the referral. Will was on time...he actually called me and said that he was going to arrive on time and he did!!! He gave me an estimate over the phone and stuck to it and more. He painted the whole back bumper for the same price he quoted me...he said because it will look better. I made another appointment to get the areas buffed out and again he arrived on time and did a great job. All I can say is that Will and his partner are fantastic. read more

I'm sure not going to be the first client to rate these pros anything but a full & WELL deserved 5-***** As others say, Will gave a fast emailed quote to fix my self-inflicted fight with a parking pole to the rear that was $75 to $100 under other service quotes. We arranged a date and he called the day before to affirm. Then today he gave a 15 minute advance call he was on his way. He and partner D also agreed to a little cosmetic add-on work on my front bumper I asked about at the last minute (EVEN though he was totally booked and had four other jobs after mine today). As I had to run errands they even, get this, agreed to drop off my car curbside where I was up in Little Italy 2.5 hours later. Oh, and the last "little" detail: OUTstanding repair to my split bumper. Can't even tell where I hit it. And as others say, he's already asked if he can return next week for a final buffing-out / removal of any overspray. Thanks Will & D !!!!! read more

I opened a Yelp account just so I could write a review for BR. I had a sizable dent on my back bumper which now, no one would ever know existed. Will and his associate were friendly, thorough, and legit. I paid a very fair cost for the work that was done, they came to me, and even removed some paint marks on other areas of my car just because and at no additional cost. They showed up at the time frame I was given and they were done within the time frame they gave as well. Totally cool guys and I would recommend them to anyone! read more

I was more than impressed with will the owner of bumper remedy. He did everything from start to finish and my carport. I have a 2011 Red sea for dinner I bumped it into a concrete border in the parking lot and he just came totally self-sufficient no need of electrical, he came with everything he needed in order to complete the job. Will and his team did an amazing job on my '14 Civic! Some jerk hit my parked car and didn't bother to leave a note. Not to worry though, Bumper Remedy came to my place and had my car looking like new again and it only took them about an hour to do the work. Very affordable and they even knocked a little off of their original quote. Looking at it now, I can't tell there was ever any damage. Great work, friendly, professional guys...will recommend to all my friends! read more

Will was more than helpful in making sure that the job was done right. I had no problems from beginning to the end and Will made sure the process was as painless as possible. I had two vehicles repaired. He took care of my wife's SUV and my car all within a couple of hours. I did not wash my car for a couple of weeks and when I did I noticed over spray on my rear quarter panel. I contacted will and he was on it right away to make sure that it was taken care of. I recommend these guys to everyone and I am more than certain that I will be needing their service again in the future. Thanks guys!! read more

I had a moment and ripped the bumper completely off my car. I was worried it would cost a fortune to fix, Bumper Remedy to the rescue. They provided affordable, courteous, and quick service. They even came to me. I would highly recommend them. read more

Backed into the bumper of a SUV with a brand new car. This was last March. Did some research and came across this company. Emailed Will pictures of the damage. He promptly called me back and assured me that he would be able to fix it and that it again would look like new. Will and D Brown showed up right on time started to work on it and after about 2 hours those guys did a miracle. The car looked like new. Will had quoted me a price based on the the pictures and that's what I had to pay. Both guys were very professional and pleasant during the whole procedure and followed up after a week to check on the job and polished the bumper as they had promised. I can only highly recommend this company based on the work they did for me. read more

These guys are the best! Someone rear ended me a few months back and she wanted to pay out of pocket. We shopped around to try to get a reputable company that wasn't going to cost a lot. After getting quotes upwards of $800, we found Will and bumper remedy. Not only were they flexible, came to my house to fix the ding, and did a great job, they did the job for an unbeatable price! Highly highly highly recommend. read more

My car was rear-ended on the freeway. My insurance company estimated the repair would be close to $800. I contacted Bumper Remedy and sent them a photo of the damage. They got back to me promptly with a much more affordable quote. We set up an appointment for them to come out to my home the following week. They were on time and completed the job quickly. My car looked as good as new. The guys returned a week or so later to buff and polish. I couldn't have been more pleased with the cost, the service or the outcome. read more

After modestly blemishing the rear bumper of my VW Golf during a recent back-up incident, I contacted Dent and Scratch Pro who put me in contact with Will and D Brown of Bumper Remedy. They were very professional/punctual and offered significant savings compared to body-shop rates ... with same or better results. Thanks guys! read more

Will is fantastic! Quick, easy and great price for great work! Other people wanted to charge me 2 times what he quoted me. Will did a great job on my Cruze. Fast, friendly and very efficient service. No reason why he shouldn't have 5 stars.

Will did a great job on my 2008 black Acura MDX. I rubbed up against a concrete garbage can at the Shores. I got some quotes, and Will came it as the most reasonable, plus he comes to you. Black is the most difficult color to work with. Will was able to get it looking like new. It took two visits to get the job complete. The first visit involved prep and application of the paint and clear coat. The second visit a week later allowed for curing and involved polishing and buffing. read more
