Will rocks!! I contacted numerous bumper repair companies about reattaching a portion of my front bumper that had come detached and was pulling away. I was very certain it could be repaired without replacing the entire bumper, so I was really surprised when two places told me, very confidently, that the whole bumper needed to be replaced and no repair could be done. Two other places told me they could reattach it and quoted me at $375 and $450 and said they could fit me 4-7 days later. I felt like I was moving in the right direction with them, then I got an email back from Will. He quoted me at $150 and said he could come out the next afternoon. Not only was he early but he was done with my car in like 20 minutes (if that)! It looks great and I am SO happy to be able to drive my car without worrying about worsening the damage to it. My Mom's car had scuffs on both front bumper corners. Set up an appt with Will who quoted me a prelim price over the phone. Showed up right on time-early actually, looked at the bumper and said "I can buff out most of one of them" He did in two minutes, which left about a dime size spot to be painted. Said he would paint that side for free. Was done in less than an hour-bumper looks brand new! Charged $100 less than original quote-could have not buffed the one out and charged me full price. It was a great experience working with Will @ Bumper Remedy and I have to commend him for his honesty & integrity. Someone had backed into my car and left a large scuff mark on the bumper. After speaking with Will on the phone and sending some photos, he quoted the repair at $225 - $275 which was expected. When Will arrived to look at the damage, he said the scratch wasn't as bad as it appeared and he proceeded to polish/buff the scratch out without any additional work/paint etc...I am happy that my car is back to new condition but the best part of the experience was Will's honesty about the damage...he spent 30min of his time to repair the bumper so it looks new and only charged a fraction of what he originally thought the cost was going to be. Will did a fantastic job repairing my front bumper on my fairly new Nissan Pathfinder. I had scrapped the bumper and called around to a few auto repair shops & they all said that they'd need my car for a couple of days, they have to take the bumper off and sand & repair the entire bumper and it was expensive. I took my chances and searched Yelp for a mobile repair service and the owner Will was very responsive. I sent him a pic via text & he promptly got back with me with a quote that was considerably cheaper & was out the next day to repair it. The repair took under an hour and I wasn't expecting the repair to look as good as it does - but it was excellent work and you can't even see the feathering in of the paint. After Wil arrived and checked out the scratch on our car, he immediately said that it was not that serious and he could repair it for much less than his online quote. I opened a yelp account so that I could give these guys a review. I had quite a bit of bumper damage on my BMW, at least half of the bumper was scratched and the paint was chipped. I got several quotes from area body shops, I then called Bumper Remedy. I emailed Will pictures of the damage and he gave me a quote over the phone, he showed up on time charged me the quoted price, did the job in the parking lot for a forth of the price as the body shop and the car looks GREAT. When my car got backed into, I went to a body shop and got quoted $750 to just repaint and finish my front bumper. When I got rear ended, I decided to see if I could get the front and back fixed at the same time. I found these guys while searching on Yelp and I'm glad I did. I submitted an online request for repairs and Will contacted me within a couple of hours. The price I was quoted to fix the front and the back was much less than the body shop wanted to charge me to just fix the front! I booked an appointment and Will and his partner came to my work to repair my car. They finished the front bumper and the back within a couple of hours. They came back about 10 days later and polished everything up. Will was extremely professional and awesome to work with. And my car looks amazing! It's like nothing ever happened. I am totally impressed with Bumper Remedy and received excellent service for a fair and reasonable price. I shopped around and got several estimates--all of the other places only quoted how much it would be to repair the bumper. Will quoted the repair price and told me that he could repair the bumper but it would only be about 85 percent "perfect." Then he told me for the same price as the repair, he could install a NEW bumper!!! Wow--a no brainer! I was very surprised that NONE of the other repair services offered a new bumper. The most expensive place wanted to charge me double what Will did and keep my car for 3 days! Will installed my bumper in the parking lot of my employer, and it only took a half hour!
