These guys absolutely killed it for me! Great customer service through the phone, which is so important while you're waiting for your automobile to get fixed. I was shocked with all the extra TLC these guys put into my motorcycle (that they didn't charge me for), that they didn't need to do! Detailed out all of the chrome on my Harley after restoring my gas tank to perfection! The paint job was perfect, which is hard to do with Harley Davidson's. They did some fender work too... FLAWLESS. They're the type of shop I hope I never have to go to again, because no one likes our vehicles to get hurt, right? But if & when they do... These DR.'s of love will be my hospital for fixing my baby's up! Thanks Steve!!! -rl read more

Skot and Steven have been such a pleasure to work with. From the numerous messages I sent with a gazillion questions, Steven was very professional and responsive. I visited their shop and Skot was honest and provided great customer service ! He was quite honest with the initial inspection of my hood. Looks like some kind of chemical spilled on my hood and left permanent scratches throughout. No bueno. He tried to use a chemical liquid to see if that would help remove it without going to the extent of repainting the whole hood. This would also save me money. He also offered to try other methods to see if it would help. I appreciated his honesty and expertise. Importantly, they didn't pressure me in getting any of the services done right away. They also can work with your availability, which is great with my crazy schedule. Skot informed me that this was more of a cosmetic fix and I shouldn't worry about my engine. I decided to hold off on it for a while until I get other issues on my car resolved. I do plan on going through them if I do decide to get cosmetic work done on it. It was short-term communication, but I was content and satisfied. I'll have to update my review in the future with more details on any services done. Thanks to Skot and Steven for the excellent customer service ! read more

We needed our front bumper and headlight replaced on our 2017 Mazda 3. Walked in and they gave us a free estimate in minutes. Once we dropped the car off for repairs they kept us updated and we had our car back in 3 days!! A lot less stressful than I imagined it would be! read more

Came in for a quote on getting my bumper repainted. I was greeted by D Brown and walked me thru everything. Also received the best quote from about 4 different places. Im very particular about who works on my vehicle. So with being said, with the combination of a very knowledgeable person explaining everything in detail, great customer service and clean shop, they will definitely be getting my business. read more

Had many calls and went in to many shops before JR and D Brown gave me the best quote in town. The car looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. I never felt like I was getting ripped off as additional charges were added on (like when we ended up needed a brand new bumper). I was given options with pros and cons. Shout out to D Brown who kept be in the loop throughout the process - sending me videos, pictures and making me feel comfortable and excited to get my car back. Also recommend their detailing service! Got all the scruffs and my interior has never looked better. High recommend!!! read more

Very reasonably priced, and did a great jump fixing my car's bumper. It looks as new, cannot tell if there is any difference

Best place to go to in San Diego! Dent and scratch pro was responsive, well priced and beyond professional and kind with their services. Everything was handled professionally and I was treated with a great deal of respect. I dealt with Abraham, and he ensured me that everything will be taken care of. He was extremely professional, kind and very helpful. My Honda Civic had a broken side view mirror and scratches in the middle of the door. Everything was taken care of and they finished it within minutes! It looked like it never happened. I highly recommend you going to this specific shop. Don't waste your time elsewhere. They're very professional, very affordable and get things completed in a timely manner. Thanks again to Abraham and his team! read more

Wow this is the best body shop I've been to in my life. They understood my situation of needing quick repair due to me living in Riverside and I was just staying in SD for the weekend, they were willing to get me an amazing quoted price for my quarter panel and bumper damage. They immediately worked on my car the same day I went in and got it done the very next day. When I showed up, their employees were very nice, honest and helpful. The work was extremely good too, and they even helped me with my front bumper damage for free because it was dragging on the floor. Best shop in town for sure, and perhaps even the entire SoCal. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone! Still shocked and amazed at how fast they were able to do it. Their employees are super professional at what they do. Thank you so much Steven, Skot, and Efron! As well as the body shop workers! read more

I'm writing this review to thank the review that made me get my car fix at Dent & Scratch. Somebody hit my car, and it got some scratches and a small dent. I didn't know where to take the car, and I was afraid to get rip off and having a lousy job done to my car. However, I was lucky to have my car work done by Dent & Scratch. The owner was very professional and honest. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are a woman. read more

I Scratched my Tesla Model 3 awhile back and asked a friend to DIY repair it and it ended up with a lot of overspray and the clear coat started peeling after some time. I requested a quote through Yelp at Dent and Scratch Pro, and JR responded very quickly with a flat rate for the bumper repair and then an in person quote for the clear coat overspray removal. They did a fantastic job, and I really appreciated the amount of time they took to go above and beyond with my car. The paint job looks brand new! They sticked to the original quote, and was very friendly and patient with me. I would highly recommend anyone to come here for any body shop needs! read more

My car got hit and left a big dent by my back-right fender. I had initially planned on getting my car fixed somewhere else, but had some conflicts with the shop and workers so I decided to bring my car here. My boyfriend actually got his car fixed first (trunk and bumper) a few weeks ago and the shop did such an amazing job! That's when I decided that I wanted to go here to fix up the big dents in my car. I have a 2014 Lexus is250 and I was expecting estimate cost to be high, since the other shop I went to had given me such a high estimate. Will walked me through the prices and given me a good reasonable estimate. I agreed with the price and had Will take in my car the day of. The process was simple, fast, and easy. Paperwork's were easy, just filling out some basic information. Will had such amazing customer service, I appreciate the conversations that we had during my time there. While I was waiting for my ride to pick me up, I decided to ask for an estimate to a dent that I had on my rear bumper. I just wanted to know so I can bring my car in to get that fixed in the future. Suddenly the owner, Steven, came out and gave me such a good price if I wanted to get the bumper fixed the same time they fixed my fender, so I instantly agreed. Overall, the customer service was so good and the shop has very reasonable prices. They did such an amazing job with my car. Also with my boyfriends 2002 Lexus gs300. I will definitely come back (hopefully no more accidents), if anything were to happen with my car again. Highly recommend this shop and will recommend to friends and family. read more

Did a great job at a good price. I would recommend them to everyone. I was worried the price would be too high based on other quotes I received from other body shops. But Steve quoted me a good price and got the job done quickly. read more

Stay far far away from this business. They fixed my car so poorly, I think I would have done better job in my backyard with a spray can and a youtube video. JR quoted me right away through yelp and text. He and was polite and friendly. Very personable and great customer service all around!! He quoted me right before the weekend before they closed and took my car in first thing Monday morning. Fixed my rocker panel, back bumper, rear panel, back passenger door, and the front sides of the front bumper. All had some pretty bad severe scratches and damage from not too good driving overtime. Haha. See the pics below. They did such great work. My car looks new!! I'd recommend them to anyone! read more

High quality work, fair price, delivered as promised. I was very distraught after scrapping the rear quarter panel and passenger door of my 550 BMW, the first blemish she ever suffered. I gathered a few estimates before stopping at Dent and Scratch. D Brown provided an estimate that was below the others (but not so far off as to be suspicious) and guaranteed that they would repair to my satisfaction. I dropped the car off at 8am one morning and it was ready at 8am the next morning. I am 100% satisfied with the work product and ease of doing business. The gentleman that re-painted my car did an amazing job and D Brown delivered as promised. I recommend them without hesitation. read more

I'm from LA but come down to San Diego often since my family lives in SD. I got into a fender bender recently in my BMW 328i, someone rear ended me and their insurance ended up compensating me money. I went around my local LA body shops and all three quoted me ridiculous estimates for some minor damage, there was also previous minor damage that I did when I hit a pole. I reached out on Facebook and a friend referred me to Accident Pros and I'm glad they did! I worked with Steven, the owner, and he was super pro and courteous with me. I told him the quotes I got up in LA and he laughed and said he'd take care of my bumper for a fraction of what the LA shops quoted me. I gave it a shot since my friend highly recommended them. They did an excellent job at restoring my rear bumper! If you're looking for an affordable, professional bumper job, I can not recommend Accident Pros more! read more

Unfortunately had to see JR and his crew again. Dropped my car off and alittle over 24 hours later, JR pinged me to let me know my car was ready. Car/paint looks PERFECT!!! JR and his team never "hope" to see us, but they are always there when we need them!!! read more

Wow!! The service, workmanship, fair price, speed and professionalism will make this shop my go to place for life! I will refer my colleagues and friends if there is any auto body work that needs to be done. My neighbors kid backed up into our truck while it was up for sale and the damage was to the front and rear panel as well as the running board. We had to pay cash for the repairs. Usually, I dread getting any auto body work done due to the cost, time it takes to fix and overall headache. However, at this shop it was Five Star service all the way! The truck looks perfect! Dee and his colleagues are awesome. I chatted over Yelp with Dee the night before I took my car to the shop. Even though it was minor issue, Dee responded to me professionally and on time. So happy I found this place. I was a dumb dumb and hit my side mirror backing out of my garage. My mirror parts separated and I was nervous to try and put it back together myself. Seriously saved me so much money having these guys fixing it than if I were to break it even more and need an entire mirror replacement! Thanks so much guys read more

I want to personally & publicly thank Dee Brown for his constant communication and great customer service . This place is great, I just moved to SD and didn't know of a place to take my car so I took to Yelp. I didn't know you could "get a quote" by clicking that on one of the businesses and itl send your request to a few different places that could probably help you. My request for an estimate was sent to a few places over the weekend, I got a message from two places this being one of them asking if I could send more pictures to an email/number . I sent more photos (the ones I included ) and heard back in 10 min, unfortunately by the time I got the quote they were closing up for the weekend so I was unable to drop it off but we set a time for first thing Monday .A part of my fender was dragging on the ground I couldn't keep driving with it . The whole process was very quick I dropped my car off first thing Monday and got it back Friday afternoon. Dee helped the whole time and communicated any changes to my car . As bad as the pictures don't show they did an amazing job . If I have any other issues I'll definitely be back . read more

I have had D Brown (BumperKing USA) do paint repairs on our cars 3 times, so when I needed some repair work on my new Acura I looked him up again. I was surprised to find that he is now the manager of Dent and Scratch Pro UTC so I dropped by to get an estimate. D took one look at the fender and said it was too damaged to repair and needed to be replaced. He sourced an OEM front fender and used OEM paint to match the pearl red paint on my car. The repairs were delayed a couple of days waiting for the fender to arrive, but D keep me informed and sent pictures of my disassemble and repaired car as things got completed. The color/pearl match was perfect and he was able to remove 90% of the deep scratch in my headlight assembly saving me the $1500 replacement cost.. I found a small imperfection on the rear bumper repair when I went to pick up my car and D personally took care of making the issue go away, magic...... The price was fair, the work was outstanding and the customer service cannot be beat. Highly recommended. read more

I had to get my rear bumper and roof repainted because the last place I went to cheaped out and the paint was chipping/fading after maybe a year or two. I took it to AcciDent Pros and one other place and AcciDent Pros told me they could do it for $1000 ($350 less than the other place). I gave it to them on a Tuesday afternoon and got it back by Friday afternoon looking brand new (the parts they redid at least). Definitely more than satisfied with the service, and I highly recommend. read more

STOP!!!!!!!! Hold on, don't make the mistake I did!!!! For the last three weeks I've been dealing with a NIGHTMARE with this company. I've never had to deal with a company like this in the United States. They had my car for three weeks and they could not get the job done. I needed a simple paint job, and the car I came back with the license plate off, the letters off and clear finish inside my car and on the windows. To make matters worse the car still isn't done and I have to bring it back. Save yourself a HEADACHE and go somewhere else. ----- The owner has no idea about the reimbursement situation and is siding with an employee who has been fired. You may stand behind your work 100%. But you get 59% for shady business practices. I would advise people to read the reviews that yelp has on the other link. This owner has not tried to contact me and I do not get my phone calls returned when they say they will call back! read more
