I originally took my new Cadillac to Bumperdoc to fix a scuff on my bumper, they did such an amazing job that i couldn't even tell where the damage had been. I then proceeded to have them tint the windows on my car as well as my wife's and I can tell you that they did a great job. I've had the windows on several of my vehicles tinted and always had some kind of residual bubbles but there work was flawless on both cars. When I bought my Cadillac all of the badging, window trim, grill, exhaust tips, as well as the rims were all chrome which I am not a fan of. After speaking to Ron about my options to remove all the chrome and black it out, I was comfortable with his solution that wasn't just a generic chrome delete. He ordered all the parts available from GMC in black and then painted the parts that weren't available. The paint work was flawless and it looked like the car came like that. I really liked the style of the existing Cadillac rims but they were polished aluminum so he painted them a satin black. When I picked my car up I was so impressed with their work, it looked like a totally different car and it didn't cost nearly as much as I thought it would. My mechanic mentioned I might want to have my engine pressure washed top and bottom so we can see what's going on. It seems kind of pricy, but not when you want to keep your car for another 50k miles. They did a great job. Here's just one before and after photo. They emailed me all photos so I could see all they did, especially up on the rack with the cover off underneath. They also made a good point, that with all the buildup of oil and then dirt on the engine, this can contribute to the engine and parts to overheat. Reinforced fiberglass...does that ring a bell? This is the type of material you should avoid at all costs when purchasing a body kit. I have been ghosted multiple times by these so called "professional" body shops in San Diego as these types of materials are the most arduous components to install in any vehicle. The AMAZING team in BumperDoc Escondido had warned me about the atrocity of such modification, but did they accomplish the task? With ABSOLUTELY flying colors!! I'm an engineer and I understand the heavy grind that these gentlemen had to endure just to fit the bumper to OEM Specs. The trim lines are flushed, the surface is primed and smooth (for the 3M Wrap I'll be adding on top of it), and they even fixed the wirings that were belligerently mashed together by previous mechanics that were probably high on bath salt on the job. I can't thank the team enough for their efforts, and they were able accomplish the job in such a timely manner as well. And for the amount of labor they put into the job, the price is just incredible. They have displayed such high value on their labor, and I could not be happier with the results. Majority of the repair shop would not even entertain if your bumper is not OEM, but with Bumperdoc, not only they were able to make the C7 Corvette ZR1(bumper installed), they actually upgraded my fasteners because the supplier gave me fasteners that is in poor quality. Lastly, the repair was quick, the color match from the body to my bumper match perfectly and I do see that they do take care of your car. After the front end of my wife's vehicle was damaged I brought it in for repair. I have a pretty good business sense, so decided to go with Bumper Doc even though I had not checked the reviews. My decision also hinged on the fact that a previous estimate (from a reputable shop I've used before) included replacing another costly part as opposed to a repair option. Ron recommended replacing the same part, but agreed to my request for repair only. However, he informed me that since this was not the best option that he could not warranty it. Not a problem for me. When the repair was underway, Ron called to inform me there was more hidden damage and explained in detail; including the risks of leaving as is. He even recommended I visit the shop to see for myself. Being pretty well versed in anything "vehicle" I told him I didn't need to actually see it.
